I have requested a new connection from Youbroadband and I got it done after payment of 3744 Rupees after a month, It worked only 3 days and since then it is not working, I have raised a complain on 14.08.2015 @ around 9:00 am and I have not been contacted a single time since then.     Disruption of internet service is indeed an annoying issue with You broadband connection. Just over a week ago we renewed the subscription for one year. (Usually we used to renew for shorter periods like 3 mos or 6 mos ) This time we thought, You broadband service is dependable and trustworthy to go for a longer period of subscription..

    This is the second disruption of service in the last 4 days period. Wish if the you broadband manager take notice to rectify frequent disruption of service.

      Hi Team, My father Rama Krishna has taken connection from You Broadband vishakapatnam by paying 1999. He recharged with 2500 rs for 4 months for internet last year. Except for roughly around 10days all the other days internet was not working. They have done several complaints but still no internet or refund on the amount.On August 29th i have recharged with 2000 rs for 4 months for internet as i had to work from home. Initial 5 days there was no internet, got internet for 4 days and internet went for 10days due to some fiber link connectivity. After several complaints after 10 days we got internet that also for 4 days and then now from 5 days after several requests there is no response from the YOuBroadband. They are not ready to pay me 2000rs nor provide me any service. They have assigned the issue ticket to BanuPrakash [protected] who doesnt even pick the call to address the issue. This is the worst service and people are getting cheated. Please provide us a solution where we can complaint and provide us justice. The You Broadband Visakhapatnam Account number is 981840. Literaaly the company doesnt care for the consumer issues.

I given complain on 15/09/2015. 15/09/2015 onward every 2-3 days giving online complaints and telephonic complaints but every time saying that your complaint has been resolved in 4 hours but still my complaint is pending.             I have recharged dual plan of You broadband of Rs1674 Plan as per below details, but after recharge only they never provide regular service after one week only connection get lost after contacting to customer care they explained his AT or ENT box got damaged and it will take make more than one week to get replaced, we have waited for that also again replacing this box again we are getting same issue means in 24 hrs mostly they are providing 1-2 hrs service and while contacting to customer care they are never describing the actual issue even though some time they are telling from his end it's working fine it may be issue in our router but while connecting to cable from pc also we are not able to connect. such types of stupidity they are doing. if are asking transfer your call to your supervisor then always they will tell they are busy with some one you will get call in one hrs or tomorrow morning but till now never we got call. For Bangalore Zone his senior details are [protected] surbramaynim.[protected]@youbroadband.co.in but when we are trying to reach them never pick the phone. Due to connection we have lost lot of appointment and business we invested money for other operator also to get connection also. So my request is that if such types of companies are not able to provide good service to their customers then why not government taking action against them and cancelled their licence.               In You Broadband they said that if I refer a friend in same flat means they provide one month free usage for me and my friend. I believed in them and I referred my friend.They said the balance will credit within a week but after one and half month completed they not yet Credited the balance. I called customer car many time but there is no proper response.Still my problem not solved.

                It is the most unprofessional, customer unfriendly, and inconsiderate internet provider in this day and age. Unless you want to waste your time and money, do not take this connection. They take advance payments ONLY, for services which they fail to provide. When you try to call their dysfunctional customer service centre and try to complain all they do is put you on hold and force you to listen to the You Broadband Anthem; which will make you lose your temper as your issue will never get solved. Your monthly phone bills will be high due to long waits and frequent calls to the pathetic customer care centre (trust me they really don't care). If you want to escalate the issue they refuse to provide information about their seniors by giving absurd excuses like "I do not contact my seniors by phone or email", is that even possible? They have very a very bad infrastructure and poor quality equipment as every week the "Fiber cable in your area will burn or some one will cut the line" and it will take more than a week to fix it. Plus for the days you don't get connection rather than a full 100% credit you only get 25% credit ! The staff of You Broadband match the appalling service, they never answer calls, are inconsiderate and all they say is "I don't have the authority to do anything or i will call you back and then are M.I.A". They make you feel cheated, their attitude to resolving your issue will I irritate you, raise your blood pressure and force you to get unpleasant with them. I would never recommend this pointless service to anyone even if it is for free. - A Current You Broadband Useryou

                  I am sick and tired with their frequent disconnections due to powercuts and fibercuts. its absolutely frustrating . also from july they have started charging 14% service tax . mY question is service tax should be taken if one party gets into contract and lives by it with the other party for the service agreement but in the case with You 60% to 70% of the time the services are disconnected or slow.I am paying them money well in advance but there services dont improve as promised by there technical support or customer service managers .i have lodged a lot of complaints with them but they are horrible in solving them as a automated message comes up saying "your complaint is looked into" and then complaint resolved " I dont understand without even checking with the customer how can somebody close the ticket . The entire you broadband service structure seems to be fake and fraud . They tell you when there is a fibercut that otherwise our services are fine but it never is the case. I have been honest about my experince on social media . i dont have a twitter account but for the frustration i am going through i will open a twitter account so i can let people know how horrible you broadband and so they dont have to go through the frustration i am going through. This has been the case for more than 6 months that the services fail regularly . There are days when every second day there is some or the other rectification work The only reason i am writing to you is i need to do that as per the law . In the past 1 week the service has been down for more than 30 hours .I have made numerous complaints .                     Complaint for adding extra data in my account against renewal done from mobile application
                    I have renewed my account from mobile application on 9th august 2015. At that time i was told that you will get either extra days or extra date. I have selected the extra data option.
                    I have inquired since then atleast 5 times but they have not updated my extra data which is to be added in my account.
                    The name of my service manager is gulshan and her phone number is [protected]. Everytime i call her, she does not receive my phone at first attempt. As per the latest update i was informed that your extra data will be added on 1st september 2015. After that was not done i called her on 12th september 2015 at 11:35 am to ask her regarding crediting extra data in my account, she said it will be done in 24 hours. I called her today 16th september 2015 at 12:29 pm but she is not receiving my phone.

                    Another complaint is about adding extra days.
                    My internet was not working for four days so i informed to you broadband regarding that. They suggested to send sms credit to [protected] so that those days could be credited in my account. I did the sms on 7th september 2015 at 2:00 pm and in reply they gave me the service credit request id no.[protected] at 2:05 pm. Today its 16th september 2015 and still those days are not added in my account.

                      There distributor tried to swindle extra money from us by saying the modem has gone offline and we will have to take a new connection instead, when according to their own manager that was not required.

                      We were promised installation in 4 days but it actually took 8 days with constant follow ups and threats. As college students with exams coming up, a working internet connection is a compulsion.

                      Several times the internet stops working. After various calls and raising complaints with their customer care, who by the way are far less than competent, screaming and threats, it takes too long for them to rectify the problem. Their standard answer of 4-8 hours is.

                      I terminated a connection 2 months back and was to get a refund of the security deposit of Rs.1000 within 45 days. I have already raised complaints, but no action has been taken yet.

                        I was approached by You Broadband for installation of internet at my home in J.P.Nagar in Bangalore. After confirming the feasibility, they required me to pay the amount for the installation and 1 month's service in advance. I did so accordingly. Post payment I did not receive any call or confirmation from the ISP about the date of installation or confirmation. I called the customer service to enquire the progress, and was told that the service is not feasible in my area, even though it was confirmed earlier. My next door neighbour is also using it, so i know for a fact that the network is feasible. Till now they have not provided me any resolution or refunded my money for the service.

                          Dear Sir / Madam, I want to register my complaint against M/s You Broadband. Their official address in Pune is: 107 Zenith Complex, Tanajiwadi Road, Opp Krishi Bhavan, Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411005 I had paid them money to install broadband connection at my office on 18th May 2015. Despite the timely payment, they delayed the installation. Further after the installation for almost a month they did not activate the service as indicated in my requirement at the time of payment. As a result, I was forced to discontinue using their service and I asked for termination of contract on 13th June 2015. Now, despite not having provided me any service - they are refusing to refund the money that I had paid to them. I have been repeatedly following up with their grievance redressal officer over phone and email, but they are not even responding. I seek your help in getting the refund, and also impose a penalty for failure in fulfilling a contract and causing loss and mental anguish to to me. Thanks, Warm Regards, Vikram Lele

                              Username: Aneri31 Its been a month, I have been facing this problem. The net connection only remains for 5 minutes and the rest of the day it does not work. I have been cheated for the whole month by the customer care. I have called the customer care/appellate for the issue but nothing is resolved yet. This is a mental torture to customers where no proper customer support is provided.

I have applied for new connection & paid you broadband amount of INR 3339/- on 8th August 2015 my Account No. is 1259128. Earlier it was communicated from you broadband team that installation will be done within 7 days of working. Still there were no signs of Installation from you broadband end till I started followup. I had to lodge complain on 18th August 2015 at 10:30 AM. Complain number is[protected]. It was inform by you broadband team within 8 working hours it will be resolved & connection will be installed, which was done on 7th Sep'2015. Further to this connection installed two days back & since yesterday evening 4 PM it is not working. Again I have to lodge complain.The complain no.is[protected]. It was informed it will be resolve on priority basis. Today morning I called Vadodara customer services head, she informed to caontact technical team. Why I have to contact them, Although I have contact them & they are showing hours each time, sir one hour - sir two hours please. This is the way they are dealing. Also they had not provided LAN cable 1 meter, which is in their scope. They used my own LAN cable luckily which was available at my home. Each & every time they comes without any preparation. Now I want to resolve this issues, when they will be positive towards customer service...? Your kind action is required.

                                  I have been complaining about non connectivity since 31 / 08. Third mail and more than 10 calls to customer care

                                  Still nothing has been done inspite of calling almost rwice a day.

                                  I cannot believe that your entire service depends on someone called murugan😡 whose name your agents keep repeating.

                                  Disgraceful to say the least.

                                  I do not expect a reply or action other than your auto responder but i need these records before i take some drastic action.

                                      I have been having issues connecting to internet since 09/05. I have raised complaint with CC on the same day. Till today no proper response nor resolution inspite of multiple follow ups - POOR SERVICE. No one answers the escalation number[protected] Appellate Authority Number switched off...hahahah worst ever customer respone complaint number:[protected]

                                      Thanks...but i have already done it and still issue is not resolved since 4 days. Since escalation number provided on their website are not reachable. Do we have any other numbers that i can contact to escalate.
                                      Issue is still not resolved. No use of contacting escalation/customercare numbers. I will not renew again next month due to this worst customer experience.

                                        This issue seem to occur every few days and if YOU is not able to do anything, then I would need refund of my YOU account fees with compensation for the troubles faced, and close my YOU services ASAP.

                                        Please replace the MODEM and/or cables provided by YOU, as that seems to be the main issue - you can send your executive to my home and have everything checked, and replace whatever needed, but make sure that this issue does not re-appear in future.
