    I have taken Internet services from you broadband in pune. From the day 8 have taken connections i am facing connectivity issues. Inspite of registering complains for 3 times they have not send any technician at my place to look into the problem. Today i.e. 5 September, 2015 i registered complaint at 8:55 am regarding net connectivity. These guys did nt even calles me or send any person at my place. Everytime when i call their customer care they have a standard reply we are sorry for inconvenience.they have a resolution time of 8 hours and after those 8 hours when i did not get any proper reply i am registering complain. I also tried calling to pune branch but they did nt recieve call. I called them for aome 15 to 20 times. I also tried calling on appellantsl number but that person is alos not recieving call. In this case when i am not able to avial the provided services where should i go and complain. Customer care ask me to call branch office andbranch office do not recieve call. If i am registering the same compalin again and again why they are not looking into it seriously. I hv a pre paid connection i m paying for it when i am nt using it. What shouls i do?

      I, Sanket Vaishnav had a new broadband connection installed with You Broadband – 4mbps speed, account id: 1250676 on 15th August 2015. I was charged an amount of Rs. 4400/- as 3 months advance subscription charges including the security deposit. When the connection was taken out it was never notified or informed that the subscription charges paid in advance is non refundable if the provider is not able to provide the service. It has been over 20 days since installation and not a single day when the connection has worked the entire day without any issues. The speed is also less than half of the actual subscribed. Since the connection has been set up I have been calling the customer services on a daily basis as the connection is down. For the first week to 10 days I was given a standard answer saying: “THERE IS CONGESTION, FLUCTUATION AND FLAPPING ISSUES IN YOUR AREA. THIS WILL BE RESOLVED IN 4 TO 6 WORKING HOURS WHICH NEVER HAPPENS” After a week of constant complaining about the issues I was said a technician has been assigned. It took 4 days for the tech to visit the location of installation and resolve the issue. Technician name: Ritesh Gupta, ph #: [protected]. The issue was resolved for an hour or so after the technician left and after that it was back to same. The tech advised that he would raise the issue to NOC team and get the account under observation to find out the exact issue and resolve it. However after 48 hours when checked with NOC, they advised they were never updated about my case. I asked for cancellation of the services as they are not able to provide the services and they are denying the refund of the subscription charges that were paid as 3 months advance. When asked for branch head or regional heads info the customer services provide numbers of offices that are never answered. #s[protected] extn 1111 Name: Shweta (Branch Head) I am sick and tired of raising the complaints on daily basis and yet the issue is not being resolved. Also the worst part is for every complaint without even checking with me or notifying me the technical dept closes the complaint and at times sends text msgs saying the issue has been resolved. This is when I have to again raise a complaint saying no one has visited the place to check nor have I received any call and neither is the issue fixed. I am tired of calling the customer services now as the agents are very rude and pathetic with scripted answers. If asked to speak to a manager answer given is: “Manager is not here to take calls or speak with customers over the phone” said by Mr Snehal Patel (Sr Supervisor Customer Service) When asked for employee id or centres location they simply deny declaring that information as they know they would be in trouble. According to them consumer forum does not even exist and it would not make any difference to them if they are reported about the worst kind of services they are providing to the customers. Their legal dept is well equipped to handle the consumer forum. I would like to request you to intervene and try to help resolve the issue as the earliest. Either they can provide the connectivity at the speed that I have subscribed for or cancel the account and issue the refund for the subscription charges.

      Tried calling the customer service desk to escalate the on going issue.. The reps are not offering their employee id or batch I'd number.. Nor do they give superiors name.. When asked for manager info still no answer.. Keeps on giving rubbish and stupid answer " AS PER THE COMPANY'S POLICY WE CANNOT GIVE OUT OUR EMPLOYEE ID OR MANGERS NAME OR WHERE ARE WE LOCATED"

      I fail to understand if it's a registered company and if they are running legit customer service how come the employees are not give their employ Id or the name of the manager???

      To add on as of today they have close to 500 open complaints on consumer forum and only 2 are resolved.. I would request you to get the company know the Power of Consumer Protection Act.

        Dear Sir, I got new connection on dated 20 AUG 2015 after 10 days waiting & many calls to customer care for installation. I was very sad with your service. but after installation its working fine. then after 3 days on dated 24 AUG 2015, My broadband cable is disconnected from terminal by your engineer without any information. and now from 10 days, wire is hanging on terminal pole, which is on front of my home. I had call & mails, many times to customer care, nodal officer. and register many complaints with recording. but no one is interested to resolve it or contact to me. now i am very hopeless and plan to take legal action. I hope you will look up in this matter.           I am having You Broadband Internet connection(Account No.485316) but their service is pathetic. Almost 1-2 times I am registering complaint for the disconnection of service but no technical team will be visiting my place. My account Manager name Gulshan also not co-operation or helping me. Whenever I call her she said the problem has been forwarded to concern team. But there will be no calls or any visit to my premises. If I call her again then she told me that I have registered the complaint today and need to wait at least 1-2 days for solution. This is how they treat their clients. I have register several complaint during previous month but the You Broadband are least bothers to provide me a solution to the frequent disconnection problem. I am extremely unhappy with the way they handling client issue and I am intend to take any legal help available against them.

            Complaint no.[protected] [protected] Mobile No. [protected] Crf No :YOUF713551 I have contacted customer care 5 times, no response after saying that we'll solve it. It's been a month and got nothing.. They are fraud. Don't take You connection in any condition.. If there is no other option, then also don't take You Broadband. Also, the sales person is cheating. He says me that he had done rejection and I will get my cheque. But after 15 days I come to find that he has not done rejection.. My area has no feasibility but then also he takes money for connection. U will wonder why You plans are so much attractive n cheap.. But they earn money by fraud.. Just think they have my money for more than 1 month and they will get it's interest.. I hope that this will solve soon. Thanks..

We are going to do police complaint if you are not going to Refund us the money today. Fraud Company and Fraud Employes, We have the picture of that executive in my mobile so it will be easy for police to catch that Fraud executive, I will be going to share this in social media as well so that no one get fool from You broadband.

                    I was told that the connection will be given to me with in 1 day which was false promise to reach there monthly sales target, by the executive and there management ( Venkatraim reddy and his manager Bala Chandra) Today i called the management their are saying that due to technical issue their are not able to provide me the connection after a long discussion he was telling me the today is sunday no one came to office. Then why it was told to me at while taking money that all you broadband staff are working to provide all the connection and services. If now the service is in this way what can we expect from You Broadband in future NOTHING!!! only time waste and tensions Kindly refund my money 2050 ASAP which was paid. Regards Naveed

                      I have paid my you broad band bill on 19th Aug 2015 and till date(27 Aug) I did not receive internet services . and when I try to contact with customer care they would say It would take 4 to 8 hours for resolving the issue or they would connect me to assigned technician and he would reply I would solve it in two hours.

                      its like we have to pay money for the service, after paying money they would never care about the service. and more over we have to spend money calling to customer care which would kept on hold for couple of minutes. and final result is nothing. no reply from them. and the service is so worst. u will get thousands of reminder calls asking to pay for money. but we don't even get a call back from any responsible person to gather information about the complaint that was raised.

                          I wanted to shift to new place in same city Pune, So before renewing the plan I called youbroadband customer care and asked for feasibility in new area, the representative told me that service is available in that area, so I renewed the subscription, after shifting to new place I got to know that no service is available at new location, and company not even responding to my complaints. The just converted my shifting request to disconnection request. I just used the internet for 1 month after renewal. Still there is 45 day in credit & 110 GB in credit.                             YOU BROADBAND guys have ran away with Rs 2900 of mine. In the month of July 2015, they took payment from me for providing broadband connection. They said that if you pay cash you can get the connection soon. Earlier they said that they have feasibility at my premises, but after a week when I called them they said they do not have any feasibility. I started calling them for refund they are just giving me dates but nothing in writing. That it was easier for me to track more such cases from my area where YOU BROADBAND guys have taken money on the name of installation and ran away with it. These cases are as old as 4 to 6 months, they never saw a single rupee. It seems as if YOU BROADBAND is only making money by running away with it. As they know that middle class people don't have that much of time to run after them. I also have all the call recordings of each and every conversation that I had with any of their team members.                                 I have a YB conection and the same has not been working since 15.08.2015. Numerous complaints to their call centre, office at Gurgaon have been in vain. I have spoken to Pandey their technician, Digvijay some employee in their office, Pharalad Giri their so called grievance person and lastly with their Location head Rahul Sharma but despite assurance no action has been taken. The modus operandi of the employees of YB very simple, firstly they do not pick up the telephone, avoid all means to take your calls and if you are luck that they pick your call they will lie without batting an eyelid and promise the rectification within two hours but nothing happens. The same ethos and ethics is employed fro their technician to the location head. I have been following up with them since 17.08.2015 but have been taken for a ride by their untrustworthy and liar employees. I am writing this complaint to warn the gullible users that YB may be cheaper than other service providers but don't go on this condition only. You will regret. Trust me. Very bad service. No value for money. Slow speed and very bad service.

                                  I am you broadband cust with user id ashish247. My Internet stopped working since Aug 05 I was not home. I came back on Aug 12 and lodged complain against this issue with a ref. no.[protected] No one bothered to call or check the status of complaint I called cust service and they said that they will escalate this issue and it will b resolved soon (No specific time). Now after all non resulting efforts I visited corporate office at MGF Mega city mall where I met Mr. Prahalad Giri, who was the most irresponsible employee of You Broadband. Mr. Giri assured that it will be resolved within 30 min. I tried connecting to Internet but again only thing I got was disappointment. Now Mr. Prahalad Giri wasn't even picking up my phone. I called from a new number eventually some one picked up my call and put me on hold and never came back. Fellow readers please don't ever sign up with this horrible company.                                     I've registered myself with You Broadband on 05/08/15 for installing a broadband connections of 4 Mbps unlimited at Park Valley, Kochrab, Paldi. I've paid the amounts of 4717/- Rs. Yet I have received no assistance from them, neither have they installed the connection. I've lodged complaints twice However no help has been provided yet.

                                        Poor service...my net was disconnected suddenly i gave compliant to them ...3 days passed but no response from them...mean while i had called them nearly 20 times...even i complianted to main office also still no response...i never seen such such irresponsible company... i had renewed my connection with 100mbps speed but they given me just 4mbps... its very head ace company...i vexed with this broadband... please who want to make new connection with this particular broadband think wise..they wont respond with our problems ..
