I got a new connection on Friday, 7th of August 2015. I paid for modem and one months plan. The wifi network was setup on Friday evening and from Saturday morning the connection is not working. None of the customer care numbers are working.

    I am sick and tired with their frequent disconnections due to powercuts and fibercuts. its absolutely frustrating . also from july they have started charging 14% service tax . mY question is service tax should be taken if one party gets into contract and lives by it with the other party for the service agreement but in the case with You 60% to 70% of the time the services are disconnected or slow.I am paying them money well in advance but there services dont improve as promised by there technical support or customer service managers .i have lodged a lot of complaints with them but they are horrible in solving them as a automated message comes up saying "your complaint is looked into" and then complaint resolved " I dont understand without even checking with the customer how can somebody close the ticket . The entire you broadband service structure seems to be fake and fraud . They tell you when there is a fibercut that otherwise our services are fine but it never is the case. I have been honest about my experince on social media . i dont have a twitter account but for the frustration i am going through i will open a twitter account so i can let people know how horrible you broadband and so they dont have to go through the frustration i am going through

    NOT RESOLVED No steps taken by you broaband whatsoever Customer Relationship No:877826 nobody got in touch with me . You broadband is a big fraud and worst customer service ever. i hope this reaches there ceo as the frustration i have been through for the past year is horrible. People like cynthia joseph ( appleate authority)or customer relations officer like preeti (pune) who switch of the phones when services are down .i have written several mails to both of them and customer service still again i faced issues with appaling speed

    if by contacting customer service it could resolve issues then i would not have to come to complaints forum . there needs to be a escalation about the same as the you broadband customer service is useless and shameless irresponsible fools

      Acct No. 1105042, Prepaid customer, Plan: 3 months, Renewed on 26 May 2015. No proper service. Every two days service will not be available for a maximum of 4 days. Company does not respond in time to rectification of service nor is interested to see the number of days service is down nor provide discount. Waste of money and fraud company.

        1. Recently I applied for a YouTelecom connection online and mentioned all my contact details.
        2. Then I received a call from there representative that based on the address there will be a feasibility check done.
        3. Then one day later I received following email from and 'official' email id of YouTelecom.


        4. I also received 3 consecutive calls from the representative confirming that my connection request was approved and all feasibility checks were done, and I should proceed with the payment.
        5. So I made the payment accordingly.


        6. After several days of follow up from my side after making the complete payment.
        After calling several customer care numbers, and emailing several customer care email id's. I received no response.
        7. Finally after getting a local no of YouTelecom and emailing to there appellate authority after 13 days ( yes 13 days )I received this email.
        Note: I have purposely hidden all personal information from this post.


        8. I feel completely cheated and let down. YouTelecom is so arrogant that they have not replied to my any email after this. I had declined connections from other service providers because they had approved my request "Officially".

        Conclusion : YOUTELECOM IS A FARUD COMPANY.

          This is a complaint filed against YOU BROADBAND, pune viman nagar(account no-1241153, sanyam girdhar). Initially they promised to give the connection Ino one day after paying full amount as per they mentioned. But the connection was given after 10 days after multiple visits to their office and internal complaints. Now after one week of their installation they have stopped the services due to their internal glitches which they are not even ready to rectify even after visiting them again and again for around one week. Its not yet rectified till date. They preferred to put the customers in pain rather than rectifying the problem.

            My C.R.No.1214909 User ID.paras modi Facing problrem in getting my connection - You Broadband & Cable India Pvt Ltd I had taken broadband connection from YOU Broadband & Cable India Pvt Ltd on 5th June 2015 & I had paid 12 months rent in advance plus the modem deposit. I was not happy with the connection & service offered to me and after multiple complaints my issues was not resolved.

              I had applied for you broadband connection on[protected] and till date it has not started. i had complained for this on[protected]-6-2015. and i applied for refund on[protected]-7-2015 and[protected] they did done the cabling process on[protected] after i had applied for refund and they cancelled my refund process and promised me that the installation process would be done in next 7 days and today after waiting for 15 days i called them and they are saying it would take more 15 days.

                You broadband is a fraud company present in market. This is taking consumers money for 6 months to one year plan and then not providing services and cut the services intentionally for long periods. I am complaining from 2 weeks for the internet services, no solution is provided. And they dont have any trained customer care executives, some illiterates are given over that responsibility who are harassing customers by repeating same telephonic replies. I had made first complaint on 27th July 2015 which is not resolved till date. No follow up from their side, all the email ids provided on net are fake. Please visit their FB Page, flooded with complaints and how they are looting money of common masses.

                I have puchasse intex aqua 5.0 in April 2013, this time i am facing battery problem in this time, due to this i complain you your customer care centre he assured that you battery problem will short out within 15 days, but complete 5 months issue is still pending.
                Shopkeepar in not taking interest to selling intex product.

                  Hello Iam D R Patil and I have applied for new internet Connection on 26th Jul 2015 and paid amount of Rs 2030 by cash. My account number is 1241816. They said the conection will be established within 7days but its been 15 days that they have not turned up. whenever iam calling the employees of that company they are saying that they are not responsible for all that. The problem is not yet solved. The person who took the money is not even responding our calls.I request you to take some actions.

                    Hi, I was told by the representative that If I renew my plan which is due for July 2015 by May 2015 I will get 2 months extra internet. The plan I asked is 6MBPS Speed 6Months Validity and 300GB data.For this as I paid amount for renewal in May 2015 I will get extra two months i.e. the plan should be for (8*30) 240 Days, 6MBPS Speed and 300GB Data.Now they are saying its not applicable and the retention manager Arshad saying that the person to whoom you dealt with is reponsible for that and he will not add that

                      Hi, I had started using You Broadband connection from July 2015. It was hardly 3 weeks after the installation that problem started occurring with the connection. We paid for full month and could not use for one week in that whole month. On complaining about the same, no action was taken from You Broadband and even they are not refunding the amount paid. Kindly take strict action against You Broadband services and also visit their Facebook page where thousands of people have reported similar issues.                         Most of the time there is no net connection. Whenever we compalin, the person says we will get bck to u in 4 to 8 hours . No one from the company calls there after. Many times visited the company office to complain, they say that they will send a technician but no one comes. There are really harashing us by just giving these fake replies . Please take action against this company.

                          I have taken Youbroadband since the last 8 months. Renewal is on a 3 month plan. Youbroadband collects payment in advance. Till date I have never had a problem free month. As a recent example, In the last 40 days service has been provided to me only for 10 days that too intermittently. The broadband service works for two days and then gets disrupted for 2 to 3 days. Customer Care frequently cites fiber cut. No discount is provided to me for the days there is no service. Company is not able to provide proper service.

                            Hi, Recently, I requested the broadband company to install a new connection at my house. I visited the company's office to ensure whether the connection at my location is possible or not. The representative told me that it is possible and the new connection will be established within 7 days of request. I reconfirmed this with them again to avoid any delays or issues with the company. After their confirmation i requested them to install a connection at my house. It has been more than a week and the connection hasn't been installed yet. And if I try to call the representative who is assigned to me, he wouldn't pick my call and there is no response from him. When I visited the company's office again with my issue and there I met with the assigned official and now he is telling me that the connection is not possble at my location due to some issues. They have wasted more than a week after telling me that they will install a connection and now they can't.                               Hello, i applied for YOU broadband one month back they didn't install the connection properly and i started facing the connection problems and after resolving the issue, i frequently got connectivity problem after one month i did another recharge of 1674 INR on 28-july-2015 and filed complaint on 27 july for not able to access internet. From last one month i am getting this problem from last 4 days they are ignoring the issue and not responding to on complaint my user id is pkroy7 and internet company is YOU BROADBAND. They refused to return back the amount and not even solving the issue. Please assist further. These are the number of complaints and other complaint is registered on account id.                                   I am a resident of Baner Pune. Your sales person came home to take the money and promised the connection would be done last week. No one has turned up yet. On time to take money and no punctuality is providing the service! Your customer care is equally useless. I have lost all my currency just making calls to your sales person. Office branches do not pick calls. Close to 50 calls made today. For working from home individuals like me, internet connection is as crucial as the air we breathe. This is the last time I will opt for your connection. I will also make sure I do not recommend your useless service to anyone else. An absolutely disgusted ex customer.

                                    tecnician team is not giving proper attention from last 15 days.they are saying on call centres numbers that the service will start from tomorrow.customers care executives
                                    satisfy the consumers on temporary basis regularly.they dont give proper information
                                    and even they talk false.they resolve our complain in their system itself and write new
                                    complain number when we talk next time.they dont give time period for resolving complain.whole system is working on assurance of working, but they dont
                                    work actually.technician is also unexperienced.and generally when we complain, they said that this is outage problem and dont register our complain
                                    even requesting many times.

                                      Customer ID: 1141928 I am a You Broadband customer residing in Visakhapatnam, India. I am using this broadband from last four months. I am not able to access the internet since 9-Jul-2015. I registered my complaint on 13th July 2015 in the evening time that was not resolved till now. Daily I am trying to connect customer care ([protected]), and You Broadband technicians ([protected] - Bhanu Prakash; [protected] - Yogi), but as expected they are also not responding. Please let me know to whom should I call? No one seems to me responsible to solve the customer problem in you broadband. I checked my account where 80 plus days are still remaining in my account and I request you broadband to resolve this issue ASAP and add the days, which I lost the connection. If they are not able to resolve my issue, refund my money and stop the connection so that I can go with some other “reliable broadband service providers”. Please reply ASAP. Ramakrishna [protected]

                                        My you broad band connection is not working from Friday-17th July. I have repeatedly contacted them to come and repair through phone as well as email but no one is coming to repair it. My registered phone number is [protected] and I live in Jetalpur road, baroda. Last week also it was not working from 10th to 12th July.
