I am sick and tired with their frequent disconnections due to powercuts and fibercuts. its absolutely frustrating . also from july they have started charging 14% service tax . mY question is service tax should be taken if one party gets into contract and lives by it with the other party for the service agreement but in the case with You 60% to 70% of the time the services are disconnected or slow.I am paying them money well in advance but there services dont improve as promised by there technical support or customer service managers .i have lodged a lot of complaints with them but they are horrible in solving them as a automated message comes up saying "your complaint is looked into" and then complaint resolved " I dont understand without even checking with the customer how can somebody close the ticket . The entire you broadband service structure seems to be fake and fraud . They tell you when there is a fibercut that otherwise our services are fine but it never is the case. I have been honest about my experince on social media . i dont have a twitter account but for the frustration i am going through i will open a twitter account so i can let people know how horrible you broadband and so they dont have to go through the frustration i am going through

nobody got in touch with me . You broadband is a big fraud and worst customer service ever. i hope this reaches there ceo as the frustration i have been through for the past year is horrible. People like cynthia joseph ( appleate authority)or customer relations officer like preeti (pune) who switch of the phones when services are down .i have written several mails to both of them and customer service still again i faced issues with appaling speed
