He installed the old modem and not a new one .He said we install the old modem only . How is the warranty of modem, if it gets fail . - This gentle man didn`t even install insulation on joint connection or not installed any connector between joints 2 - He ensured that broadband will start in one hour with available speed – writing this email my internet is not started yet . - I have given a call to your sales person to whom I have taken connection ( Mr Rajendra Makwana ) and Mr Kalpesh vankar who instlled modem – No one is picking up my phone call - No one is picking up the phone – my internet is dead from the first day . I was thinking to take 1 year connection and then renew it . But looking to your service – its good that I have paid for two months of connection fees only .     You boardband account number is[protected] emails - 25 phone calls - after paying fees for new interet connection in vadodara - You broad band even could`t activate my connection . I am frustrated like anything . Installed old modem - technician even didn`t bother to make wiring properly - didnt bother to see my connection is active or not.

    - After giving broad band fees – no one turns up for 4 days .
    - After repeated calls – they have laid the cable then again no one turns up for modem installation .
    - After repeated calls – one gentle man arrives today & install the modem and configured it . He installed the old
    modem and not a new one .He said we install the old modem only . How is the warranty of modem, if it gets fail
    .
    - This gentle man didn`t even install insulation on joint connection or not installed any connector between joints

    - I have given a call to your sales person to whom I have taken connection ( Mr Rajendra Makwana ) and Mr

    then renew it . But looking to your service – its good that I have paid for two months of connection fees only .

    Worst service ever contacted customer care for connection problem more than five times went to you broadband office itself which is in Chennai more than three times..everyone are making fake promises and updates contacted sales manager, area in charge for nungambakkam and the technician .. Nobody is attending my calls I paid the bill amount on time. Nobody is updating regarding my issue I'm the one who is making calls and still no response..pls don't go for a new connection it a worst

        Dear Sir, I have given cancellation of my internet connection, which not serve properly for me. I have paid Rs 3000/- to You broad band india pvt ltd, for a new connection on 15.04.2015. After several follow up with customer care they given connection on 27.04.2015. (12 Days later). But for wi-fi configuration the service officer is asking Rs 300/- addition.I have given a complaint to customer care which is not antedated so far. Even most of the time the connection was not working. (I have the SMS received from You broad band ) Later on May 27 i have shifted my home with in One KM from the address and given a request for shifting. After several follow up with customer care, i have received a call on 02nd of June 2015 that they are not able to give the connection, and i given request for cancellation of my connection. Since i have not used much the plan, i given request for refund of my plan amount. Even after 35 calls to customer care, supervisor, lisen officer Mr.Jagadish (Most of the time he wont pick the call his number [protected]) i have not received the payment so far. There staffs are irresponsible and they are speaking argent manner . Even i given call to Mr.Jagadish today (16.07.2015) and he is saying another 3 months should for re payment.           I have been unable to browse since July7. I have raised 2 complaints through their website, mailed them thrice, talked to their senior customer care executives twice and have been calling the customer care almost daily since 11th and the issue has not yet been resolved. They assure of a call within 8 hours of the complaint but I haven't received any call till date. They don't even change the technician regardless of my several requests. This is the worst service I have ever received.

            Even after full payment they gave us a defective modem which they are trying to replace for the past 5 days. We want to stop their connection as they are not trustworthy and helpless but they are not refunding our money. Please get our money back. Amount- rs 5258

              I have paid for their 3 months 4 mbps plan. They installed the connection on time but it worked for one day only. Thereafter they changed the modem and said that it would start working in 2 hours. ( 11/7/15). Today it's 13/7/15 and it has still not started working. Neither the salesman nor the executive responsible for installing the modem is picking my calls.

                My account was suspended for last 5 months or so.renovation was done at home so no cable was there for the net connection. I had got a phone call from Mr.Hafiz having phone no. [protected].Yesterday I called him around 10 am.And told him I want you comfort plan for 1 year but it should start today itself as I have to swnd some important mails urgently. He said I will come at 12.Then he came at 1.45 pm. I had to go out being weekend.And I was at home waiting for him.When he came at 1.45 pm.I told him I give a cheque always.but this time giving cash as I need the connection today itself.He said will get the connection today itself.I went on asking are u sure will get connection today itseld I.e. on 11th July 2015 saturday as tomorrow is sunday.he said yes you wouls get.he says I will call you after 30 minutes.he never called.I kept on calling him.He said the same thing.will get connection till 7 pm.I kept on calling u helpline and Hafiz.He didnt pick up phone.I wrote him sms he didnt reply.I called u helpline.All memorized replies.You have connectivity problem.person would come by 8 am on 12th July 2015 sunday when I called helpline again I got reply some Nitin Patel will come by 12th july 2015.8 pm. Same reply I keep on getting.whereas he promised connection till 7 pm.its mental torturing.mental harasment.false promise.false commitment.now no response. And there they already started my connection.whereas no cable wire reached me at home.no connection at all.what is all going on.where should we raise our complain.whereas uyou helpline also gives a memorized reply.pl give me my money back.i want refund of my money in this case.thanks.

                  Internet is not working from 3rd july 2015. I have raised complaint on Sat 4th july 2015. The complaint ticket no is :[protected]. We have taken follow up daily from 6th July to till today. One engineer came on 7th July he checked connection and modem then he told the issue is with the wire.I will send another engineer to change the wire. But nobody came and he smartly closed the ticket. We even emailed to customer care customercare.[protected]@youbroadband.co.in. several times. They don't even bother to reply to our email. We called customer care & engineer severel time, but no response. The internet is still not working. We even told to refund the money we have paid in advance for 3 months Can you please look into this matter and help us to resolve the issue?

                    My name is Ketan Naik I stay in Viman Nagar, Pune I got a call from your executive for new connection on (9 July 2015) and she said that if I pay online my net will start working from today i.e (11 July 2015) once I have made the payment she is not picking my calls and no one came for installation this kind of fraud work your people are doing . I already have made online complain on consumer foroum for harassing the customers, I want my connection by today only or give my money back. I am going to keep this matter in consumer court as I am not alone, I went to Youbroadband Office and there also many consumers were standing with same complain.                       Hi, I applied for a new You Broadband internet connection, 2 months ago. One guy came from You Broadband and took the money for the internet connection and gave back the receipt. YOUF No...is 657000 But for 3 weeks, no internet was installed and later I was told that the internet connection is not feasible in the area. Since I wanted my money back, I called the customer care and this was the complaint number...[protected]. They said that someone will call me back but no body did. After a week, I again called and they said that they are initiating my refund and someone will call me back regarding this in 4-8 hours, again no body did. This time they gave me, one new complaint id for the refund...[protected]. Since then I have called around 10 times and every time I get told that somebody will call me in 4-8 hours but no body ever does call.
                      YOU Broadband India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      Still this issue has not been resolved.

                        I paid 2250 rs for new connection but they charge the money and they did not give connection they are so many in that comapnh. I called so many times to their numbers they are not giving any response. Lanja kodukulu money tesukunaru service ledu. Im suggest to every one don't go with Jaffa, laffot you brand band

                          If you are planning to buy Broadband connection please don't even think to take You broadband connection. They are 100 percent fake people. They will commit you a very high speed and take all the money in advance but you won't get even 1/4 th of the speed. For ex i bought plan whose speed should be 12mbps and the speed what they were given is less then 2 mbps. I have done the complaint many times but they have not responded my email and when i call them they have register the complaint and closed by there own without asking me whether it get resolved or not. Worst service buy at your own risk.

                              My Account No: 516902 User Name: Soundara Pandian There were no internet connection for the past 28 days and I raised so many complaints but no resolution finally since I need to recharge my account they provided the internet connection for the remaining days in the month, when I asked for credit for unused days they didnt provide at all and rather than they told to recharge the account. I too did the recharge but after doing recharge now again I am not getting internet connection, the same problem has came again (No cable Signal) I could like the consumer court to take strong action on this company. Also you can see the google review this company has very poor rating. Kindly take action on this companies

                                I took my internet connection around feb 2015..when i am going to take connection i told them in 1 mnth i m gng to change my room from annanagar to shanthi colony..they told connection will be relocated to my new place..so i took connection..after we changed to shanthi colony..they irritated alot..we asked shifting around march 5..they dragged 1 week, 1month and finally in may they told net is not avaible in our area(shanthicolony) and they closed our connection..we took 3 mnths plan..only 1 mnth was finished...they told they ill provide a refund around in 45 days frm may..still now money is not refunded...shifting is also not done..DONT CHEAT PEOPLE WE SUGGESTED TO MANY PEOPLE ABOUT UR BROADBAND..THEY TOLD CONNECTION IS NOT AVAILABLE BUT WHEN WE ASKED NEW CONNECTION HE TOLD ITS THERE...U PEOPLE DONT CHEAT...I NEED MY PENDING 2 MNTHS NET OR I NEED REFUNDED...I ASKED TO SHIFT WITH SAME PLAN AND ITS AVAILBLE IN BOTH AREAS..."I NEED MY NET OR REFUND IN 1 WEEK" USERID:lakshmipn complaint id:[protected] march(shifting request) [protected] may(disconnection and refund request)

                                  I have an internet connection of You Broadband company at Ahmedabad. I''m using it since last 6 months and just renewed my service pack for another 4 months. Since I''ve renewed my service pack, internet connection is down. They have replaced Switch(device) which is common in our building for all connections but still there is no luck. They are not giving any satisfactory answer about when this problem will resolve. They are not even picking the call. This problem continues since last 15 days. Please help asap.

                                    Sir, I applied for you broadband connection at vadodara. Executive explained us about ''refer a friend' scheme. According the scheme, I get 50 Gb extra And 1 month extra apart from the regular plan. Last date of My regular plan is over still I am not got benefit of above. I complints many times. Result zero. Plz help to resolve the problem. Thank you.

I have purchased it on 16th April 2014. Now its going to be one year, from last 6 days my internet is not working there is no prper reply from the company members. When i visited to YOU broadband office in surat, manger was very rude in talking and not giving proper reply, she told me that the problem will be solved.                                         I paid 1500 Rs for 100Mbps 125Gb plan on 29 June. From June 30 onwards, internet stopped working. There is no single call back to enquire or check status. The engineers assigned were Saket and Mayur. I offered them Rs 10 for them to call back. But still they didnt call back and let me know the status. The customer representatives are just dumbos . Thye can just say 4-8 working hours.LOL I also spoke to Cynthia Joseph - Pune head escalation point - but no help. Guys, dont take big plans from You Broadband, the moment they get money, they will play you. Phone recording with them available :) My user id is rc_4634
