It's been not even 30 days since I have take. A you broadband connection and I have got internet only for 4-5 days that too with breaks. When I call customer service, it's the worst ever. They don't know anything and all they say is I will get a call back. But NOT CALL EVER. I don't want to cut my connection but if I have paid for it for 3 months and not even 1 day I have no connection, what can I do but ask for a refund? THEY REFUSE. they say the plan amount will not be refunded only deposit which is 1000. I have paid full for 3 months and I have not even got 5 straight days on Internet. The worst company. Rather this is what they do with everyone. See their Facebook for reviews. Full of negative reviews. They are a cheat company. The worst company to deal with. Stay away from you. I am going to file and FIR against them to not give my money back.

    I paid 3000 rs(6 months plan) for new you broadband connection, even after 10days they dint install broadband connection, so i cancelled the request, before cancellation they told that i will receive the paid amount(3000 rs) with in a week, but it is more than a month and i dint get my money back and the contact persons are also not responding. kindly do the needful

      In-spite of registering a complaint on customer care it been now 4 days and our internet connection is not working. Everyday we complaint and they say after 4 hours it will be resolved. Main reason we cant do anything is its a prepaid service. At the time of getting connection they promised prompt service and bla bla bla. But now after converting prospective customer to confirmed customer they are not looking and not sending any service person to resolve the issue.

        I am Ronak Doshi. I have purchased connection of you broadband 4 months ago. The sales person Mr. Manoj rajput and Mrs. Anjana told me to give one more month in my package. So they promised me to give 4+1 total 5 months in payment of 2600 if I pay online. I paid online and they completed sevices in just 4 months. When I demaned for the services of 5th month, they asked me to show me the recipet with their handwriting. As it was online I couldn't show that. In this way they cheat people..Moreover, when I told them to close my connection they told me to give my modem deposit of rs. 1000 at the end of 2 months. So in this way they use huge deposit amount free of cost for 2 months. This way the company is cheating the customers. Kindly save the customers from this fraud company.

            Dear sir, I have brought a 6 month internet service pack from you broadband india pvt ltd, but from last few month there service is disconnected.( In a week only 2-3 days net activate). When complaint to customer care no one can properly handle and resolve my issue, they just have one excuse - fiber cut in your area. kindly confirm what to do in this situation and whom to complaint who can resolve my problem

              broadband service is not working for more than 40 hours, customer care has no reply i have called them at least 8 times starting from 27th june 10:30 am until present 28th may 21:00 pm The standard answer was the internet servise will be up and working after 2 hours and s member of a service team will call you up. The call never came. This is the emsil is sent to the... But still no reply Good day i would like you to know that my internet is not working from 10:30am until now. I have already called 3 times at the customer service and received no convincing answer. This is the 3rd time in the week that this has stopped working without giving us any notice. I work from home, my work stays pending and causes me lot of inconvenience. I have a 3G internet from mobile i use it in emergency i cannot use it all the time. I would like you to know if this thing continues i would like to disconnect the connection and compensate me accordingly. I cannot have delays in my work.                 Since 10 days I am not able to access my internet due to cable cut . I am going on calling the customer care they only answer me that within 4-12 hrs back end team will contact this is the answer I am getting from 10 days. U guess I am calling twice a day ...                   I took an internet connection from you broadband, pay the amount on 27.05.2015 and it connection fixed on 10.06.2015.and it worked only till 11.06.15, After that it didn't work and I raised a complaint in their customer service many times but they didn't give any response.and if you dial the given numbers they do not respond.Then I asked them to cancel the connection and refund my amount. But they are not ready for that also. Its the worst of service I have never seen.My a/c no.1214635. I want instant refund. Will not spare you and will not allow you to achieve so called "SALES TARGET" illiterate Customer Associates in You Broad.

                    a person with mobile no [protected] calls up claiming himself to be calling from ATM branch mumbai as manager and asked for atm details and debited 5000 rupees smartly out of my account day before yesterday. when called him he said yes am fraud do what ever you can do. Help me take necessary action against such criminal

                      Problem to your kind perusal:- I spoke with the customer care support about this but no use so finally reaching to Escalation team with larger distro, at least one person can take up my issue and expecting prompt Action. 1. Now I am facing serious lag issues ping problem and download speed is ranging from 30-50. My downloading Speed is 512 Mbps and it’s too slow through Direct LAN cable. I took plan:WTF100Mbps (550GB, 6 months plan – Just 10 day only I got New connection, Used 10 GB only). After FUP Speed512 Mbps. (I paid for your service because I was promised a good Speed and Service. But as it turns out it is proving very unprofessional and least bothered about customers.) 2. 2days back I have raised ticket and yesterday Technician came for resolve the issue, however we have checked SPEEDTEST, Fortunately its coming 70 Mbps where as downloading speed is 512 Mbps we have downloaded few time with multiple files. Without resolving issue my Ticket got closed yesterday evening. Only reason i took this plan is to work from home during night hours and weekend support but the speed/downloading/browsing in at time never reaches even 100 kpbs. I have been the calling call centre all the 3 days but no improvement. I paid 6 months fees as advance faced enough problems with your service, if I will not get proper speed I would request you please cancel my new connection and refund of my payment if this cannot be fixed. I was utter disappointment with your support/Service, not only this time, whenever I face any problem with net; I have faced similar delays almost all the times. Every time your delay cost too much for me in terms of professionally and personally. Please resolve my issue immediately or pay back my refundable money you collected on 06-June-2015. So I will go for my Existing ACT (Formerly BEAM) broadband provider. So I request you to kindly address the problem and provide me with a truly ‘PERMANENT RESOLUTION’.                         I have applied for the connection ariund 30th of may. I get the connection ready on 5th of june. On the night of 17th june when I tried to connect the Internet the modem wasnt going online so I waited till morning. In the morning I tried once again but the problem was still there so I called up on the customer care number of YOU broadband and registered a complaint. They assured me of resolution asap but it was a lie. Day after day I called them and still the issue was nit resolved. Every time I call the Customer care they have the same answer "Sir, I am escalating your complaint from here to the local office on high priority basis". Two times they appointed a technician for the visit but the company and its employees are so careless that they did not cared for the deadline. They gave me an ETR twice but as obvious they couldnt met it. The main part of this fraud company came out when they send me the text of issue resolution while there was no sign of any technician visit and not even a call from the company. They fraud me with a limited month unlimited plan. What is the use of a unlimited plan when you cannot use it. My user id is vk_0012 for you braodband connection and resides in Vadodara city.                             Regarding my internet connection is not working last 6 days, I have raised complain on called customer care (5 times) they said technician will get back to within 4 to 12 hrs, but after registered complaint in 5 days there is no one tried contact me or resolve my issue. Here customer is not able to understand what is going on about his complains, which is pathetic. There is no trust building by YOU broadband and only false commitment to customers. As per You broadband “In case the problem is not resolved within the stipulated time as given by the Call Centre, or the customer is not satisfied with the resolution provided he/she may escalate the complaint to the Appellate Authority” Even I have approached Appellate Authority (Cynthia Joseph) (in 5 days), still my issue is not resolved . Here customers are fighting to get proper channel who can assist them properly.

                              I surrendered the modem in March 2014. And applied for refund after 45 days for the refund of deposit.More than one year has already passed and despite many reminders to their customer call centre and letter I am still struggling to get my deposit.Last I talked to their cudtonpmrr call centre on 15th June 2015 to one Ms. Jennifer who promised to solve the above problem.                                 I had surrendered Modem in March, 2014 and have since been requesting the co.to refund my Deposit through their call centre and The letter to their H.O.but despite many promises I have not received the deposit .i have submitted my new address of Noida too.their Customer centre has not confirming my calls through SMS.                                   I took YOUBroad band connection, HYD & made payment on SAT 6 th June. By THU they said will provide connection but till today no one is responding and no one came to my home. Even I spoke to Escalatioin team Mr. Ajay but till today 10 days passed and no one bothered to provide connection. They took payment and doing nothing. Pls help

                                    My user ID is ravi844, I have placed several complaints from 19th May 2015, till today no one fixed the issue, every time they say “the call assigned to Sathish”, but he never made a call nor visited my place to attend the complaint. Couple of day back I received a SMS and call for renewal of account. I fail to understand the need for renewal, when the service is not rectified. I believe they should fix the internet and give me the service credit for those days I was unable to use the internet. Regards Ravi

                                        This has been worst customer experience ever. Below is the email that I had sent to Appellate authority to get it resolved but there has been no update from their end. This email explains my issue quite a bit. Complaint has already been raised but there has been no update from their end. Complaint number is : Youbroadband complaint number :[protected]. ----- Original Message ----- From: Susheel Bhatt To: appl.[protected]@youbroadband.co.in ; customercare.[protected]@youbroadband.co.in Cc: Susheel Bhatt Sent: Thursday, June 11, 2015 11:30 AM Subject: Patheric service Hi, This is regarding the pathetic service been provided by You broadband. I had opted for You broadband despite its bad reputation. But trust me that has proven me wrong. And I will never recommend anyone to opt for you broadband. This has been my worst customer experience ever. At the time of payment I was told I will be getting connection within 3 days. But then after calling them continuously on the third day I find out they haven't even started the processing. Upon further pressuring they started the processing and to my utter surprise they hadn't even checked the amount on cheque. That sales guy tells me on 3rd day after calling him million of times that the amount on cheque is wrong and I need to give him fresh cheque. That is also acceptable. So I gave him fresh cheque and it has been 5 days since then. He doesn't answer my calls. And upon calling from unknown number he tells me he will be able to do it in 10 days so it will be better to initiate a refund. Just to lessen the work pressure (which I hardly beleive they have) he pressurise me to initiate a refund because it will take more than 10 days to get a connection. However at the time of payment I was told I'll be getting it in 3 days. But to my extreme dissatisfaction it has already been 7 days and that person tells me he will start it now and will take atleast 10 more days. Then I receives a very diplomatic answer to try calming me down. However we are extremely sorry that due to certain unavoidable circumstances we have not been able to complete the installation within the proposed time. We look forward to your cooperation and patience in the interim. Assuring you best of our services. Thanks & Regards, Cynthia Joseph Appellate Authority YOU Broadband India Private Ltd. Website : www.youbroadband.in But this was not the case. I explained everything to them again on same day 11th June and never heard back from them. Their representatives stopped answering my calls. Authorities numbers neither answer calls. And there is no update on the complain number as well. Hi Cynthia, I appreciate your response. And unfortunately it was not delayed because o[censored]navoidable circumstances. But this was delayed because this process has yet not been initiated. As stated earlier last time they tried to initiate the topic upon calling them multiple times and found that cheque amount was wrong. And after providing them correct cheque I've been chasing those people for an update and they don't answer my calls. And it is extreme shameful. That I had to call from an unknown number to get my voice heard. And to my utter surprise he receives my call (from unknown number) and tried to justify why he wasn't answering my calls. And he hasn't yet started the process. He emphasised me to initiate a refund because he hasn't started the process and he will take minimum 10 days to get it done. However getting a wire to my home wouldn't hardly take more than one or two days considering all the circumstances.
