In-spite of registering a complaint on customer care it been now 4 days and our internet connection is not working. Everyday we complaint and they say after 4 hours it will be resolved. Main reason we cant do anything is its a prepaid service. At the time of getting connection they promised prompt service and bla bla bla. But now after converting prospective customer to confirmed customer they are not looking and not sending any service...
