I took an internet connection from you broadband on 23.05.2015 and it worked only till 28.05.2015. After that it didn't work and I raised a complaint in their customer service many times but they didn't give any response. Then I asked them to cancel the connection and refund my amount. But they are not ready for that also. Its the worst of service I have seen.

    My crf no. is 689867 plan is You Dream 2 for four months in Rs. 2000 plus 1000 security deposit toll September 14th 2015 and since 6/6/15 I am getting no wifi and now they have entered my plan as one month plan of 699 rupees. My complaint is for Vadodara office of You Broadband for cheating and fraud, Mukesh and Jitendra of You broadband call centre for disrespecting a woman. please look into my matter.

      I am Simran and I bought YOU Broad Band Plan on 30th May 2015 and I paid them via cheque (CRF No. 693832). They asked me to buy Router worth Rs 1000/- and some Kalpesh said that installation will be done in 7 days. After 12 days they called me and said we cannot install broadband connection because it is not feasible in your area. Still after that scene I received messages from You Broad Band that connection in your area is feasible and let me know your postal address we will send sales team to your place and he will explain the plans. Ankita Parmar (Customer Care/Receptionist), Vandana Chauhan (Customer Care/Receptionist), Mr Pandey did not even care to resolve my issues moreover they refused to call their Regional Head. They said we are new to this company and we do not know who is the regional head. They have installed big banners about customer services and satisfaction which according to me is totally . At the scene I found many people with complaints and their issues were not resolved. I really do not know what company policy they have and why they have to abide by their policy because their work is just so and hoax. They said that they will refund the amount in 30 days via DD. Why so? Its not my mistake if they did not check the feasibility before asking money. I want instant refund. One more point every email address on their website is undelivered mail and if you dial the given numbers they do not respond. I want refund with compensation. Please look into this matter immediate. I would definitely reach out to EVS Chakrabotty who claims to be CEO/MD/Customer Associate. Will not spare you and will not allow you to achieve so called "SALES TARGET" illiterate Customer Associates in You Broad. i want you to remove Ankita Parmar, Mr Pandey, Vandana chauhan from their positions they are useless.         You broadband customer no. 505801 Internet is not working since 15 days. Tried contacting their phone support and registered complaint twice. No help has come so far, it is still not working. Last I talked to support agent named Tarana this morning. Need some resolution ASAP or my money refunded.

          To, All Concerned Parties, I had got my You Broadband connection installed during the month of May. I paid 3 month advance payment by cheque and It too 5 days to for the technician to contact me to install the connection. The internet worked fine for few days then it stopped working. I contacted You Broadband customer care on 27th May and told them to send someone to look into the matter. The person on the other side told me that my problem will be resolved in 4 to 12 hours time. But 2 days passed (48 hours) and no one came. I called them again on 29th May and registered my complain AGAIN. I was told that this time they have escalated the matter and my query will be solved in 4-12 hours. This time I waited thinking they might not have enough staff and gave them a grace time. but till 3rd of June no one came to rectify my connection. Now it had been total 5 DAYS that my internet was not working. A lot of my work suffered, however I used Airtel's phone internet (it was expensive but I had no choice) to access internet during this period. I called the customer care AGAIN on 4th June and told them to either get my internet running back or take it off. I had never seen such pathetic service ever before. He assured me that he will 'escalate' the matter again. However, till 6th of June nothing happened. I began to suspect that I have been made a fool of. Some people came and took my money. I began to feel that You Broadband is a scam and they probably not even return my money now. I made a final call on 6th of June to disconnect my You Broadband services and I told them to take their modem back and return my money. NO ONE came or called to disconnect it. I again called them on 7th June and told them the whole story and requested him to disconnect my account. NOTHING has happened till TODAY. NO call, NO person has visited my place. It's been more than 11 days that I do not have internet for which I had paid in advance for next 3 months. Neither my internet is working nor i am getting my money back. I am a victim of fraud done by You Broadband.

            I have bought a broadband connection from you broad band plan is 600kbps day 9 am to 9 pm after that speed 2 Mbps. as par their responsibility to give customer such service they are fail to give whenever I call to customer care they tell only one thing is SORRY SIR SYSTEM IS IN UPDATION PLEASE HELP ME OUT

                HI team, I have made payment of internet plan on 26/05/2015(Tuesday) to You broadband collector. As the plan is only working on 100 MB modem collector from you broadband told me that you have to replace modem to activate this plan and also told me it will not take more than two days to replace the modem.So I made the payment of 1700 Rs. and told him I will pay 450 Rs. modem (replacement) charges while replacing modem from You broadband technician.Till now I called more than 20 times to customer care but they are telling me each time that within 4 to 12 hrs concern team will contact you and address the issue. I made first call to customer care on 30th May(Saturday 5 PM).But till now I never got a call from them for addressing issue.Contacting the collector from you broadband on 28th May(Thursday) told me that your modem will be replaced within an hour. But till now it not got replaced. Today 03/05/2015(Wednesday) 4th time from the day I called collector from you broadband and asked for the mobile number of technician.He gave me number but technician told me that he has not received our new modem from company so contact to customer care. While contacting customer care they told me that I will get call from concerned team within 4 to 12 hrs. Tried to call to collector from You broadband for getting money back but he is not picking up the call. After prepaying for the internet service still not getting service from You broadband.So I want complain against them for not fulfilling the service. Thanks.

                  I am Balamurugan from chennai.. my mobile no [protected].. My you broadband account number 1200231. i recently get connection from you broadband.. paid rs 300 for deposit and rs 1000 for paln.. total 1300 paid... got connection on 31.4.2015.. 3 day working with some disconnection problem.. after 4.5.2015 connection completely disconnected... i given compliant on 5.5.2015.. i more than 10 times called customer care[protected] regaring this issue... upto today connection not working, i ask to refund my amount to call center RefNumber[protected].. no one give proper response to my call.. In chennai they give one landline number[protected]. i spoked to bhuvana in chennai. He give zonal head zahir[protected]. He give area manager number senthil[protected]. Like i have 5 to 6 contact person number (Ganesh, Anish, sagayaraj). I suggest all other customer, beware of above this guys. Because almost in month my mobile 300 rs to 500 rs wasted due to communicate this guy and call center. All response only one time. after two day they didnt answer my call.. very very worst customer service. They are trying to cheat me. Please any one suggest me to how to get my money back..                     Approached customer care several times I got information that it will be rectified within 4 to 12 hours. I request new customers not to take connection from this company. Customer Care executives will make us fools ( customers). I sincerely request not yo take connection they will focus on collection rather cthan providing quality services to customers. From Mohan

                      I supposedly have a 12mbps plan, the connection of which was provided after much follow up on May 23. Yet, I am getting a speed ranging from 0.01 mbps to 2.4 mbps, mostly hovering around 1.2 mbps. A speed of 8-9 mbps could have been understandable, how can 1 mbps be justified? Even before installation, I had asked You's Gurgaon team to confirm if the speed will be fine and that if the speed is not good, You Broadband will have to refund me the money. First You's executive confirmed the speed on phone and then You's engineer, Narendra visited my house and showed me the cable and node right in front of it, claiming that my speed on instances will be even higher than 12mpbs. Right now, the connection is much worse than the dongle which I use Complaints to You's call center fail to provide any resolution. You's executive Jhamanesh, who had done the installation after many delays, refused to visit to set the issue right and disconnected the phone. I visited You's Gurgaon office on May 27 where a certain Mr Gopichand, who claimed to be the technical head assured me that he would get the issue sorted immediately. I have been following up with him consistently and leave aside setting the issue right, he has stopped answering the phone and has even blocked my number!!! What sort of people is You hiring? Am attaching some screenshots of the speed recorded Would much appreciate if you could get You Broadband to initiate the refund proceedings

                        Hi All, I have raised a refund request[protected] for 1303 amount and i haven't received the same yet. You Broadband promises someone will revert in 4 to 12 working hours and no one comes back. Even i inititated to call the esecutives who took the amount, his TL and they pick the phone and say will come back in 10-15 mins but no response. Even i escalated to the concerned authority(below list of people) in you broadband but haven't got any response yet from the. Seems nothing works in You Broadband. ; ; ; ; ; Resolution i need now: i want to have the money 1303 refunded by today tomorrow as the company has a seven working days refund policy and need to know how are you refunding this.

                          I have you broadband connection in pune and some how the service was decent so apply for the connection in Bangalore on 17th may and paid 3, 000 on the same day so they have done wiring on 21st (only wiring) but the connection still not activated and its been more than 3 calls where they dont have any replies. they assigned some Abhinandan who dont even call me to do the activation and whenever i tried his phone is switched off and now because this kind of employees my work getting suffer. If you cant activate it by tomorrow then disconnect it and pay my money back will take some other connection

                            I Have given a compliant thru the call center on 16th May 2015, and they promised that the connection will be rectified with in 12 working hours, than i have called on 18th, 19th, 21st 22nd, 26th and 27th also same reply saying Mr.Satheesh ( suppose to be site engineer ) will call, none of the reverted and i am i have called Appellate Authority For Public Grievances chennai at this Contact No: [protected] ..called near 5 times no one to attend the call. This type of worst service been there from the time of installation ( last two years) but atleast after week they will rectify ...infact i been their office for the service request. But this time either all the support staff would have resigned or i reserve my comment. If any one can help me on this regards, would be appreciated. Regards Amalraj

                              I have got broadband connection in September, 2014. Since then every 10-12 days I have to call customer care for non-connectivity. Above of all these guys are having maintenance on friday afternoon which continues till tuesday evening - so I am thankful to these guys for forcing me to have complete holidays in weekend. Apart from it another thing makes me wondering is while I am banging my head with customer care people, many times connection just 7th house from me works very well and that guy makes fun of me. Its been 12 years and You Broadband has maintained its service level. Cannot expect this company to change.

                              Its very strange that every Friday we have fiber cut and its been continued since I got connection (Sept - 2014). Culprit is very punctual about it. As against team of You works very hard. Rectification continues till Monday or even Tuesday.


                              Though I knew such a fantastic services provided by You - I got into it. I feel guilty for recommending it to other people.

                                This is in regard with the constant net cut off by you broadband in our area i.e Paldi, Ahmedabad. The customer care service does not even register our complaints and denies it saying it is a technical issue about a fiber- cut in your area and thus it is not working. Everyday the same reason is mentioned and the internet is cut-off for about 5 hours each day since about 6 months repeatedly. The same complaint is confirmed by everyone who has subscribed to you broadband service in this area. My user id at you broadband is kbpate19 and contact number is [protected]

                                  The tele marketing executive at YouBroadband called and asked me to register as they were having a Free WiFi Router scheme. I made the payment, to take benefit of the scheme. Upon registration, i was informed that I will receive the free router within 15-20 days. I did not receive anything from their side. Everytime I followed up with them, they assured me installation within a weeks period. Its been over two months now, and You Broadband executive has stopped responding to my calls or messages. Feel utterly cheated.

                                    I have made online payment of Rs 2384/- on 6th May, 2015. After that I got call from Vishal Shelar 2-3 times in one day. The last time that I informed him that I have made online payment, he did not call back even once. He was supposed to do the installation on 9th May, but it is still pending as of today. I did not receive any call from him in the last week. I lodged multiple complaints(1015 times) on the YOU broadband customer care number, everybody gave the same response:"I am escalating your complaint. You will get a call in 4-12 hours." But I did not get any call back from YOU. I have lost Rs100/- mobile balance as well in calling the customer care. As of today, it doesnt look like Vishal will complete the installation in the next 3 days too.

                                    I too have a very bad experience with you broadband. I paid for connection on May 8 and still there is no response from YOU broadband. Everytime when i make a call the same response is received :"Iam sorry, give me a chance I am escalating your complaint. You will get a call in 4-12 hours. Your request has been assigned to Muthukrishnan" But I did not get any call back from YOU.I paid 3000. I lost my money no responce from them.

                                      Internet not working from past 15 days, wanted for re allocation but they said they cant change the address unless they rectify their fibre cable issues. i have already spoken to their Appellate Authority Jagadish S several times but he is least bother to even pick the calls. I have called the call centres several times but every time they just say that they have raise the request on priority but no one calls back. Now when iam asking them to cancel the connection and refund the money, they say that they dont have any refund policy. This is just a way of making money as they dont provide the promised service and they take full money from the customers. Their staff is so rude and arrogant. Today i spoke to their new Appellate Authority Subramaniam S who does not even know who to speak to a customer and was very abusive and rude. He said there is no one in the company except him with whom i can speak and kept on disconneting the calls. I need the full refund from this company and cancel the connection as evry now and then they have this fibre cut issues and their internet does not work most of the time.

                                        Wifi not working, and when call is made regarding complaint and asked for an officer who can come to our place and solve the problem, but no one is taking responsibility. In the past 2 months I made approx 30-35 complaints, but then too very worst service and at the time of renewable of plan they call 3-4 times a day and making fake promises that it won't be happen and then too same happens, and no one is ready to take responsibility. A lot of time is wasted.
