Hello Sir, I had applied for YOU Broadband in the month of March 2015. They had collected a cheque from me for 4500 for the new broadband connection which was paid for six months in advance. Later they informed me that their broadband had no feasibility in our area, but they had deposited the cheque on March 27, 2015 itself. Later when I asked them for the refund of my money they said they will process in 7 to 10 days, but till now I have not received it. I had called them twice once on April 3rd and then on April 7, 2015. April 3, 2015 Call reference number is[protected] April 7, 2015 Call reference number is[protected] They said they will repay my amount through cheque, but till now they haven't paid me my dues. Kindly help me out in this. Avinash Subramanya Mob: [protected]. The YOU Broadband have still not resolved my issue. Kindly look into it.

    Respected Sir/Ma'm, Myself David Samson, I am living in Vadodara, Gujarat where I have internet connection from You Broadband internet connection provider. I recently changed my home due to that I approached You Broadband office to get shifted my internet connection to my new location and paid shifting process charge of Rs.607/- on 13/02/2015. At that time customer care representative told me not to recharge my account since it will take minimum 1 and half months to shift internet connection which seems okay to me and I didn't recharged as per their suggestion. Now, 1 and half month passed and during this 1 and half months of period I didn't got a single call nor anybody came to my house to check or provide shifting service. So, I approached to their office again and talked with their executive at Vadodara Old Padara Road branch. They told me it is not possible to shift internet connection while my account is in suspended mode. I argued with them and said that your customer care representative suggested me not to recharge my account and I simply followed their instruction. But if this is the issue why didn't I got any notification during 1 and half month? Does such service you people are offering after taking money? Ultimately I give up and asked to refund my modem deposit with shifting process charges. They told me to place a request on You Broadband's customer care portal so that my deposit will be given back to me through cheque at my new address with-in 1 week and so. Which again seems okay to me! Now I placed request and talked with customer care officer to reject my connection and give back my deposit plus shifting charge. So, they accepted my request and told me, "my money will be delivered to me in and around an around one week through cheque". One week passed and nothing happened at all so, again I called to You Broadband's customer care office to get the status of my rejection request. At that time they told something surprising, they told "My rejection request has been cancelled from their side and they have an availability at my location and they are able to fix the issue and shift my connection as soon as possible. I just have to recharge my account and once my account is in working condition everything will be alright!" Again with this talk I followed their instructions and did recharged my a/c for 3 month internet pack of Rs.1700+ and informed You Broadband customer care portal that I have did as you said and recharged my account; now process my shifting request so I can do my office work because I am working in IT company and I have to do my work through internet connection. Even I talked with their superior and explained everything in detail. She given me guarantee to shift my connection in 7 working days! Again I have to wait till 7 days which I did though I talked after 4 days to You Broadband customer care officer to get to know what is the status of my shifting request? This time they told me "somebody from their firm has been appointed and my request will be fulfilled very soon!" But, after 7 days passed and nothing happened not even I got a single call or nobody from You Broadband contacted me I contacted their customer care portal on 20/04/2015 to know the actual status of my request. At this time they surprised me again! They told me "my location is out of reach of their G-Phone connectivity and they are not able to shift connection!" I shocked and told them, you people insisted me to recharge my account and told me you have availability at my location and now you are saying that you are unable to shift my internet connection? How strange is this? At this time I went to You Broadband's Old Padra Road, Vadodara office to talk physically and get know what is the actual cause and if they are not able to shift I will tell them to give back my all money which I paid during this 2 and half months and my modem deposit as well. Now, they are saying me they will only refund me my modem deposit + shifting charges, but they will not going to pay my Rs.1700+ which I paid for my internet connection because they repeatedly insisted me to recharge and trapped me! They have cheated me and now I am clueless what to do! I requesting you to resolve my issue so that I can get my all the money which I paid without getting single day service which is around Rs.3000/- and so. They have clearly cheated me! and wasted my 2 and half months of time without doing anything. Thanks & Regards David Samson

      It all started on 5th april, when I enquired about you telecom's broadband service. The sales person named Vaishali([protected]) got in contact with me and said that connection is feasible in my area. After thinking I finally decided to take the connection and made online payment of Rs. 4300 for the same as asked by her after agreeing that the connection would be done in 20 days. 28 days passed by. So I got in contact with Vaishali yesterday (12/05/2015). She tells me that the connection is not possible in my area as they would need to extend a 500 meter cable for that. Then she hangs up on me! So, I called on the other number ([protected]) they told me that connection is possible and feasibility has been approved. I will be contacted by their technician within 4-8 hours, I'm still waiting for their call. It's totally irresponsible, two different representatives of the same organization give different responses!

        Customer Name& Account No: v.s.venugopal & 1070557 Details: Since HUDHUD cyclone on 12 Oct 2014 my Broadband services were disconnected. Due to failure of firm to restore services in spite of number of visits to their office at Vizag I had to return the cable Modem on 02 Dec 2014 which was duly receipted by the firm with a commitment to return the deposit in 45 days. I have visited their office on 30 Jan 2015 for refund. They have made me register telephone request to their call centre for cancellation saying refund not done due to that reason. The request Id is[protected]. Again I spoke to their call centre on 05 April 2015 for refund. Firm so far failed to refund security deposit and two months of advance paid for service. It is requested to arrange refund with interest.

          Hi, i m Viral Chauhan, i haven't access my internet since 13/04/15, and i have called 6 to 7 times at customer care which given by You Broadband Website, but they just give Same answer, and Complaint request Id[protected]., they just Update My Complain but not work on it. Also i have visited Head Office but they just give me same answer, i have taken 1 Year plan. so i have Bounded with this company. Pls do something i have frustrated with this company.

            Hello, I am an extremely distressed and troubled customer o[censored]nfortunately the worst service provider, You Broadband. I am sure a lot of other customers would have raised a complaint against this service provider because they fool the customers and give them so much of stress and trouble. The only reason i am associated with them is because of I have no other option to avail broadband services in my area in Vizag. I am waiting for a good service provider to reach my locality so that i can dump these guys for good because i am extremely frustrated with their poor customer service. After some rain and some winds on the 23rd April 2015, internet had gone off and my first call to these guys were on the 24th April. I have been calling them every single day and the associate whosoever answers the calls only keeps apologizing and says someone will call you within 3--4 working hours. This never happened. I had been calling them almost every single day and warned to fix my internet asap since i do not want to pay for services which these guys never provide. I waited each day but nobody called. I have been travelling and it has been so much of inconvenience to me since my parents at home were not able to connect to the internet for various purposes and hence i had to keep on calling them. I was frustrated on one of my calls and i asked the associate to call her supervisor, she outright told on the call that he is not available and was busy on another call. Then i asked the lady to keep me on hold and that i would wait, however she was reluctant. After a while she said, her supervisor is still busy. Hence, i asked the lady to call the manager on the floor or the Vice president or whoever is available so I could escalate for which she started giving me unreasonable answers that she has to personally go and call them and this is not possible. My frustration and anger reached to a point of saturation. She went on saying she has escalated the issue and someone will call me for sure within in 3-4 hours and the problem will be sorted. So far no one has called how. How can these guys tell the customer that there is no one available when then customer wants to escalate, this is against the policies of any company since customer has the full rights to escalate the concern. After a few more days I decided i will not call these guys back since I know they are fit for nothing and its a waste of money and time if i call them, so I started dropping them emails for which so far there is no response. Which means this company is filled with donkeys who just do not know how to do their job right. Rather i must say it is an insult to donkeys because they are from a hardworking species and know how to do their job. I got one call from a lady 2-3 days ago saying, mam i hope your net is working fine. .I was extremely frustrated and blasted her on the call and told her “how could you assume that did you check my emails and the number of calls I made to your call center?” I asked her you better fix the problem asap else i will take the complaint forward. She assured me she would get the technician assigned and get the problem sorted right away. But again as usual no one has contacted me so far no update. When the account validity is about to expire these guys start calling the customers every day before the due date to remind them of recharging their account and make the payment. How bad and unprofessional is it, when it comes to the customer’s problem being addressed, none of them revert with a call back or an update. There should be some action taken against this company, they don’t deserve to be in the market, these guys should be blacklisted and a legal action should be taken against them. Moreover I have a 12 MBPS package but the speed does not even come up to 0.8 mbps. I have raised several complaint on this issue but no action has been taken so far. I am deciding on closing this connection because it is really a pain. But i would need a full explanation from this company as why and how could they treat their customer like this and definably a full compensation. Please help urgently!! Help several other customers facing these harassments.Worst customer service experience ever. Local small time service providers are much better. I do not know who the CEO is of this fraud company, I wish I could write to him/her and explain what distress the company is giving to its customers.                 Dear Sir, My name is Bhushan Vishwas Kelkar. I would like to launch a complaint about the Internet services. The Company Name is You Broadband India Pvt. Ltd. The issue started on 11th April 2015 but no one was willing to help. Everyday, I was calling call center and I have recorded calls as a proof. Their Customer service is pathetic. No Manager on Floor in Call center. Initially, I was receiving text message from You Broadband, in case the services are down or if they are doing any maintainance. At this occasion, we never received any messages, I was fully frustrated, as we have to do sometimes extra work using Internet from Home too. Finally after 11 days on 22nd April services were back. I have to contact Regional Manager (Mr. Babu). He helped us a lot. There was no updates and nobody informed us that it will take upto 11 days. Finally I have purchased MTS Dongle. I have spent too much money for calling their call center and on Dongle. I need Compensation. I have all required proofs and receipts. My Contact number is [protected] My email is: [protected]@gmail.com Now a week before, due to Thunderstorm, we are without internet services. Again I have to contact Mr Babu, Regional Manager. Same story as usual. My Post Paid Mobile Bill is too high, because of these frequent calling. I have hardly used their Internet for 10 days, from the date of subscribing the Plan. Looking forward to hear from you.

                  Hi, I was a you broadband customer and I have disconnected my inter net connection due to bad service, I was told that I will receive refund amount with in 45 working days, and I haven't received yet . They are so reckless that they do not even bother to answer properly.

                    The YOU Broadband people haven't still resolved my problem. I received a call the next day after filing a complaint with consumercomlpaints.in but still they havn't resolved my problem and not made the payment. Please do something about it.

                      We have subscribed for a 6 month Internet plan and paid in advance. However most of the time their service is down. There is no SLA provided. All they do is keep sending messages that it will take more time.                         Dear, My name is Ramraju Venkatesh Chilgani, I have an account with You Broad Band. Since sunday I dont have Internet access and even after repeated calls to consumer care there is no resolution. I am fed up of the complaints and Que in calls. No one assigned to resolve the complaint. I am facing this problem for the second time, I have already lost a lot of business due to no internet connection at home. One of your technician came to my house and left his bunch of keys (Junction box keys of about 50 no.), I am calling him every day but he is least bothered for the keys, ([protected]) I dont remember his name. Mr Madhu ([protected]) other technician came and installed connection in my house and while connection he committed three months os Internet where as they disconnected my connection after two months. No one receives the call at your hyderabad office ([protected]). Where should I raise the complaint or should I go to consumer forum, you suggest. I don't have access since 05 days and I get a mail for renewal. What kind of service you provide god knows. Waiting for your kind reply.

But Today I called to both mobile numbers continuously, Mr. Kali not responded and ignore my calls then Mr.Raj told wrongly committed and he used bad words, he Advice to me.                             I am using your service and my Plan is: "HURRICANE YOU 40 GB 1 Month" and download speed is 1.2 mb per second every now and then the service is not available and also down load speed is only 80 to 120 kb per second. what's the problem ? Why you people not giving enough attention for the complaint. I am really upset with your service. If this will continue like this i will certainly discontinue your service

                              I have been using You broadband for last one months. And daily I need to call them up and waste my time dealing with their useless customer support because daily the internet gets disconnected. They just tell me that it will take 8-12 working hours. So daily I get around 4hr of internet and rest of the time they are busy fixing the issue like they say. I am registering a complaint daily and getting the same response. When asking to escalate the issue to the senior, they respond they are not entitled to do so. They have taken a 5 month advance payment and are not ready to refund it also.

                                I am using this connection from more 1 year that too I bought up on some reference but I found them as the worst broadband service provider ever . From 1 year I am complaining and it's look like they have got deaf ears. First of all they have got very unprofessional customer care center and moreover I think that they have got no technical staff to resolve problems 'coz from last 1 year not a single technical person visited me or bothered to give me a call to know the status of complaint. I think that their higher management is also responsible for this as they are not able to monitor their staff effectively. Will never recommend them and their license must be snatched and they must be banned. Complaint For: Never get the mentioned speed and Internet gets discounted on regular basis.

                                  Hi I have submit the request for new connection from youbraodband and got an SMS that its feasible in my address. Then I have applied new connection online and also paid amount on 14th APR 2014 . Immediate I got a SMS that its not feasible in my area. I had a call with customer care after that to confirm and they replied amount will be refunded in next 7 days. Compliant number:[protected]. Then after few days on 21st APR 2015 I have again call the customer care and got the same answer and logged a new complaint: [protected]. On 24th APR 2015 I have again called customer care and they said issue is escalated and I will get a call in 4-12 hrs. But no call received. I have again called customer care today on 27th APR 2015 and got the same response that I will get a call in 4-12 hrs and issue is escalated on high priority but still no response from youbroadband. This is really bad customer experience that even paid full amount i didn't heard back from broadband as and still don't know either my money will be refunded or not. For reference: Please see attached screeshot of amount paid for new connection.

                                  We have purchase you broadband internet connation form surat branch office And our user id : psshah4 and a/c no : 942778 and this connation is praful suvalal shah and address is ghod dod road surat we have not internet connect in our area so that we have cannel this connation on sep-2013 and we have received refund chqe but some issue so that this refund amount is on credit in your account after three month we know that refund amount is not credit in our bank account then we have compliant to you broadband many time but every time you broadband company says to us your refund amount received with in 45 day yet we can’t received our refund amount so please we have request to you ple note our compliant and as soon get early steps urgently

                                  Dear sir/madam,
                                  I decided to renew my You Broadband connection in this period of lockdown, it was on 14th July 2020 to be exact and then the wifi worked for one day and stopped working again. With multiple calls to their customer service, my issue was not resolved and they just kept ignoring my request. Finally, I asked for my account deactivation and applied for a refund by sending them an e-mail, they have not responded to me yet and when I called their customer service regarding this I was brushed off and told that I cannot be refunded. I had paid for a 6-month plan, worth Rs. 8, 277 and used it for a day, that's it! I'll attach the screenshot of the tax invoice and the mail I sent to them. Please help me with this issue.

                                    Hi Team, My Customer no is : 1142580 Name : Sujeet Bhujbal User id : sujit9923 I am too much frustrated with third class You Broadband service in Pune Wanawadi area. Every month there is Technical Outage of 10 days. Please close my You Broad Band Connection and I am requesting for give refund of my amount for remaining 144 days . So that i will take net connection from another service provider. I already raised this problem in Consumer Forum . And already waiting for response.

                                      I have applied for new connection through online link (http://www.youbroadband.in/onlinesales_crf.php?id=[protected] on[protected], which customer care (onlinesales.[protected]@youbroadband.co.in) has send and paid the payment. They said that within 3 days I will get the connection. But even after two week they are not responding to my emails or phones. The Registration No:[protected] is which I get in the reply email on sucessful payment. Frustating part is that, have send many email to Appellate Authority (appl.[protected]@youbroadband.co.in) and customer care, but they got no response from them.

                                        My id is - ruchir404, My complain No[protected] My internet is not working since 10 days. we are requesting the service provider to fix it but they are only giving fake hope and false promises.This is the worst experience in life. I never had this kind of bad service before with any other service provider.
