I am an extremely distressed and troubled customer o[censored]nfortunately the worst service provider, You Broadband. I am sure a lot of other customers would have raised a complaint against this service provider because they fool the customers and give them so much of stress and trouble. The only reason i am associated with them is because of I have no other option to avail broadband services in my area in Vizag. I am waiting for a good service provider to reach my locality so that i can dump these guys for good because i am extremely frustrated with their poor customer service.
After some rain and some winds on the 23rd April 2015, internet had gone off and my first call to these guys were on the 24th April. I have been calling them every single day and the associate whosoever answers the calls only keeps apologizing and says someone will call you within 3--4 working hours. This never happened. I had been calling them almost every single day and warned to fix my internet asap since i do not want to pay for services which these guys never provide. I waited each day but nobody called. I have been travelling and it has been so much of inconvenience to me since my parents at home were not able to connect to the internet for various purposes and hence i had to keep on calling them. I was frustrated on one of my calls and i asked the associate to call her supervisor, she outright told on the call that he is not available and was busy on another call. Then i asked the lady to keep me on hold and that i would wait, however she was reluctant. After a while she said, her supervisor is still busy. Hence, i asked the lady to call the manager on the floor or the Vice president or whoever is available so I could escalate for which she started giving me unreasonable answers that she has to personally go and call them and this is not possible. My frustration and anger reached to a point of saturation. She went on saying she has escalated the issue and someone will call me for sure within in 3-4 hours and the problem will be sorted. So far no one has called how. How can these guys tell the customer that there is no one available when then customer wants to escalate, this is against the policies of any company since customer has the full rights to escalate the concern.
After a few more days I decided i will not call these guys back since I know they are fit for nothing and its a waste of money and time if i call them, so I started dropping them emails for which so far there is no response. Which means this company is filled with donkeys who just do not know how to do their job right. Rather i must say it is an insult to donkeys because they are from a hardworking species and know how to do their job. I got one call from a lady 2-3 days ago saying, mam i hope your net is working fine. .I was extremely frustrated and blasted her on the call and told her “how could you assume that did you check my emails and the number of calls I made to your call center?” I asked her you better fix the problem asap else i will take the complaint forward. She assured me she would get the technician assigned and get the problem sorted right away. But again as usual no one has contacted me so far no update.
When the account validity is about to expire these guys start calling the customers every day before the due date to remind them of recharging their account and make the payment. How bad and unprofessional is it, when it comes to the customer’s problem being addressed, none of them revert with a call back or an update.
There should be some action taken against this company, they don’t deserve to be in the market, these guys should be blacklisted and a legal action should be taken against them. Moreover I have a 12 MBPS package but the speed does not even come up to 0.8 mbps. I have raised several complaint on this issue but no action has been taken so far. I am deciding on closing this connection because it is really a pain. But i would need a full explanation from this company as why and how could they treat their customer like this and definably a full compensation.
Please help urgently!! Help several other customers facing these harassments.Worst customer service experience ever. Local small time service providers are much better. I do not know who the CEO is of this fraud company, I wish I could write to him/her and explain what distress the company is giving to its customers. We are literally paying for a service that is hardly rendered to the customers. Which means there are earning for free!!
