I am using this net from last many years but now it's too much for me to compromise it. I am using 1mbps speed with this company for 12 months and i also paid advance and now it's like every month i have to call him for net is not coonected also slow speed at last two days before i call him and compare to another net company that them server never down also not stop so they answer that we are giving you net in in low price so we have low technich and also said that that's why it's problem comming it's totally rude.

      They don't solve problem of customers but they cut off the net upto 6-8 hrs by saying problem of cord cutting or maintainance I compined for exchanging modem for 3 times thought till today unable to get new modem...as if I m alien that complaint against them... All other company raised their speed during night...but our YOU BROADBAND slows or even stop during night or early morning... 2 days pr week they got wire cut or maintainance and plus every day they don't provide enough speed...so what's the meaning o[censored]nlimited...

        My registered mobile Number for you broadband connection is [protected] and account number is 1184496. I am new customer of broadband connection. I filled form for broad band connection before more than 2 months and I got connection in last week. For establishing connection no one come from technical person to make connection, I was called to sales person and created connection as he guided. From 1st day of connection I am facing speed related issue, for the same I logged complaint to customer care as well I visited Kondhwa, Pune branch You broadband office, but till today query is not resolved. I called every day to customer care from the 2nd day of connection and they always saying next day your query will be resolved. I am getting SMS every 1 day after saying that "Dear Customer You request has been resolved. Give us missed call for feedback"... but problem was not resolved. As always I again called to customer care executive on last Saturday 4-April-2015 to discontinue the connection, he asked why do you want to disconnect broadband connection? I told him the same story as written above, and he replied give us time till Monday first half we will definitely resolve your speed related issue. Just before 2 hours I received message saying same "Dear Customer You request has been resolved. Give us missed call for feedback"... but practically this issue is not resolved. So, Today I again called customer care executive for disconnect connection and they told me it will take 45 days for refund. I already paid 3 months in advance I will not wait till 45 days because my connection was never setup correctly. Whatever speed I am getting (i.e. 0.25 mbps) is not usable for me so please give me full refund and do it immediately. So I will get another broadband connection. Please do the needful help.

          Hi my net is not working. I have recently upgraded my plan to 1 mbps unlimited. And in the first week itself my net was not working. After many heated arguments and discussioins and requests a technician did not come as promised. The problem took more than a week to resolve. After that again barely a week has passed and the same problem is recurring. I am a very old customer of You Telecom. My brother was a customer too before me. THIS IS NOT WHAT I EXPECT FROM YOU TELECOM. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. EXTREMELY ANGRY. EVEN THE CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT RESPONDING NOW. AFTER HAVING PAID IN ADVANCE I REGRET RENEWING YOU TELECOM.             I did lifetime mistake by taking YOU broadband. 1. Till date no service. 2. Advance payment | Fake promises of deadline and installation. 3. Waste service. 4. Money taken by Fraud Jagdeep : Sales person : Pune : 5. Manager : Sharad yadav : fake reasons for not providing the connections.

            If they cannot provide service, why is the amount been taking in advance, return the amount if service is not provided on time when needed. Why should i waste my precious amount and time for not providing service as promised.
            No point in taking the service when that cannot be full filled on the promised time and date.

            Return my money, i had given enough time and you know that, called at least 4-5 times daily.
            Same problem with me. They are not providing good service and also not refunding my money .. What to do

              I am unable to login into my account for internet services. It showing an icon that computer is unable to register my name and password. It is showing an error 691, 734, 724. Please solve the problem. I had lodged a complaint in local office at Visakhapatnam (A.P).

                Hi m the end user of the worst company called You Broad band, , And having 2 accounts on my name 748442 for Office 458710 for House. Now the issue is months back I took a new connection which is 458710 in my home and because of the improper lan cable i was not able to use internet as it was not attached to modem because of its broken clip. i called the guy who installe the same and followed for several days and after a month i got a new lan cable. However after few days a shifted my room to vashi Sec 11, wherein there people dont have there connectivity, and as per them i wont be getting any refund of my 6 Month Plan. So now my question is why should a consumer have to bare the loss of 6 months advance paid charges, Why not the company can adjust in my another account OR give me refund.

                  Hi team, I have raised almost 10-12 complaints in last 2 weeks and before that also every week one complaint since last 3 months. I used to explain each time same to every new representative I am calling. They gave me word and asked me to put trust on their service that they will provide me permenant solution this time, but every time I got fooled by them. I lost my temper when I on Sunday 5th apr I got issue and called them. When they told me we will not solve your issue today. I gave them hint that I'll raise call against you in consumer forum but they didn't mind anything. So I totally exhausted now with their way of treating their 9 month's old customer.                       I'M Dinesh Bhansali And My Login ID In You Broadband Is a750.(aradhana industries-[protected]) Last Complaint ID is [protected]. I'M Having Internet Connectivity Issues Since 22 Days From 08/03/2015. I Had Registered Complaints About This Problem In Customer Care Centres Of YOU BROADBAND And Also E-Mailed Them About This But They Are Not Giving Me Any Support. I Registered So Many Complaints And On The 2nd Day Of The Complaint They Say That It Is Resolved But Actually It's Not Resolved And Saying That Register A New Complaint And Doing The Same That Problem Is Resolved But Actually It'S Not Resolved. I'M Tired Of Them And They Are Not Refunding My Money Also.. Due To All These I'M Suffering From Mental Agony Since 10 Days So I Kindly Request To Take Some Legal Actions Against YOU BROADBAND.

                        Respected Sir, My Name is Joshi Harshit DoshakarBhai. I live in Vadodara. Feb 13 I have decided to purchase You BroadBand Plan, Plan decryption 600 kbps in day speed and 2Mbps at nigh speed and this is unlimited Plan. I have paid Rs. 5000 through check. In this amount Rs. 3000 is plan Cost / 6 month and Rs. 2000 is a Modem security deposit. Rs.2000 is refundable. 26th Feb Company has completed the physical Test means wire installation is competed. But Company not installed router and thats why I cant use internet yet. Company not start my internet. They promise me that they start my internet in 20 days. When I call in customer care they answer me that we start your internet in two days registered your complaint first. Thats why I have registered my complaint 3 times. But I did not get the solution. I send my complaint Id[protected],[protected],[protected]. I request you to give me right justice. Without Internet I have Loss Rs. 40, 000. I have all call recording and payment receipt.

                          I have been experiencing problems with YOU broadband from the same month of installation of the service. The same issue has been repeatedly faced. Net disconnection for days together. When I approached customer care, they will always comes with one answer. That is 'you will get call from the technician within 4-12 working hours' which will never come. The 4th day they said that the issue has been resolved and the complaint was closed. The remarks that I heard from customer care executives was that the technician Ramu called us and we told him that 'the complaint was resolved' which is an absolute LIE... We have been experiencing the same problem from the month of installation. I didn't see even one technician after the installation was done. I planned for the money refund for the remaining 6 months. But their policies will not allow for the refund. I am really vexed with these guys and the cheaters service. Ridiculous!!! Please do not encourage your friend or any knowns to opt YOU broadband.                             I took You broadband connection on 6th feb 2015. As per conversation with You's executive i was told that i will get 2 months extra credited for free along with my 12 months plan. I have official mail from You Broadband in which they have given me commitment. I called them many time.. Filed many complaints but after a year still i was not given 2 extra months usage. They said they dont have such scheme. I have a mail. I can prove that.I have attached the screenshot of mail from You Broadband in which they havw given me commitment.                                 I have been using you broadband for the past 5 years and i have faced several issues but somehow managed to stick to you broadband. But this time i couldnt.Here is what happened. I signed up for 12Mbps 3 months plan thinking i would get atleast 5-6 Mbps But my speed never crossed 700 kbps after day 1. Day 1 i got 1.2 mbps and when i asked why am i getting so low, i was informed it will take a day to refresh ! Then i called the customer support and raised a ticket for speed issue. Next day i got a message saying my issue is resolved. I happily checked the speed and found that the speed was some 640 kbps. I called the same day and once again they said they will reopen the ticket but again the next day got a message the issue is resolved. Thats when i immediately called the customer support and reopend the ticket . In less than 20 minutes the ticket was closed. I got furious and spoke to l2 support after waiting for 40 minutes. He said he would resolve it in a day and raised a ticket but guess what again i got a message saying issue resolved but issue wasnt. I was extremely frustrated by this act. i called again and politely asked the customer support why my tickets are getting closed without issue being addressed. I never got a call from the technician. The customer support guy found that the chennai technician named "Karthick" kept closing the ticket as resolved. Overall i have made 16 calls in this regard and have raised around 7+ tickets but nobody resolved the issue. The support team is pathetic. But i was even frustrated when i got a call on the date of expiry for a renewal.I explained the issue clearly to the person named" sasikla" and she replied saying "renew now and i will fix the issue in a day :)" Tht indulged me to walk out of You broadband. Frequent disconnection issues: In the last 1month my internet got disconnect some 10 + times especially on weekends when i need the internet the most.                                   There are a lot of government rules you telecom is not following, for example, no valid speed test link or a toll free number for customer support. You can get all you money back and still get services from you telecom until they do not follow government rules. If you are from Pune and are troubled by you telecom service please contact me on [protected]@gmail.com. I have a very healthy evidence and email proofs which you telecom has not responded to. I can anytime go to the consumer court alone but I wish to give hard to these lazy bums who keep on looting our money. Make people aware of their rights. I think a group would definitely make a bigger difference. This is a common trend among most of the ISPs to not provide toll free numbers or not create follow complaint tokens. I hope to make the ISP consumers aware and help them get exactly what they have paid for and are entitled to have by LAW.

                                    Dear Team, I enquired for a broadband connection service from YOU Broadband private ltd, in which i had specified all my address and details for which the connection was to be given. Post that i received a mail from YOU Broadband stating that the area is feasible and to apply online please click the link.I purchased the connections as per the link and also made an online payment of 3205/- on 13-Mar-2015, and received a confirmation of receipt from YOU Broadband. Post that i dint receive any update or call from the company, henceforth i wrote a mail to customer care for which i dint receive any response till today. then made a call to their customer care twice, and got the result as the are is not feasible both the times and a call will be arranged with the technical team which has also not been done. Ticket Numbers logged are as below: 1 Ticket Number[protected] 2 Ticket Number[protected] 3 Ticket Number[protected] Request to kindly do the needful!!! Regards, Shashwath

                                      I am customer of You Braodband India Pvt. Ltd. UserID: A547320, Pune, Viman nagar From last 10 days our internet connection is not working. After repeated complaints to customer care center & Customer Service Executive & Appellate Officer, we did not get any satisfactory answer & solution as well.The only answers getting from their side is the problem would be solved in 24 hrs or by today evening or within a day or two. They are not rectifying this problem & every time commits a fake commitment. Every time they give me stupid & lame reasons Different people give me new & different excuses. The problem has not been solved till date. They are closing my ticket again and again without resolving the issue. this happened 4 time.

                                        i was applied new connection form number 680567. dated 03.03.2015. collected amount 1303.00 rupees. ref maniveeran mobile number [protected]. i asked manager dilip and asoak kumar. not response and told return not available money, connection not possible. you will do any. no problem. dilip mobile number [protected]. so please need my money. take action to dilip, asok kumar, maniveeran and you broadband
