I made first payment by cheque with application. After few days was told that cheque had bounced and my connection was deactivated. I had more than sufficient balance in my bank account. They did not give any reason or cheque back. Also did not allow me to pay online. Reason: They wanted to charge me Rs 56 for cheque bounce. After giving them new cheque they told that connection will be reactivated in 4 hours. But even after 4 days it's not yet activated. Customer service is not responding. Relationship manager is a joke. Forget about helping, they don't even respond. My Ac no: 1158037.

    you can read the complain made to baroda office Dear Madam Payal I have got you connection in first week of Jan 15.with ID ghk24. According to my plane of 500GB I should be provided free Router from you broad band. I havet been issued a Router even after my filing a form in baroda office in personal.. I collected it from office. After 2 day, A boy Mr MAYANK have come for confugration. he found the router is a faoulty one and took it with him on 3rd feb, telling that he will report to his supervisor and will be replaced with in 2 3 days. But I am very much sorry to write that as on today I have not been issued a Router even after my so many complains which you can see below. since than I have been requesting, trying for Router from your baroda office on phone also. Now it is you to do needful on most urgent base. ALSO my connection is under MGM Schem for that also I am not given 1 month extra. I hope I need not to remind you again. regards Girish Shah

      Hi I have applied for new YOUBROADBAND internet connection in the Month of Dec 2014 by paying complete money online in Advance as per given in connection rules and after few days they will never put up a connection to my home and then after getting worst ever service from youbroadband, I opened request to cancel new connection after 5 days of paying money and as per refund company policy for cancellation of new connection is 7 days but till now i have not received my money back. I send so many emails and make many calls but no response and every time i get reply saying its in process and i will get soon but its being 2 months i have not received my money.         Dear sir / ma’am In 2013 I got a broadband connection from you broadband. That time I submitted a refundable amount of rupies 900 to them. On 18th august 2014 I submitted the modem. They told that in 45 working days I will get my refund. Till the date multiple times I called on customer care of you broadband but not getting satisfactory reply nor they are refunding my amount.           User Account no. 1094429 Complaint registered on Friday 30/01/2015 regarding problem in modem.. After taking follow up on a daily basis...still nobody showed up... They were asked to come before 11am or after 7 pm however its been a week and nobody showed up.

            You broadband provides Internet services and promises up to 12mbps of speed for a monthly charge of 1200/- in advance. However their services are down everyday for more than 3-4 hours and almost entire day on weekends. Their customer care refuses to help and hang up call when customers ask for a supervisor. In last 2 years I have never spoken to a single TL or Manager on their customer care number no matter how long I hold. They are always busy on another call and will never call back despite several request. Company has no information of the maintenance work they claim as the reason of interruption. Their is always a damaged cable which no one has been able to fix in 2 years. Moreover, consumer can only claim refund if services are down for more than 24 hours. At times net doesn't work the whole day and starts at the middle of the night saving them from giving refund. Local office refuses to help and disconnects the phone on upset customers.

              i am facing slow speed issue since 15 jan 2015. i raised many complaints in call center and also contact in local office but no one able to fixed my issue. technician team don't know what is the issue why speed is coming slow. i also talk to senior person for the same but not get nay help from them. now i have no option except to complain in consumer court.

                Hi, Myself Vivek Mishra has taken a You broadband connection few days before. I met with Mr. Altaf from You broadband in my home for this services. I opted 1 year service which cost me INR 4999/- . Before taking this connection i have asked Mr. Altaf if i get moved to other location like Gurgaon or Delhi. Will the same connection can be used there also. I got answer "YES" but you may have to pay some relocation amount. I was ok to pay relocation amount and i gave the cash money. Today i just called to check once again to online agent and i heard different answer from his mouth. He was telling that it is only possible in one state but not from one state to state. I told him that then why i am getting two different answer from your representative of same company. He was unable to reply that ans said simply "SORRY" but he has no answer for this. Now my scenario is that there is high chance of my movement from Baroda to Gurgaon or Delhi. So now my INR5000 went waste if it happenes. I need your help in this regard because that may be the single person problem, may more person would have gone such situation. Please i request your interference in this regard. Thank you so much.                   The You broadband sales person has sold me broadband connection in Dec’14 says that, if you taken below You scheme, it will automatically convert into postpaid connection which is not happening till now. And, after that since last two weeks am following with the sales person as well as the You customer service & also raise a complain three times, but till now am not getting any action on my complain from You broadband. Every time they told me, they will take action within 4 to 12 hours. So, I want to file complaints against You Broadband service for cheating to customers & sale his product on a fraudulent basis.                     Didn't received any call from the technician or sale executive after making complaint on 25th January. Customer Care keep saying the same thing that we will sort out your problem in 4 to 12 working hours its been three days excluded holidays and i applied for connection on 21st January. So keep look into my matter as i need internet connection urgently and while calling your sale executive he is ignoring my calls, not receiving my calls, what type of employee is he.                         Dear All, I want to share my experience with all you. I have applied for new connection with all details on their website on 9th January 2015, and on the same day I have received email on my registered email that my request for connection has successfully cleared our feasibility check process and now i can make my payment either online or personally. I have opted for the online payment and made payment on 10th January 2015 having amount of Rs. 7999/- for connection. Now after making the payment to You Broadband, they never contact me on my registered mobile number or not sent an email for any updates. After seven days of waiting I have started calling on their customer care number, i have discuss my detail with their customer care executive three times and every time i got different feedback from them which was not satisfactory from any person. Its really making me frustrated then I have decided to call their Appellate Authority For Public Grievances Mr. GurmukhSingh Jandu at ahmedabad. After providing my details he has asked for some time to check and revert back to me. I feel shock and You all will shock hearing his answer, he said me that as per our technical team its not feasible to provide connection at your address so we will refund your money within next 20 days. Now I cant understand what they people are doing its really worthless and totally unethical practice I have ever seen in my life. I dont know how they treat their existing customer ??? Ram Ashok

                          I had applied for Internet connection of You broadband in Baner pune. The you broadband representative named Ganesh took money Rs 2688 (3 months advance) from me on 5th Jan promising connection in 3 working days.After waiting for 4 days, i called him and he responded with some stupid reasons and thereafter stopped responding to my calls. Customer care took complaint and promised for resolution in 48 hours. Now, no response for the complaint again and escalations and escalations happened on the same. After 10 days, customer care gave me Nodal officer number. I had called the number and she told me she will look into the matter and will update me on the same by EOD of the day which never happened. I called her again and she told me we have raised request for Refund and that request number never shared with me. I am tired of this company and escalations. The worst company to do with business.                             I applied for new You Broadband connection by paying 5999Rs for a year on 27th December 2014 and got connection on 3rd Jannuary 2015. Since then I am getting speed of 1Mbps even though I paid for a plan of 4Mbps. I had given almost 10-12 complaints but everytime they say your complaint will be resolved in 4-8 hours but nothing happens and complaint gets closed. I have even asked them to close my connection if they cannot give the service and refund my full amount. Strong action needs to be taken against You Broadband. Regards, Girish [protected]

                              Am put up in Chennai, i disconnect the you broadband connection from October 24th 2014.the you broadband people collect their modem within the week, during the modem collection time they given letter regarding the refund process, in that letter they mention within 45days we refund the Modem amount Rs.800/-, but still now i didn't received any amount from You Broadband, when i was calling to chennai office nobody giving proper answer about this refund detail.For new connection, service & Refund all this work You Broadband is Acting as Bad Manner, This company making the customer as fools.Any body please help for me to getting this Refund Amount.

                                I have applied for you broadband connection on 22nd December they asked for payment. I did online registration and payment on the same day however they haven't yet activated my connection after multiple follow ups. I have no idea about ISP connection and connection reliability. You broadband is the worst Internet service provider. This is not just my experience.                                   I had requested an executive to come and collect the monthly subscription fee on 16th Jan. I was told this request will be processed between 4 to 12 working hours. I called back on 17th and I was told it will be done on the same day. Then today (18th) I called again in the morning and afternoon. Now they are telling me this request can't be processed until 19th. Apart from this everytime I call, I was told the request will be processed on the same day and now they are telling me it wasn't done until now because of holiday season. So shouldn't they have told the same at the beginning? And since when India has holiday season till mid Jan?

                                    I had purchased 12month Internet plan called "Trident ECO" on 26 feb. 2014 from You Broadband. It works just 1 to 2 months and stop working. From last 8 months it is not working & they are not able to resolve it. I call to customers care for about 100 times and each time they give different silly reasons. First they blame on my PC Ethernet port. After that I test same PC outside and found OK. I tried there incoming cable with 2 different PC and 4 laptops. It was giving same issue, the not connected to remote server or connectivity issue. Second they told that Internet is working using my username in their office and they updated status "issue Solved" at there end. This happens may times. Third they blame on construction work going on our building which was nonsense. The main construction work was completed last 6-7 months. The actual work is going on inside newly developed flats and it has no relation with there cable coming from outside. Each time either they neglected my complaint or given some silly reasons. Till today I have spent more then 1000 rupees just for follow up with them apart from there 12 months package cost 5600/- and return of that I got Fustration.

                                      Hi, As per my previous complaint still my complaint is not resolved still my connection is not install as you told in previous complaint resolution that give company phone number or mail but till date company not sent any mail to me and even nobody contact me so we don't have any contact number and person from whom we purchase connection he is also not picked my phone to informed my connection status but by my end I am Search in company website pending status that still it is in Feasibility Clearance status for your reference here I am sending website address (http://youbroadband.in/installation_queue_form.php) and my CRF number YOUF644860 and company told me it is install within 15 days when I purchase connection and today is 16th Jan 2015 still it is not installed and we also Complaint in TRAI but we are not received any reply from TRAI also so please do need full...

                                        Registered a complaint on 13th january regarding braoband connection issue. At that time customer care said that there executive will reach me with in 4 2 12 working hours. And they will call me but no one has come and didnt even call me and today 15th when i called them they simply saying executive will reach by 17th january And there is no toll free customer care number to you braodband and when ever i am contacting them it charges nearly 20 rupees to me for each call and even though they are not responding and not providing service to me.                                         I have not been able to use internet for a couple of weeks since 25th June. My Customer Relationship No. is 1209376.
                                        I had lodged several complaints both on customer care as well as directly to the office in gurgaon for the same when I had the problem. After 4-5 days, a person came to check the modem and found it to be not working. So, he assured me that it will be repaired and sent to me the next day. Even after specifically telling him to deliver the modem in the earliest so that he can install the modem infront of me, I only got the modem in the evening through my watchman and had to install it myself. Sadly, it still didnt work. After that, I have again made numerous complaints, wasted my 100rs on repeatedly calling both customer care and office in gurgaon. There has been no response and my problem still persists. I even asked them to come at any time and i&#039;ll specificaly come from my office for them to repair the connection.
                                        I have wasted enough time calling and requesting people to come and do something. Most of times the workmen from youbroadband come without calling expecting us to be there at home all day for them. I am sick and tired of this behaviour.
