Hi Team, YOU Broadband is the worst service ever. Not even a single member of the staff has a basic courtesy to answer or call back customers including ZONAL MANAGER. I have been given runarounds since 4 months to refund my money back. First of all they don't pick my calls and if i call from some other number then they pick up call and when i ask about my CHEQUE. Hi my self Nikita and we opt Broadband connection from Youtele in 23rd Nov 2014 and make payment for 12 month in advance and person told me it will installed within 15 days but still it is not installed, and so many time we complaint for it but nobody reply for it and nobody picked my call also it is very worst service....

I applied for broadband connection from You Telecom on 17 December 2014. I made payment of INR 5344 on 19 December 2014. The sales person of the company told that I will get connection in 3 working days. But, I have not got connection till now. Very slow and unstable network since beginning.

Unstable Connection

The Service level is very poor as the network disconnects frequently and the service provided by YouBroadband is very poor. As the connection is rectified it disconnects within a week. poor speed

HOWEVER THE WEIRDEST PART IS THAT THE SPEED I GOT WAS NOT EVEN 500KBPS AND WHENEVER I TRY REACHING CUSTOMER CARE, THEY INSTRUCTED ME TO DO A SPEED TEST ON THEIR WEBSITE WHICH ALWAYS SHOWS 10MBPS SPEED.
