first of all My Account No:- 1142580, my registered email address is sujeet.[protected]@gmail.com and registered contact number is [protected] and registered complaint no is[protected] My Internet is not working from 4 days now, everyday when I go home after my working hours over, I have to call to make complain for my Internet which is not working, and for same I do not get any contact from your back hand team technical person neither any one had visited my Home to make sure the problem gets resolved, but instead of that I am getting message everyday at 11 am to 12 am that your Internet problem is solved, but fact was when I check my Internet, it is not at all working. When I asked customer care at [protected] they says your problem is resolved and I ask them what is the problem ? They says here it is only written as resolved, now you tell me when they do not even know what is the problem, how customer get to know about problem, and how can they enter that customer problem is re-solved, while they even don't know what actually the problem is!!! And today worst case scenario is that when I call again to know what time technical executive is coming at my Home to resolve the problem they said someone called "Bhavesh" has already call me at 11.30 am which in fact he didn't even call me as I was hearing his name for first time from customer care team during I call at helpline number. Even when YouBroadband customer care gave me Local land line number so I can directly be in touch on +[protected] which no one is responding. This is what I paid for 6 month subscription, . Kindly take strict action and please send technical person over my House, and first tell them until and unless they connect my PC to Internet, don't ever put any entry into their system that problem is resolved, which they even didn't inform to customer neither they are making sure of it!!! No one is trying to call me on my registered number for this issue. Now you are the only Hope for me, I demand my Money Back for remaining months and even I didn't get proper service when I was using in past months as well when I complain about low connectivity speed. You can check Record as well with You Broadband Service. But for now, either I want problem solved in 1 day or just return my Money Back for remaining 6 months. Waiting for your Solution, Thanks Sujeet

    Hello, I am from Surat. I brought this service in hope that they will provide me good service. But please see below fact Every week, you have to lodge 4 to 5 complaints for bad connection/no connection. They use cheap wire so after repairing, broke in few hours and again internet goes down. You will not get any money back anytime as informed by their grievence redresal department as all are prepaid plans. Till now I made 412 complain in 8months. They are not refunding my money.

      Hi Team, YOU Broadband is the worst service ever. Not even a single member of the staff has a basic courtesy to answer or call back customers including ZONAL MANAGER. I have been given runarounds since 4 months to refund my money back. First of all they don't pick my calls and if i call from some other number then they pick up call and when i ask about my CHEQUE. Then only answer they is YOUR CHEQUE IS COMING FROM SURAT. I don't understand how long will it take to courier the cheque from SURAT to HYDERABAD. When i called Mr. Raja Raman so called ZONAL MANAGER who is now transferred to Chennai to tell about my complaint which is unresolved since 4 months. He simply gave the call to his subordinate which i have already dealt with and find no solution till now. Today morning with great difficulty i reached to K Chandramouli from Appellate Authority and spoke to him for 15 minutes and he told me to call back after 2-3 hrs which i did and the WORST PART is even he is not picking my calls by seeing my number and the very next minutes he is phone is engage. He is answering all calls except mine. i have made at least 20 calls to him, but he least bothered to answer my calls or call back. Being a member of Appellate Authority he doesn't have a basic courtesy at least to call back the customer . I don't understand what is the fun in having such department called Appellate Authority and the staff like this which is of no use to any customer. Before this i have spoken with Mr. Mallevali Srinivas many times but he is least bothered to answer my calls nor to do a call back. He has given me runarounds since 4 weeks saying my CHEQUE has come from SURAT till now i haven't received any cheque from YOU Broadband. I have dealt with all the following staff in YOU Broadband Hyderabad with no solution to my problem : Mr. Raja Raman : ZONAL MANAGER Mr. Mallevali Srinivas : MANAGER Mr. Mallem Srinivas : Coordinator Mr. K Chandramouli : Appellate Authority Zero Mr. Bal Chander : Executive.       Pathetic gurgaon operations and network. Operations manager donot pick up phone. Customer is taken for granted. Network connectivity not available for many days. Over all a zero star company. Why did Vodafone fail to improve it's operations ?

        Hi my self Nikita and we opt Broadband connection from Youtele in 23rd Nov 2014 and make payment for 12 month in advance and person told me it will installed within 15 days but still it is not installed, and so many time we complaint for it but nobody reply for it and nobody picked my call also it is very worst service.

        Hi, I have applied for the new connection on 2nd October 2015 in Vadodara, Gujarat. I was told that the connection will be established within 15 days for sure. Its been more than a month now and I am still struggling with the connection and its still not established.
        I have been chasing various people, going to you broadband offices, dropping emails to customer care, calling customer care. I have done that numerous times but all I get it new date and a promise.

        I am tired of this now. Thought You Broadband was a nice company but it is turning out to be the most painful company I ever engaged with.

        i have informed the company people to shift my connection, they took money but did not shift my connection from 1 month, whenever i call them they said it is processing, but there is no response from one month

          Hi, My self Nikita, we opt new connection in 23rd Nov 2014 and we make full payment for 1 years, and they committed to installed it withing 15 days but now it is over 40 days still my connection not installed and not body give me answer and even no one reply for my complaint 5 so many time i will visited in O.P Road Office an person not received my call also so now i am going to Counsumer forum for it if it is not insalled withing a week.

            I have filed for disconnection of you broadband in June 2014 and asked for collection of the modem. But no one visited by home for the collection of modem so on 20th September 2014 i visited the you broadband office in Pune and submitted the modem. Its now 107 days but still no refund is given. I have called a 100 times the customer care they say that it is in process and they have escalated the issue and you will receive a call within 5 hours but still i am waiting for the call. I will suggest to not take the you broadband connection to anyone. The account number is 972955. Please check the account status and feel sorry for yourself. Rating -100 for customer satisfaction.

                I am using YOU broadband services from the past 3 months. Recently, as a promotional offer for christhmas, the company upgraded my existing plan of YOU STORM from 100 GB to 200 GB along with a reduction in subscription amount. Upon hearing this I called upon the company executive hoping that I could avail the same benefit. I was also ready to pay some extra bucks if required.But the executive declined my request. Instead o[censored]pgrading the same plan, he suggested of moving to a different plan and then coming back to the original plan. I asked him to disconnect the services so that I could re-connect again with the refund. The option was unavailable with them since they provide prepaid services. I hope every service sector companies come up with a plan to satisfy their existing costumers too.

                  I applied for broadband connection from You Telecom on 17 December 2014. I made payment of INR 5344 on 19 December 2014. The sales person of the company told that I will get connection in 3 working days. But, I have not got connection till now. Whenever, I call their customer care they tell me that I will get connection tomorrow and when I call sales person he tells that it is not his duty. Now, their customer care don't respond nicely and keep avoiding my calls. When I tell them to connect to their senior they keep the phone line on music for many minutes and don't respond. I have even made complaint at their customer care. Complaint Id is[protected] but they keep saying that my request is in process.

                    I have switched over to you telecom from BSNL in hope that they will provide fast 12mbps plan but when i got connection, It gave me 12mbps speed for one week. Then its actual service started. Every week, its connection lost either due to wire cut or outage problem 3 to 4 times. Till now I logged 100+ complain but still they didn't resolved yet. Even they didn't tried to contact customer for it. They also denied to refund as they telling that I brought prepaid plan. I recommended all new user who wish to join this you telecom to be away from them . They are cheating by showing you high speed plan and low price initially. I am currently using 12mbps plan and my speed is 38kbps currently low then 2g network speed. Very bad service.

                      I had purchased You-Bullet Plan online as recommended by You Telecom sales person. You-Broadband is available in two connections as described by Sales person and the 60 MBps connection is available only if the Fiber network is available. When I enquired about the availability of the plan in the area they confirmed that the same is available and hence I had paid. The next day itself someone from technical team called and said that they only have copper wire connection nearby my area 60MBps is not possible. I had applied for the refund as YOU was UNABLE to provide required service in my area, on 25th November and till date they are just processing. Transaction Id: ACIT[protected] INR 5444 1) You Broadband should pay the refund with interest. 2) You Broadband cannot hold consumer's money for more than 10 days. I they want to hold they have to pay interest. 3) You Broadband should educate their sales team regarding the services they proivide.

                        HI Sir, i am from Secunderabad. I paid money for new connection on 6thDEC -CRF654030. i waited around 15days for the connection, no one turned up after the money is paid. i raised Refund request - complaint number[protected]. They are not refunding money.. i made several calls to customer care number - [protected].

                          We are facing problem continually from mid-November and still problem remain as it is. By mid-November, we have a problem with a modem so we have requested complaint about it. Till 5th December there had been no action taken and finally I took Modem to his office and submitted and after that 2 days they have resolved modem issue and till that time Our monthly subscription is about to finish in next 2 days. So now we have done service credit on 9th December and from that date to till today, no action has been taken and we get answer on customer care that your problem will get resolved in 4 to 12 hours. If possible, could anybody please help us as we have subscribed for 1200+ Rs. plan and still we are not able to consume it. Our Requested service credit id :[protected]

                              this company is cheat ...on 10th Dec i have given a request regarding new connection..till now not installed.. crf num 650581. Sales exe after taking money...not even a single day has answered my call...customer care team just only registers complains ( complain num[protected] and says within 4 to 12 hours some one will get back..till now it is not done ..when called they say speak to local office.. local office ppl do not ans phones.. Please help

                                The Service level is very poor as the network disconnects frequently and the service provided by YouBroadband is very poor. As the connection is rectified it disconnects within a week. Provides Unstable network system to customer. Every time we should leave our work and discuss the problem with the customer care.

                                  I had applied for a new connection in the month of November 2014. The representative mentioned that the connection will be activated within seven days knowing that they are short of the material. I was also being told that the payment made through cheque will be deposited once the connection is active. The connection was not active within 7 days, the money was gone, no customer feedback as to why it is getting delayed. Then I got to know that they do not have the required material. They requested me to wait for another 2 weeks which I did. And now it is almost end of december with no connection. Everyday I keep on calling and they say that it will be done tomorrow. Also just for the sake, the did some cabelling which was not correct and installed the modem. The customer care keeps on calling saying that is the connection active and when told that it is not and asked what is the reason, they say that they will check and give a call back in 5 mins which never happens. Worst service through YOU Broadband.

                                    Dear sir my name is manikanta i am staying at choolaimedu, chennai, I was booked new broadband connection November 20th 2014 still not yet given the new connection today date is December 14th 2014, they charged 5, 350 Rs now you broadband customer care persons not responding and agent also not responding so please accept the complaint and solve the problem please help me sir. here i attach the receipt of document . thanks, mani

                                      I have been using two connections of You Broadband since 2012. The A/c Nos. are 797866 and 797867. I had taken the connection at A/c No 797867 with my own modem. The other connection was through a shared Modem. I paid for six months unlimited plan for both the connections. On shifting my residence to a new locality, I was charged transfer charges of Rs 670 for each connection. Having paid the amount it took the company two months to activate my connection (797866) since there was no shared modem in the new locality. The connection with my own modem has stopped working for over a month now. When I complaint, I was told that I was using a rented modem which has been stolen and that I have to take a modem on rent from You Broadband else my connection will not work. The Appellate Authority promised to look into the issue, however, even she has now started saying the same story. The authorities have refused to give anything in writing.

                                        Dear Sir/Ma, am, i was using you broadband Internet service from 14.09.13 and canceled it after 3 months for the worst service they provided and i have canceled the connection. from 1 year i am calling them for the refund amount and they r not not providing it. Please help me in getting it.I have the original copy of Registration form also and they have mentioned everything in detail.
