i HAVE INSTALLED A NEW CONNECTION AT MY PREMISES FROM YOU BROADBAND, A 12MBPS PLAN. HOWEVER THE WEIRDEST PART IS THAT THE SPEED I GOT WAS NOT EVEN 500KBPS AND WHENEVER I TRY REACHING CUSTOMER CARE, THEY INSTRUCTED ME TO DO A SPEED TEST ON THEIR WEBSITE WHICH ALWAYS SHOWS 10MBPS SPEED. NOW THIS IS A POOR MARKETING TECHNIQUE WHICH IS USED BY YOU BROADBAND FORR LURING NEW CUSTOMERS . I ADVISE EVERYONE NEVER TO BUY INTERNET CONNECTION FROM YOU BROADBAND. MY ACCOUNT NO. IS 1138290

    hello, Myself Vishal Tolani . I had recently applied for a new connection for BroadBand at Bavdhan Pune area - For this i have already paid Money Rs 4110/- through Cheque on 28th Nov 2014 and same being debited from my account on 3rd Dec 2014. I have already raised complaints on their Customer Support number and repeatedly told them either to get the connection thing done or Cancel the request and refund my money back, I have been assigned a Request ID on this regards as well[protected] After repeated follow ups they say your request will be attended shortly in 12 hrs - which reduced to 4 hrs and still no action on this point, My first point of contact - who took cheque from me - doesn't pick up the phone at all I am just disgusted -- Either say you cannot provide me a connection and refund me the money OR - get in touch with that such problem are there and resolve my problem in this many days with assurance I request your support in this matter

      Concern, I, Hemal S Desai has taken a 30 months plan and now really I am in a worry for my money and value. My Customer Relationship is 1128547, Few days ago I have taken this connection and I am not at all able to use this connection as the modem is always "Offline" I have inform your HelpLine number almost 10 times but they are not Help Line they are Help less lines... Each time I was told that your services will be start with in 4 to 12 working hours but still by 15 days I am not able to use my connection. I want my connection to be discontinue and want my money back. because I am feeling like Cheated by your company. Concern, I have having connecation

        You Broadband had promised to provide 2mbps speed for browsing the Internet. But for the past 1 month they have not been up to the standards. We have complained innumerable times but to no effect. And it had resulted me to take this action. Please look into the matter.

          hi, everyone, pls dont ask connection from you broadband, its no 1 fraud, especially in chennai, they dont knw how treat, behav, foolish are working in that offic, ask for connection in 10th November, now 6 dec, stil not get connection, also paid that, , crf no 637099: whenevr call manager they dont respond, simply mob rings, they note down no., ther after not attend, becme worst fellow, not fit for this consumer line, , if he wants earn go and beg simply, even customer care call no also switch off tat s another crazy, , i[censored] want waste money, get the servic frm you broadband

            You broadband is the worst experienced broadband ever known! I paid on 14th October for a new connection! They still haven't been able to give me a new connection. The manager doesn't pick up the phone and the receptionist has rude answers. They keep telling me it would be done the next day, but I've been hearing that for 2 months!                 My internet connections is not working since the past 10 days. I have logged 4 complaints in the last 10 days demanding a permanent solution for the problem. The customer care executive always logs a complaint, but the issue is never resolved. Even if it is rsolved, the next days same problem arises. I have made 4 consecutive complaints for the same issue. The customer care executive told me that they are aware that there is a problem with the modem. So if they are aware of the problem, why arent they fixing it . I need to call the customer care every single day. That is a wastage of my time and money (ad they dont have a toll free compalint helpline) Also they never send any emails regarding the complaint that has been logged. Whenever asked to talk to their superiors, they are always busy in meetings/ not available in the office. They treat theeir customers like trash . Please teach them a good lesson

                I cant even rate it as 1 star. They are that bad.

                Their customer grievamnce handling is terrible. They just are in the business to eat peoples money.
                The connection is off most of the time. Every time the customer care says to resolve it within 4-12 hours but they never .

                The customer care people are crap. They never let you reach their superiors.

                In short they are the worst Broadband providers i have come across ever .

                  Hi, I open a new connection request online on youbroadban.com on 1st Nov. I paid for 1 yr package in advance and made payment of Rs 4700 online. I got an email that within 7 working days I will get the installation done. On the 8th working day you broadband came and did external wiring. After 4 days I got an sms with my account detail and technician details. I called the technician 4-5 times and only got assurance that he will coming. I then escalated this to appellate office in Pune (Mrs Priti). She said that it will be done by 15th Nov. I called her again on 15th Nov and got another excuse that it will be done by 17th Nov. I did not get any call on 17th Nov and the connection is not done till today 19th Nov. So finally I raised a cancellation request.

Chennai branch begs us to pay, so very long back i have been paid for 6 months package, they have been promise to us for this time no mistake be done.But they cheated us.My Account No is ' 772564' Accountant name is ' kavitha_tv' in this name i paid 6 months package on 10/10/2014.on that day onwards just 3 days have been connected, after wards from till on day is not been connected. Days is going on but no response is been given, we have contact, given complaint through call center and also branch officer person they giving irresponsible answer. They says to us i[censored] need directly contact to head office. sir, I requesting to u please take sever action against to Chennai branch, i[censored] not take action, I will be take legally action it is effected by the whole you broadband.                           [protected] registered this complaint for shifting location on 2014/09/26, and no one has ever attended my shifting request. I have called dozen times so far regarding this issue, and every time the customer service agent say this issue will get resolved in 24 hrs. But nothing has happened so far... still without i/n. Chennai times the CSR connects me to local office in Chennai. [protected]. This no is always in engaged state.

                            This is one of the worst service provider in India. My Suggestion is please don't go with this service. I given 3000 Rs to youbroad people for new connection. They told me that installation will be done with in three days, Now It is second month, still Installation was not done. And they are not giving my money back. Service Providers will not lift the call after taking money, Customer care people will follow your complaint. Please don't use this service and don't waste your time by calling this stupid people.

                                Hello Sir/Madam, I am Lijo Oommen, Currently working in a Software company and below laid down are my concern towards an Internet service provider(You BroadBand), who fails to keep there Service to the customer and there customer care and the work sucks. Who ever is reviewing this case, please have the needed done as this may not be the case with the single individual as this Internet provider has cheated me of the Speed that they have promised to provide till date. Below are the details. Plan Subscribed :: YOU MAX PLATINUM 360 GB 6 Month Modem Type :: NO-MODEM Registration No ::[protected] City :: HYDERABAD Total Payment (Rs.) :: 5055.00 UID: olijo I have taken ‘You Broadband’ service in the month of Sep on 27th 2014 and as per the notice and the package, I have to be eligible for 15MBPS speed but till this date, I never got this speed and I have to pay them the whole money too, I repeatedly called there customer service but no luck, I even went to there office which is located in Begumpet but there I could find some executives giving me assurance that my problem would be solved in next 24Hrs but the issue was still there, so request your help in getting my issue addressed and then would like the provider to pay me back the money for the two months which I couldn’t avail. I have all the required proof with me i can email them if have been provided with a valid email id.

                                  i had applied for the connection far early in october, they kept calling me for payment and promised me that if i paid then they would start installing the cables and installation within 4-5 days. i paid on the 15th and after 4 days they tell me that it takes 7 days for the installation. After 7 days they tell me it would take 15 days, after 15 days they tell me that it would take another 15 days! i had been given 2 numbers of 2 heads, one of them isn't picking up at all and the second one told me that he would get it done within 4 days! crossing the time limit i had to visit the office at vadodara (gujarat). There again they didn't let me have a word with the head. The receptionist just gave me 1 statement the whole 20 mins that it would take another 10 days for the installation. the user id and payment info is below in the image! i"M tired of this crisis. i hope the consumer forum would help me out in some way!                                       Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Bholesh Ratna and my account no is 998656 I would like to inform you that i am using their Internet service from last 9 month but they are very bad with customer complained, in last 6 month at least i made more then 100 complain regarding service and they us to say in net 24 working our it will resolve and from couple of day they are say in 4 to 12 hour will resolve, but they used to do nothing, initially they use to consume customer GB's from their side and in a day more then 10GB and they use to say you do not have GB's in your account, this is very common thing that when a person is opening his system for checking only emails how 10GB get consume in couple of hours, this is the way they people is working and making money. From last almost 6 month they people are making me full that from tomorrow thing get done but so far nothing had been done from their side.. i had a word with their process head Payal and other area manager Maushin number of time but they are also just playing around. In their records my details.                                         Dear sir/madam i wish to complaint about new connection plan(day[600kbps]/night[2mbpc]) Rs.5900 that i purchased on 27/08/2014 at SURAT. I am complaining because i was waiting for cabling and technical service was not provided last 2 months. I was pay Rs.5900 cash payment your sales person and that given your customer registration form that can be attach. I will request to you resolve this problem i would like you to you broandband SURAT and please refund my money. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.if I do not hear from you within to given 2 days.                                         The situation are explain i was payment to the Salas person to pay cash then after 1 months company say that employee will resign in 4 month before but this person resign with 4 month ago why have a customer registration form? i was pay cash because he have company customer registration form. after 5 time to going on company center at adajan(surat) that all give response with 2 day, 1 week, currently pass 2 months for waiting a response then i was complaint in consumer form.
