Mail chain below shows the chronology of my harassment . It has been 45 days and You Broadband did not refund nor restore my connection :
The least you can do is send a representative, hand me over the refund cheque and say that you cannot restore internet connection.

I don’t understand why you have sent an SMS saying the issue is resolved! When it is still not solved. This has crossed the limits of harassment and is sure to invite negative publicity for so called You Broadband.
As discussed and confirmed you, You can cancel my account with immediate effect and refund my balance.
Confirm the refund amount, refund date and any reference number .
I need this to end immediately as I have taken an alternate connection today .

We are not getting the internet for more than 2 weeks . Despite calling for more than 70 times in the past 14 days, there were no proper response or assurance given on when the connection will be restored.
I also visited the customer care twice ( on 12th July and 19th July) with my grievance but there was no concrete information on what the problem is or when will it be resolved.
Since this is a prepaid service and I paid for 2 months of which I used only for 15 days, I would need to have you initiate refund of my balance amount immediately .
At least a response to this mail is what I can expect . Or is it too much to ask from those who claim themselves to be the ‘Rajnikanth’ of internet services ( referring to TV ad)?
