I have renewed Internet plan-You Galaxy (375 Gb/ 900 days upto 12 Mbps) + Router free (D link-150 Mbps) according to executive of you broadband Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Mukesh Sahu on 15/07/2014 but free router is not given till today and no one from you broadband pvt. ltd. being given proper answer about this fact and i have made many complaints by customer care cell but everytime they have noted complain but till today no revert of complain given to me by company so take necessary action against this type of company.

    This is reference to the complaint no.[protected] made it to customer care, no body has taken any action till date. Whenever i making a call to customer care, simply they are telling sorry, our execute or technical person will attend, but till date it will not resolve. They have collect around Rs.3600/- for year fee, but 20.07.2014 no Internet connection at my home and waste so much of money for making call to so many members viz hyderabad office and customer care office ( they will speak around 20-30 minutes every time, they ask all information, but no result and simply they say sorry). In view of that, please return entire my money whatever paid to you alongwith interest and other charges immediately if your unabel to restore the internet connectivity and extension of 3 months period for providing net connectivity ( which net connection is not provide by you from 20.07.2014). IN THIS I ALEADY MADE A COMPLAINT BUT NO BODY TAKEN ACTION. p.v.srinivasa rao [protected]

      I have opted you broad band for a new broad band Internet connection a month ago, those people responded very quickly so as to collect money for a new connection.and they haven't given me a new connection since one month.I got wexed with their behaviour and asked for refund of my money..they just not lifting even my phone also for refunding the money..so please every one don't trust this company..it is a fake broadband network

        Account No. 133598 We had taken 3 months package for broadband service and paid online the full amount for three months. But after two days of payment, the internet stopped working. I raised a complaint on their customer service and they informed me technician would come in 4 to 8 hours. Now, its full 8 days but the complaint has not been resolved. The call takers would say it is high priority ticket and some one would attend as soon as possible and very rude. When we ask them to someone senior, they just put the call on hold. For past three days, my call has been put on hold for senior executive for more than half an hour. We do not receive any information regarding the complaint. When we told the customer service that if its not possible to resolve the problem, disconnect and refund our amount and that guy rudely informed us that we wouldn't get a penny back. Pathetic service!! Horrible experience. Please revoke the license of this company.

          Hi All, My name is Mohd. Irshad Sahad. I hold a you broadband connection. Please find below my You Broadband Account and email id. You Broadband Account Number: 1065788 Registered email id: irshad.[protected]@yahoo.com You broadband is a nice organization and everybody in this organization knows how to give excuses. They never understand the issue and just repeat the same statement within 24 working hours problem will be resolved. I make an online transaction on 5th June 2014 for broadband connection. By 7th June You Broadband engineer(Abhisheak) visited my place and perform the modem installation. On 9th June when I tried to connect to internet, I was redirected to payment option (I made payment for Quarterly plan just 4 days before). I called the SO called "Customer Helpline number" that is [protected] (Which is chargeable). I told them the entire scenario but they did nothing on it. Whenever I call Customer Helpline number they reply like "Currently an outage is going on in your area" or "within 24 working hours your issue will be resolve". On 18th I come to know that the modem provided by Abhisheak is a recovery modem(modem recovered after connection termination). My query is "How can you provide a recovery modem for new connection?". I explain this thing to lots of SO called seniors in YOU BROADBAND including (Merlin and Manisha) who are said to be the nodal officer. Finally on 23rd June I get the connection on my name and finally use it after 18 Days. In the meantime I faced several exams and You Broadband helped a lot to ruin all my efforts. This is only the beginning of my journey with You Broadband and day by day things becomes worst for me. On 30th It all started I tried to connect the broadband and its taking 3 to 5 min to open www.google.com, a single web page with no flash on it. I register a complaint against it and till next few days my broadband was working the such a slow speed. Issue gets resolved and after a week (or even less than a week) I again face the issue with broadband speed. Few days it was working like that only suddenly speed gets even slower than mobile internet or 1 Mbps speed that You Broadband offers. On 17th Of August I found that Speed was really low so very next day I register a complaint for slow speed. After registering complaint on 18th August 2014, I wont be able to brows even a single page. What a Service "Hats Off to such a remarkable service". It continues for the entire week on 23 August 2014 I visited You Broadband's Shivaji Nagar Office. I show them the video that what's happening. I was able to connect to Internet but not able to browse even a single page. I asked them that I don't want to Continue, terminate the connection and refund the entire amount. Manoj So called "Member from the technical team" asked me to wrote an email for the same on email id "customercare.[protected]@youbroadband.co.in". I wrote everything in that mail and I get reply from Minal stating that technical issues exists BLA BLA BLA. I mentioned all the ticket numbers, my usage and asked for providing me the details of all the tickets along with the closing comment. Now I didn't receive any reply from You Broadband till Aug 30, 2014 and Broadband was not working. I again visited again and again every Saturday till 6th of September. On 6th Sep I told them that from 18th Aug I didn't get any service and if you are not going to pay me back then I will challenge you in court. They extended service for 20 more days but net worked only 2 days. I again register the complaint on 8th September, Again no engineer visited me and close the ticked. I raise same ticket on 10 again they close that. I raised it again on 18th and told them that if It didn't work by Monday 22nd Sep I will register a complaint against you. Luckily it worked on Monday but from Tuesday it continues the same no Internet access. You Broadband Should be ashamed on what service they are providing. From 18th Aug 2014 to till date Internet worked only for 4 days Extraordinary Service by You Broadband.

            I paid 3 months money 1899/- for you broadband on 14 sept, 2014. Till today no one even called me regarding this. I dont understand even before connection itself if they are behaving so, i cant imagine how they are going to behave afterwards. i want them to revert my money back.

                I have been using YOU Broadband India Pvt. Ltd's services for my broadband internet usage since last 4 years. My complaint have been regularly lodged on their customer call numbers and I get a complain id for my complaints lodged over the phone. The improfessional and unethical attitude starts after this. Within 2 days my complaint doesnot get resolved as per their commitment nor does anyone visit for the complain but I do get an SMS that the complaint is solved!!! Ridiculous!!! After complaining again the same cycle repeats and noone is bothered at all at You Broadband. In August 2014 I complained to them for no connectivity during day and lesser speeds at night. They call this a "signal loss problem". This problem has occurred every now and then from beginning of the year 2014 and now the connection has stopped altogather. I have send innumerable mails, done phone calls, visited their office in Ahmedabad thrice but in vain. I wonder why this kind of companies are given any telecom license in the first place??? The company is in turmoil and whenever I have visited their office I have met atleast 10-15 people visiting like me for getting any update on their complaint. I am now planning to hand over my complaint to consumer court. I genuinely suggest to who ever going for their service that PLEASE DONOT TAKE YOU BROADBAND... THEY ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IN THIS SERVICE INDUSTRY.. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK... Username: Hardik04

                  Good bye... Worst 6 months of my life having you... never come back... YOU Broadband Suggestions and Complains 1. If you cant handle more customers don't Increase them... 24 working hours means except Saturday and Sunday.. Not your working 8 hrs a day which is 3 days!!! This is the worse case I have heard 2. You don't have a Toll free Number for customer service?? ... that sucks you might be doing business by that too... 3. I complained on 18th Feb got resolved on 2nd may oh that is your 24 working hours?? also I wasted maybe 1200 RS of Petrol visiting your office over and over again.. Round figure but couldn't be less than that.. 4. I Lost 2 months of Internet and you allowed giving me credit of only 1 month... that is more than cheap 5. Your Customer service used to say '' Sir woh days to aapka baad mein add ho jayega'' that didn't happen already but still what is the meaning if i don't get the Internet the time I wanted.. I accept glitches and as a consumer I can give you two days or by far if major issues 7 days to resolve it but 2 months?? Did a Dinosaur eat your cable?? 6. Just few days back got 4 calls to renew your service... lolzzzzzzz... you cant handle the complains or call to inform... for 2 months.. but you can call to renew the service 4 times a day... 7. Seriously??????? RAJNIKANT PIC?????? After points 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8. Your Marketing Guy MR RAKESH SHAH is not a Marketing expert... HE IS A LIAR... for what he promised with excellent service and speed and stuff... 9. Now I am calling to Customer Service and I continuously getting Busy tone... I want to DISABLE and Get my Deposit...

                    i have registered for new connection with You Broadband and my service was started on 1st of September 2014 and my customer ID is 1105160.i had paid Rs 2352/- to Mr. Salauddin on date 28th August 2014. My internet connection went down from 4th of September. I tried calling many times to customer care number[protected] but got no response from there side. On 5th of September i lodged a complaint via SMS.Then on 7th of September 2014 i visited personally to You Broadband office at location :3rd Floor Sapphire Complex, Beside Tube Company, Old Padra Road, Vadodara - 390015, Gujarat.There Ms. Dipali and Mr. Mousin gave me assurance that my internet connection will work from 8th September 2014. On 9th September also my internet connection was down, so i had to visit personally again to you broadband office. There Ms. Payal ( zonal head ) and Mr. Rakesh Reddy ( Service Head ) did not gave me any assurance that my internet connection will work or not. Then Mr. Darshan visited personally on my personal request and corrected the fault.Now on 19th September You Broadband internally suspended my account saying that on 11th September a request was raised to disconnect my service.But i had never raised any such request for disconnection. I had a word with Mr. Sanjay Solanki on 20th September and he said that connection was resumed and reconnected.But still on 21st september my connection is on suspended. i want full refund of 2352/- Rs. with compensation amount.

Called thrice to your customer care. Whenever I call on the landline no of office [protected] no one pick of the call. By chance some one yesterday did receive my call and confirmed my sending the technical before evening. No one turned out. So Every day come to office, leave all job, do not care about your business and start talking to YOUBROAND BAND. Right ? When there is another phone given on your website of Ms. Manish Rajguru, even they do not receive call when called. When I started calling continuously she did respond & giving promising of finish the job by TODAY ONLY. I am suppose to wait for more than 3 days?? Seriously do you really believe that this is how people can service without internet in today's world? And I am been requested by your Appl Authority to disconnect your services if not likening it. My language seems to be Abusing to her. I am suppose to talk to them in what language. I tried 3 days to talking to them very normal & was co-operating. Why to your Pune team wants to test the patience of any person? Believe me guys, I am really Happy with your Internet Speed, its Awesome, BUT, when it comes to customer service your the worst company I have dealt with it. I guess only consumer forum can change your attitude that is what my Conclusion is.

                        Horrible customer service in Hyderabad.The internet was going off in the night time.I complained their call center and they informed that someone will respond within 4-16hrs and no one turned up.I regularly followed up on this issue every 6hrs.I even called up their local office but no step taken to address the issue.I would have at least appreciated if they have looked into the connectivity issue and then unable to resolve the issue.My frustation is that no one from You even tried to respond to the request. All that I hear from them is we understand your problem and wait for another 4-16hours..but no appropriate action taken to resolve the issue. It is 5days since I am not getting proper internet connection and still YOU broadband can't send or tell what the problem is...There is absolutely no means of escalating the issue to higher up in YOU. .

                          hello myself deepak gupta from surat want to file a complaint against YOU BROADBAND. from last 10 days i am contacting in customer care to provide modem connection .. on 6th september i paid Rs/- 6499 and according to company policy connection and installion must complete within 7 working days. i am facing lot of problems as i don't have other internet connection . i need to file my e-return.                             Sir, P.R.Shaiva Customer id- p_148. gorwa area . Bh-sahyog society. My net connection is down since last 1.5 month it would start only after complain. This was happening till 26th aug. But from 27th august the broadband is completely DEAD.I am not able to surf. Atleast daily the complain is loadged and its informed that connection will start in a day or so but for no use. I have visited the vadodara office of You brodband but in vain.                               Dear Sir, I have renewd broadband connection from You Broadband on 2 nd July 2014, and paid 30 months. They promised to provide Wi fi Router if i buy this internet plan but till 12th August 2014 i did not got the router and if i call customer care they says it will takeWeek, some time they say wait for Month. My complaint is that there were no any condition mentioned on web page at time of renewal when i renewed this plan I have called them several times but nobody responds they are transferring call to other section and we are waiting for their response but no body speaks up to 10 minutes. as they promised to supply router i cant purchase it from market and without that net connection is useless, SO please supply it immediately so one can use that otherwise Increase my validity OR refund my amount.                               I approached call center on 12 th September they told me to resolve within 24 hrs so today on 14 th sep i again approached company with complain service request no :[protected] but still they are tossing the issue, he told me the matter is mailed to seniors so they will decide

                                Worst Service in India The YOU BROAD BAND. For shifting the connection YOU BROAD BAND had taken around 45 days. Even then I didnt get the internet connection. Is there a way how i can forward this. Raise dcomplaint on Aug-5th 2014 Hyderabad From 45 days there is no Internet Connection.

                                  Hello, I am Dipan Kothwala from Surat, Gujarat. I have chosen you broadband 12 mbps Internet plan valid for 360 days. BUT THIS COMPANY and IT SERVICE are VERY POOR. Since last one month, every day in evening 7 to 11 PM I cannot access my Internet service. I had done the several complaints for that but since last month they did not find why this happened. My last complaint number is[protected] on[protected] in you broadband. Even I have taken 12 mbps plan but I did not get 2 mbps speed at several times in a day. I think YOU BROADBAND Internet company's employees and its service are hope lass. I will NOT recommend to anyone for YOU BROADBAND Internet. Regards, Dipan Kothwala [protected] Surat.

                                      As per above subject matter, we have activated net connection from YOU Broadband India Pvt Ltd on dt. 27/03/14 with the scheme of 6 month +1 month free by advance payment of Rs. 4188/- (Net charges Rs. 3288/- + Deposit Rs. 900/-) vide our ch. No. 999940 dt. 07.03.14 of Indusind Bank. We have hardly used 1 month out of 2 months then net was not working for long period of time. We complained to their customer care over the phone and mailed number of times but they have not replied us and also didn’t resolve the problem. It was affecting our routine work and wastes our lot of time in follow-up. Hence, we requested them for disconnection of their services and claimed for refund. They didn’t reply over phone or email even after 3 months. Further, we also request them to provide us credit service of 5 month instead of our refund amount. But they also denied provide to credit service. We also attach herewith scan copy of cheque, Registration form and Plan copy for your reference. Kindly take necessary action and do the needful in the matter.
