i am the one of customer / user of you broadband, this you broadband connection was not good, becoz when we paying monthly, it didnt get any problem, but if you pay yearly? you will get connection problem 15days per monthly.
there will not provide connection, always it show the "error:651-modem connection interrupt".there are disconnecting from their modem and said some problem we rectify in 3 days but we didnt get in 15 days, some months also, .
whenever you calling to service center na, it will hold in 3mints minimum, there getting money from user/customer by using this type of cheating..
finally i want to say dont pay money yearly wise package . pay only monthly packege then only you'll get this you broadband connection otherwise no?
this is not good .ill putting case on this you broadband..
