From past 25days i am not getting Internet the Service Provide "You Broadband" Unable to server my request, and same time i have asked them to return my money. On July 2014 i have Paid~ 4000 /- for 6 months Plan, After usage of 1 Month, the Internet stopped working and You Broadband team is Neither resolving my issue nor returning my money.     I have a you broadband connection under the account 779857 (R S Naga Chaitanya). I am writing you this E-mail for a final hope to get my internet connection to working. I have raised four complaints on the dates 7th, 8th and 9th of this month. If there was a response I wouldnt be writing this email. Following are the details of the complaints 1.[protected] dated on 7th of this month : Raised a complaint saying my internet connection is not working from Friday. The CC guys said there is a technical problem and the connection would be up and running by 11.15AM which didn't happened. 2.[protected] dated 8th of this month: Raised one more complaint saying the same and was promised by the CC guys that it would be rectified in 24 working hours. (Don't know still those working hours exhausted or not). 3.[protected] dated 8th of this month: Asked for an update U SHOULD BE LISTENING TO THE CALL as the CC guy nearly yelled at me, and even asked me to raise a disconnection request to unsubscribe to you Broadband. I am very much disappointed by the response from the CC. 4.[protected] escalated complaint on 9th of this month: still no response from the same and when asked for the estimated time for resolving this issue, I was told can not say as this issue is being escalated and cannot have a estimated time ( How on earth an escalated issue cannot have a estimated resolving time) Now I am writing this email to complaint about the Customer Care guys response to my complaint and STILL my internet is not working. I demand an immediate action on this issue or just reply me directly to terminate the connection with you broadband. Please provide me a solution for this issue and Its already been 5 days without internet and you guys deduct the days in my plan even when the internet is not working. I request you to take this issue seriously and even properly train the CC guys so that they speak nicely to the customer who called.

      we take a connection from YOU befoere last 20 days ago..they take 3 days for giving connection.
      after 5 days there is a problem with switch.we called YOU custemer care for nearly 50 times bt they r not responding.they took 10days for repairing.after 2days there may be a problem with cable wire dat is connected to my system port.n again they took 5 days for replacing dat cable..this is really [censored]n service.we fed up with custemer cares.they are not responding to the custemers complaints the why you shouldn't take a action on technicians because of them we didn't suggest to my friends too, to use your connecton.

        I am using " you telecom ' broadband service. but last 4 days it is not working. i complains but they told me it will be solved in next 24 hrs. but still it is not solved. i called them yesterday and today also but now they are not giving me spacific time for solution. now what can i do?? my account number is for you broadband is : 605230

        Still they don't give me any reply.
        Internet is not working for 25th Dec 2014 and I have raised complaint for the same. I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved. Further I also wish for the service credit for the same.

        Dear Team,
        I am tired of calling you broadband customer care and informing them about the non - availability of the service for almost 30 % of the days. I have taken hurricane plan of 3 months. In these 3 months, I have faced the worst kind of service ever. I don't have an option to change to airtel or hathway. As I understand these isp have taken contract on society. My society has given permission for You Broadband only. You Broadband, I need a compensation for the worst kind of service you are providing to customers.

            I applied for new connection of You Broadband in Vadodara - Baroda on 26th June, 2014. As soon as I applied, there was a call from a person who asked me to make payment from Cheque or Cash, Online. He(Vishal Patel) also assured that the connection would be provided in a day or two and as per rules, it won't take more than 7 days. I applied Through Cheque and also made the payment (CRF No: 609826). It is 1 month after that and there is no response. So i applied for Refund request on July, 2014. But Customer care was replying me that your refund request was booked. after 1 month again i complaint for the same. there was no reply from "YOU Broadband". Still i ll go by Consumer Forum. Customer care is just a bunch of people (I don't want to use bad words) who just repeat the same sentence: "your request is escalated". Waste of time and money to contact them. Never ever go for You Broadband and get cheated. It is a fraud company. Repenting for making the payment beforehand.

                i am the one of customer / user of you broadband, this you broadband connection was not good, becoz when we paying monthly, it didnt get any problem, but if you pay yearly? you will get connection problem 15days per monthly. there will not provide connection, always it show the "error:651-modem connection interrupt".there are disconnecting from their modem and said some problem we rectify in 3 days but we didnt get in 15 days, some months also, . whenever you calling to service center na, it will hold in 3mints minimum, there getting money from user/customer by using this type of cheating.. finally i want to say dont pay money yearly wise package . pay only monthly packege then only you'll get this you broadband connection otherwise no? this is not good .ill putting case on this you broadband.. regards pavan

                I applied request for new connection of You broadband internet services pvt. Ltd. Ahmedabad. I gave all documents with cheque of 5000 rs. The executive from you broadband Mr. Durgesh gave commitment to provide internet connection within 4 days but still after 8 days I don't get connection, I tried to call him everyday but he is not picking up my phone, I called to customer care they replied that within 7 working days my problem will resolved still 9th day my problem has not been resolved.
                All people executive and customer care person making us fool and not respond well. They don't replied to your mail or call.

                  I have been using your service for the last 9 months. I have to admit and tell you "YouBroadBand" is the worst internet service i have ever subscribed to. I am extremely disappointed with their service. Once in at least 3 days i have to file a complaint for internet not working for some damn reason or the other. There is absolutelt no reliability in service. Even when the internet is not working my counter for the number of days keeps ticking. There is no way to stop this. The issue is not about complaining repetitively but the question of reliability of service. I cannot take international skype calls since i dont know when my internet will be off. Once i am home i am dismayed to see my internet is not working and i am in no position to continue my work. The only option is to use the 3G service on my phone for which i have been surpassing the limits for the past three months thanks to their service. I then spend the next two days following up to the problem fixed. I am fed up with this service. I would rather prefer a slower but more reliable service like BSNL ( I still pay 1000Rs per month and still have their connection due to their service being unreliable). It is an utter waste paying INR 4000 for their service. I am extremely fed up and i dont have the energy and patience to keep filing complaints. I would rather go to another service provider. PS: I am an extremelly patient person, as i am entrepreneur myself and i understand the difficulties of business. But this service is way beyond any professionalism in service. Please do not subscribe to this service.

                    TO WHOM SO EVER IT IS CONCERNED

                    I have subscribed to YOU BROADBAND services since 2 weeks (paid rent of 3 months in advance),
                    and since the beginning day i m having an issue regarding the speed.
                    I have already contacted their customer helpline and launched several complaint but all in vain.
                    Have made false promises that their executive will be visiting in 24 hrs and all..(they have'nt visited even once)
                    But they have failed to follow what they have promised..
                    This is a FRAUD done by them, and being a customer I m being cheated

                    Should take strong action against them

                      I took a prepaid connection on 8/8/14. They delayed the installation several times and finally installed the modem on 26/8/14. Even after installation the connection did not get activated I registered a complaint everyday. They promised a solution within 24 hours but no one got in touch with me regarding the complaint. Finally after another week my connection started working but the speed is very bad. The modem goes offline after every 15 mins. I called the customer care to ask for a refund. They refused to refund my money. This is fraud how can they keep the cuxstomer's money when there is no service. I do not wish to continue with this company as they are unethical and cheat customers. I take a internet connection of You Boardband on dated 22/07/2014, chq. no. 942026 Ing vysya bank, pay Rs. 8399/--. This company's sales-executive said to me that your plan is Galaxy 300 GB & speed is 12 MBPS download & 10 MBPS upload. But I received 1 MBPS download & 100 kbps UPLOAD speed. So, I complained many time by call & SMS on company number[protected] but company not solved my problem permanantly. Last complain no. is[protected] &[protected] dated 8.8.2014.This company not logged new complain & not proper solved old complain, This company replay me by land line no. +[protected] & 6665555. This company is failed to solved my problem of internet- speed matter.                             This company has collected money in advance for 12 months subscription on 16/ 07/ 2014 through Mr Niraj Yadav mobile no [protected]. However after one month they have stopped their service. The internet is not working since 24th Aug 2014 till 28th Aug 2014. Inspite of repeated complaints on customer care since last 4 days, they keep saying we will send someone to check but dont send anybody. They know that the customer is now stuck with us for 12 months and cannot go anywhere else so they are now ignoring customer calls. I had paid Rs 5590 against bill no 597692 on 16/07/2014. This company is collecting money from people and cheating people. Their license should be withdrawn.

                            Complaint no[protected]. Complaint given on 24 Aug 2014. They say that they require 24 working hours to resolve complaint but now its beyond that but still no relief. Shameful and disgusting company indeed. Shame on You Broadband.

                              I am more than a using you broadband service three months and with this time span I have launched complaints for more than 10 times that service is Down. Specialy on all mondays my work is to talk to their customer care and waste half an hour asking them to rectify the issue. They are so care less about their customers and will come to fix the issue on tuesday or Wednesday. Worst service I have ever seen. Please dont go for you broadband. Worst Customer service.

These 4 People are making full to surat area Mr. Kunal Youbroadband Mr. Hardik Rana Surat - Youbroadband - The way this person talk with bad word and scream while reply stupid Mr. Chetanbhai Chauhan you broadband team leader--- I do not know who had made him team leader He do not know who are member below him. They really cheat to customer with money, Many member from youbroadband turn in to hacker and they disturb while browsing on Internet. You screen background move up and down automatically . Many time yahoo password was hack and faceboook password was also hack Mr. Gaurang Youbroadband Surat - They will disconnect the call when you call them at worst situation. My Internet was disconnected continues for 5 consecutive day at night continues 8 hours shut down down May be their employes are not getting payment so the disturn to their customer this ways I suggest not to install this type of broadband.. I will not tolerated further any disconnection.. PLease viewer do not install youbroadband.in Very very bad experience in life. .. They BPO people are unqualified.. They tell lie to member or user who call them

                                  We have paid for new Broadband connection on 28th July and were told that connection will be done in 5 working days. Today it is 22nd August and still installation process is not done. Refund amount also they are saying to give in 20 days. Worst response from all the guys. Total lies all the time. It's been a month and not a single call from their side at all.
                                  YOU Broadband India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  There whole team knows about it and yet they are calling and asking us what is the issue. We have talked with Technical Head, Sales Head also and yet everytime we call them, they say that it will be done within 2-3 days. Yet it is not done and no one calls to inform.

                                  We have bought separate Router worth 2700/- for You Broadband specifically since the guy from there team told us to do so.

                                  We want compensation if they are not gonna do connection.

                                    Their internet service has been getting dis-connected frequently. For 2 ~3 day at a stretch. Finally it got disconnected for 2 weeks and I called their call center everyday. The customer service representative only telling me that they have escalated the call and someone will fix it next day. This went on for 2 weeks. During that 2 weeks about10 days into the complaint, a You broadband staff calls me saying that my broadband monthly payment will be due in 4 days. They did not call me to fix the problem, but have the audacity to ask for next months payment in advance. I finally decided to have the service disconnected, they said they cannot refund my payment even though they could not fix the problem. They said the only thing they can do is extend my lease even though it was not working. This is a joke. I HIGHLY recommend You broadband customers and new customers to stay away from these cheap thieves.

                                      I had got you broadband connection june2014 month, at the start itself there installation and support team were responding very poorly they took one week for installation, the speed is also very less in kbps(I took 16mbps plan), and most of the day say around 20 days a month it had several network problem, then applied cancellation because o[censored]nbearable tons of issues, till toady there is no proper respond from them for refund of the amount, please don't ever go for you broadband connection in your life.


                                      Very poor quality, network, respond and all other stuffs
                                      They respond only to collect money for the connection which doesn't works at all.

                                        hi, i have subscribed to YOU broadband on 6-AUG-2014, by paying 2653/- for 3 months including installation charges as per their 1Mbps unlimited plan. But from the very first day itself the speed has been very disappointing. Even the google page takes about 3-5 mins to open up. After frequent complaints with the service provider, there is no change in the service now after 13 days of worst service, when we have asked the service provider to deduct the amount for this month and return the rest amount and requested them to discontinue their worst service, they have replied that they do not have any provision to return the amount. After complaining, my msg inbox has been flooded with a lot of complaints registration but that is of no use. speedtest.net takes about half an hour to show the results..and the results are like you are using 20 years old broadband services we have attached a snapshot of the same for the proof regards, 13 day old YOU braodband customers
