my self vishl k upadhyay. i am a customer of you broadband pvt.limited company . my account no. 911037 vishal187 user id me 1.5 year se youbroadband ka customer hu . har bar waha se problems hi problems mili hai . me 2350 me 3 months 1 mbps unlimited ka plan karata hu . speed milti hai par har bar 3 mahine me 15-25 bar net disconnect ho jata hai 2 din k liye . insort agar aap 3 mahine ka plan karate ho to apko sirf 2 mahine overall use karne ko milega. ab sabse bada issue hai wo hai unke waha call karna complain k liye . unke yaha all calls chargeble hai even in call centre . har bar call centre k exeutives hamari problems aur bada dete hai . pahele to information lege puri . acoount no n user id to thik hai . lekin hamare mob num n e-mail id verify karte hai . chalo man lete hai ki wo sab verify karna chahiye . lekin jab aap usi din 3 ya thi bar call karo to unko to pata hota hai ki ye bande ne call kiya tha n verify bi kiya tha sab . ab sidgi si bat hai jitni lambi bat chalegi utna charge katega. agar ye calls free hote to hame bar bar verify karvane me koi dikkat nai hai . ab sabse badi gussa dilane wali bat . me jab bi head se bat karne k liye bolta hu to bolte hai ki wo busy hai . ya wo office me hai to app jake mil sakte ho. ab office me jate hai to hamesa bolte hai ki head aaye nai hai. to head kya har bar garpe beth kar aaram karta hai kya . agar meri ye head wali bat aap ko juth lagti hai to aap jake dekh sakte hai . wo log head se bat nai karvayege .. nahi hamri complain solve hogi . ab jab me un logo ko bolta hu ki jitna time net band hua unlogo ki problems se to utna time to credit karo . lekin isme answer itna achha milta hai ki agar aap ko credit chahiye to complain solve hone k bad phirse call karke request dedena. means unki koi bi service k liye hame apne paise waste to karne pade ge hi . you broadband wale sochte hai ki ham customers ko to paise ped par aata hai . ye complain ka silsila hamesa 2-3 dino tak chalta hai . hame chargeble call se minimum 200 ka balance lost karna padta hai . ya hame special office me jake complain karni padti hai . overall muje 2350 ka plan 3000 me padta hai . wese to kabi koi call pe solution k liye nai aayega jaldi . bt renew ka time aata hai tab sab ka call pahele aaye ga . ab me thaltej area k pass raheta hu. yaha har bar unke line k connection kat te hai . un bade samjdar you broad band k staff ko itni si akal nai aati ki is area me ese problems bar bar aa rahe hai to koi action le . me customer care call karke sirf ye puchta hu ki complain solve nai ho rahi hai to muje sirf branch ka nam do to me koi acction le saku. but in logo ka ek mantra hai ki ham paise to lege but service thodi kam dege . me chahta hu ki koi action li jay is company me . agar service me har bar gadbadi hoti hai to uska reason nikalo .

    I was promised that connection will be provided in a weeks time, I made a payment of Rs.2, 800 on 19th May 2014. From there I didn't get any proper response from the local sales guy nor you broadband customer care. Eventually I was frustrated and decided to take back the application and get the amount refunded. Raised the request on 28th May for refund, they said it will take 45days which is ridiculous. If they cant provide service, first of all they shouldn't have taken the amount from me. At least they should refund it as quick as possible. I don't know what is the justification for such huge delay of 45days to refund the amount. Request your help to get this expedited. And also hope an action is taken against the management who are giving false promises and collecting money from the customers and then asking them to wait for 45days to get his/her amount back.

      I am a regular internet user of You Broadband since last 4 Years, My Account Number is 503460, This Account is Registered With Name and Address of Ashish Bharatbhai Mody, I had renewed my abovementioned account on 28th April 2014 in YOU Galaxy 300GB 30Months 75GB Extra with 12Mbps speed and also with a Free Router Plan, but till today I haven't received any free router, even i had also went to your customercare centre on 28th June to get information about router delivery, the lady who attended me, told me that i will receive my router with in 5 working days. but still no free router delivery has been made to my registered address. Please do needful in favour of fare justice.

        I had contacted Mr. Pranav Parmar ( Sales person of YOU) on 24/06/14 for broadband connection for my home. I had asked him I will take connection only if he installs it in 4 days. He agreed and took documents and Rs 4188 in cash. Next day I got call from your cabling section that we cannot do cabling and it will take minimum two weeks for the connection. So I contacted Mr. Pranav but he said what can I do. So he gave me contact number of Mr. Abhisekh Makad (His senior). Mr Abhisekh told me that I will get it done in one week and said that will call you tomorrow i.e. 26/06/14. Whole day he didnt called me even didnt received my calls. Same was with Pranav. In evening Abhisekh received my phone and told me that I will call you in one hour and will get it done. Then after he didnt called me and switched off his phone. Today morning i.e. on 27/06/14 I called him around 10 times but he blocked my phone. Pranav was not picking my phone. Then I called Pranav from another number and he said I am in meeting. Afterwards at around 12:00 hrs I got call from Abhisekh that it will take 22 to 25 days for installation. I told him that I want my cash back if you are taking that much time. So he said it will take about 30-35 days to get refund and rudely said do whatever you want.

          Dear Sir, I have taken broadband connection from You Broadband on 9th june 2014, and paid Rs. 12399 for 30 Months, 500 GB. They promised to provide Wifi Router if i buy this internet plan but till 2nd july 2014 i did not got the router and if i call customer care they says it will take on month from the date of connection. My complaint is that this 1 month condition was not mentioned in their web page from were i purchased the internet plan and made online payment for the same. Their customer care is pathetic. I have called them several times but nobody responds. I want to get my refund or Wifi router. I suggest please do not take You Broadband connection especially in Surat.             Respected sir/madam i was unable to connect the net, so called customer care and raised complaint on 26th june and complaint no. is[protected] and they said it will resolve with in 24hr but every time i am calling they are saying it will resolve soon... but till now not resolved...i have been sending mails but no response, atleast they are not telling what is the issue...they are not taking my issue serious..because i have already paid 6 months plan and it is hardly 1 1/2 month completed with so many complaints ...i am asking for refund also.. can you please solve my problem My YOU Braod band account details are: User name : p_k123 Mobile no: [protected] Email: [protected]@gmail.com

            My issue is still not resolved...I have called so many times to customer care, but no use...I fed up with this service...I have requested for refund also...please help me out this problem...it is almost 2 weeks...please take serious action...

              No proper communication with new customers, playing around with customers. Term & policies are not clear in the application form. I called the sales guy on 6th June 2014, made a payment of 2751 rupees. He acknowledge me saying, I'll receive a message after 48hours. After 72hours I called him, promised me a confirmation message in 1 hour which never happened & stopped answering my calls from them. Called up customer care number on 12th of June, took a request number for my cancelation next day I called for status the ask me to come to office in Bangalore. They said look into the terms & speak to Us, no such terms are mentioned. They told me 45 days refund, as they need to get the check from head office Mumbai. After again I called on 29th to customer care, they say again 45 days frpom, now after receiving call in 24 hours.               Don't go for You Broadband India Pvt Ltd
              Hi, I would like to register a complaint against You Broadband Hyderabad. There representative came to my house and took a cheque of Rs 2749/-promising that installation ill be done in 2 days. Today is 13th Nov '13 and till none proper installation is not yet done. I have called representative, his manager, the technical guy, Customer care & Youbroadband complaints team. You broad band complaints team came with an excuse that they donot have fiber cable hence the delay & told me that it will be done by 30th . If you donot have the capability then donot promise. Everytime they say that it willbe done today but they keep cheating on their promises. Following are some complaint that were registered[protected] [protected] First its very hard tyo reach their customer care adn even if i reach them they promise that it is being taken on as an escalated call and I will receive a call back ...pretty sweet LIARS.                 My connection is not working from 9th june and after repeated complians on thier helpline number only one message is gived that your connection will be addressed in 24 hrs but even after daily complains after 25 days my connectiin has not been repaired

                  I have internet broadband connection of you broadband. Due to some technical reasons my internet is not working from last 6 days. I am calling their customer support 8-9 times daily, but still no response from their end. All they said is wait for 24 hours...

                    I was a customer of you broadband till March first week post which I moved my residence and hence filed for a termination. You broadband was supposed to give me a refund within 45 working days after March first week which means I should have received it by May first week. Since May end, I started calling up you broadband call centre to check up on the status. In the initial few calls(done in May), the information given by call centre agent was that 'Cheque processing is in progress' I made a call post June 10th. Still, the same comment 'Cheque processing is in progress'. I asked the agent what does this mean. He says it will reach within 24 hours. I asked him then how come from May till June 10th, 24 hours has not passed. No answer Since this incident, I called them up multiple times(2-3 times a day) every day of the week for 2 weeks(2*14= 28 calls) minimum and every call takes around 8 minutes in average because I have to survive the IVR, give my authentication(name, user id, phone number) and explain the issue - each time to a useless agent who does not have an answer. Over one of these calls, I told the agent I want to speak to your senior. He connected me to a line where it endlessly rings and noone picked. Then, I had to hang up and call again and speak to another agent because there was no way to come back from the endless ringing mode to the agent I was talking to. Again, call up and get connected to a helpless agent who has no idea about the numerous calls I have been making and who connects me to a line where noone picks up and endlessly rings when asked to connect to senior. Once, I got connected to a senior(i doubt if it was jsut someone pretending to be a senior). He assured me he will call back wuthin 1 day. Now it has been a week and no information Yesterday I called up 3 times and the last agent I got connected to, I asked the agent to explain to me what is 45 days from March 7th. He said it excludes weekends and public holidays. I said 8 holidays(due to weekends) and a maximum of 3 public holidays in a month. But he says he does not know what the public holidays are and he does not know the date range when i will get my refund- ('it is just 45' but i cant tell you when or what date range does 45 end!!!)!! Me: Connect me to senior. Him : says senior is in meeting). Me:give me a callback. Him: we dont do callback. Me:give me your senior s number. Him: no i cannot give. Me:how do i ensure i speak to you next time and not someone else because i have to again authenticate, explain the issue- for nothing? Him: there is no way to do that. Me:send me an sms updating about this. Him:there is no such facility. Me: ok thanks for being so help less .Him: have a nice day! What the hell am I supposed to do? I ahve told these agents I shall sue them atleast 1 week back and still, they dont care about me. They dont want to give me my refund. And this particular series of calls have emotionally tortured me. I DO NOT KNOw what to do about this!                       I had taken a new broadband connection on 14th june registered on the mobile no. [protected], at the time of payment the sale's executive person (majid: [protected]) had promised me that the installation will be done in 4days, whereas till date there is no update from them, I called their customer care ( complaint reference no.[protected] on 22nd june they had promised me it will be resolved in 24hrs yet till date there is no response from them. I'm really frustrated with their service and Irresponsibility.

                        Hi I am a resident of Rutuparna society in Pune, and the building is pre equipped with YOU Broadband connection (there are no other connections allowed). I have taken their 50 Mbps plan which is "YOU HOLY COW 50 GB 1 Month". My account number is 1050416. From the day I have taken connection I am getting only 9-19 Mbps speed. First I thought its temporary, but then it didn't increase even after continuous recharges. I lodged a complaint but the engineer said that nothing can be done from building and it needs to be sent to head office. From that day its been more than 3 weeks but nothing has been done. I had called numerous times and every time I got response that they are looking but no one calls me, and no one came to visit for the solution. I am stuck with this because no other wire line is allowed in the society. I want that serious actions should be taken against these people who are looting people and are extremely shameless.                           Hello, We have been using You broadband for about last 2 years. My customer id - 707154 Name - Sumedh Inamdar We have had several problems with your service lately. 1. In last 6 months or so, the internet goes off every weekend. We have complained several times with your customer care, but it again happens next weekend. Even currently, my internet has been off since Sunday. 2. I filed a complaint, but they close the complaint even without actually resolving the problem. For example, current complaint[protected] is closed I think, but the problem has not been solved. We called today, they just said "our server is down" and disconnected the phone! How can you just close the ticket without resolving the problem? Isn't that insane? If your server is down, shouldn't your customer care take steps to call us back to ask about our problem? If you cannot resolve these problems within next week, please at least refund me my prepaid package money.

                            Dear Friends, If you are going to buy Internet from you broadband don't do it. its west of money big service. my internet is not working and even they are not taking complaint for it. when i call them they says we cant take complaint as some technical issue going on in your area. and it happens in every 2nd 3rd day. also they take money in advance and don't refund for this kind of issue.                               Hi, My Name is Akash SIngh, Account No: 1010608 I have placed a request to shift my connection from my last address to new address ie: Akash Singh Contact No: XXXXXXXXXX Address: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXX I have placed this request on 14th June and till today I did not even received any updates from your end. Its been 4 days and you guys said it will take maximum 24 hrs to update me that you have connectivity there or not. I have called 3 times but no genuine answer from support person, I asked him to transfer call to senior person and he said the person is not available and that too in worst English. If you can't speak English then talk in your comfortable language but i need genuine answer, you guys can't do like. If still I didn't get any response, I will be bound to file a complaint against You Broadband. Pathetic service experience from You Broadband specially Vadodara.                                 Dear Sir
                                I have booked for a 10 MBPS broadband connection only few months ago.

                                There were few hitched and I was getting the same rectified them earlier

                                Now from the 2nd week of June i.e from 13.06.2014 the broadband is not working. Since there was no net connection I lodged a complaint on phone.

                                Through my friends connection i made a format complaint on 14.06.2014. Despite several complaint no one attending to the issue

                                The nodal office for once took the phone on 20.06.2014 and said the line will be connected within an hour, but even after a lapse of 4 days the complaint has not been resolved

                                I want them to take away their connection and refund the 9 months money I have paid them

                                  I have never expected the existence of such a poor ISP in India. I have been complaining about the connectivity problem for more than 25 days. And guess when the connection was given to me.. it's just 40 days. First billing cycle. The service is awful. My account number is 1053218 and the login id is sunitha83 which is on my sister's name. Here is the service personnel's. I've dealt with: Suresh (marketing executive) on [protected] as there was no response from service team after complaint #[protected] on May 9th. He said that he will personally follow up with the technical team. Please note that it is June 23rd today. Next, we contacted Satish Polam (team lead) at [protected] and he was hopeless. We made several complaints after this. Complaint #[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and many on the executives, team leads, and regional head's ([protected]) mobile numbers. Even we spoke to Nodal officer for thrice on [protected] Finally we got the technician number called Valli ([protected]) and he has been dragging the issue though he found that there was a cable disconnection. He is simply treating like the customers are beggars. Worst service ever and ever.

                                    raised a request on 30th May for a new connection (request no.[protected] and paid the full amount of 2335(plan plus deposit) On 14th june we raised a complaint but no response from their end. Again on 21st June our request got escalated on high priority basis and we were promised that it will be completed by 22nd June. on 22nd June, at the end of the day, tried to raise a cancellation request as still there was step taken by them. But they are not accepting our cancellation request and dissconnected the call. we want our full amount back as soon as possible.

                                      You Broadband Account Number: 1068821 (Location: Happy Colony, Kothrud, Pune) Online Complaint registration Number is [protected] dated 15th Jun 2014. I got a connection on 11th May 2014 with a lot of follow-up after online pre-payment, Mr Abhishek Mitra (+91-[protected]) has installed the modem at 14:00 Hours. Time he went back the same is went to "Not Working" stage with Error 651. Modem supplied is Old, while charges that I paid INR 900/- is supposed to be for new one . Since then, I am trying to call all of your staff and numbers (+91-[protected] & 12) that I have at very earlier stage of installation, eight days are past and no-one attended or even responded to its resolution. Your staff are just lethargic and least bothered, I believe you are the most insensible peoples who do not want to know the definition of customer care or customer satisfaction. I am really disturbed and horrified with your system. My Situation: I am working as a system advisor in oil and gas demon, which needs hectic travel (6 weeks in Europe and Middle East and 2 weeks in India). During both the period I need to be connected for 24 x 7 online. I can not afford losing my internet connectivity for any reason. I was frustrated with earlier ISP Tata Docomo dongal through poor speed and foolish billing system. My nephew was using YOU BROADBAND, who suggested me on it. But since first day I got nervous on your service and the way you respond to, you should have auto-generated report at your own system to get alert of customer connectivity. Complaints in last one month : 15-20, 30 phone calls/emails made on bad services, network not there, speed issues. Last Account renewal Date : 30 April 2014. I have spoken to prahlad who is the nodal office for gurgaon. He confirmed that he will write a confirmation on refund but it has been 10 days when I returned the modem in his office. I still got a call from his office telling me that in their records the connection is still showing active. They are just doing fraud as they do not want to refund the money and refuse to pick up phone. I have the receipt dated 10 June 14 on return of modem and disconnection of services but no sign of money refund. Completely fraud company.
