I have register a new Internet connection on 31th July and I got a call from lady "Vaishali Doshi" requesting me to make a payment and my connection will be setup in 7 working days. Plan Subscribed: YOU JAGUAR 3 Months Modem Type: ONT-DEPOSIT-900 Registration No:[protected] City: VADODARA Total Payment (Rs.): 3249.00 (through online payment) After 7 working days, I contacted customer service to know the status of my connection, Suddenly they have started saying that this will take more time because some fibre work, I requested her to give me a date and she is simplifying saying it will take more working days. Even I have asked her before making the payment is Internet service is available at my connection requested place, said that connectivity is available. After total 20 days, I have contacted again for connection status. I get the same response "back end" team is working on it, requested them to provide a time frame so I that make another arrangement. But I'm not getting information from Youbroadband not a call or sms so far. I raised a complain[protected] at customer service to cancelled new connection and payment reversal process. Customer service executive does not know the process and they simple said back end team will get in touch and they will attend me. What does it mean attending me, how they will attend me by Person or call. They those people don't know any thing and simply ask are you happy with customer service. I lost my patience no youbroadband executive didn't get in touch with me or they simply cheat the people and all want is to get money from people. I'm requesting you to help me to cancel new connection and payment reversal back to me. Thanks you all. Ravi Kiran

    My user ID is mk101 and registered email ID is max.kapoor.[protected]@gmail.com. I paid the amount on Jun 6, 2014. The plan includes refundable charges of modem and charges of internet usage of Rs 1000 for 50GB for 3 months. There was no reply from the company till 2 weeks. After calling several places and several customer care executives, I got it installed around 21st June. The next day modem stopped working and I had to call the customer care executive 4-5 times to get them to come and replace my modem. The following day modem was replaced but the same night internet stopped working. After calling customer care about 6-7 times, I got a response and agent came back after 4 days to fix the issue. After a few hours he left, the internet stopped working again. The above procedure has repeated 3 times. Complaint 4-5 times. reolve. net stops same day Currently, my net is not working again. I registered 3 complaints over 3 weeks, but no response was given. FInally I asked them to disconnect my connection. The customer care lady tells me that I will not be given money back. Please note that I have used 60MB out of 50 GB (i.e. 1.2%) of the plan in the last 2 months and that too to check whether the internet is working or not. I have spent a lot of money trying to speak with their customer executives. I even called their showroom at MG road. They said that they cannot do anything in this matter.

      Hi team, I am facing issues from around alst one month and registered total 5 complaints: My user id is rupen_s. I have mailed applet authority also regarding the same and they have told me to resolve the issue by 7th aug 2014. then when I mailed Manisha Rajguru after 8th, still i didnt get any reponse from manisha. If the applete authority, senior members are not taking their responsibility then how can one expect from their team members that they will look into the issues on time.. Its almost complete month and still the issue is not even looked at. Pathetic service. Regards, Rupendra

        Hi, I booked for you broadband high speed internet service in late March by paying 2600 Rs cash to Zafar (mobile [protected]). However when the installer came to my place, he refused to install the cables through the ducts and just wanted to hang the wires outside. So I cancelled the service and immediately called Zafar, who promised to refund my money immediately. Since then, I have been calling Zafar almost 2 times a week to get my refund. He gave me one email id marilyn.[protected]@youbroadband.co.in to whome I sent a detailed email. But again no reply from her. You broadband authorizes their agents to collect money but not refund them. I have been chasing them since last 4 months but have not got my refund yet. I would have spent a considerable amount of money making calls and following up. Now Zafar has stopped picking my phone also.

          I have purchased online you broadband plan for 3 months @3363 Rs on 14th-Jul-2014. They promised connection within a week. After almost a month no communication has been done. I went to local vadodara you broadband office they said it will take a month to install. I asked them to cancel the account and they replied they have sent a mail for cancellation. On online customer care I was told that no complain have been registered even after a week. I registered a complain with id '[protected]' and they asked me to wait for 24 hrs. After 24 hrs I called back as i did not received any call. Response i got was that there is no complaint number with the above id and hence you have to register new complaint number and again wait for 24 hrs. I registered complaint number '[protected]' again. I want my money back and it seems that it will take me more than 1.5 months for that.             Our internet is down for last 5 days. When called they are giving only excuses. When called to their guy @ 5:30 pm, said that their man will be coming in 30 mins but didn't came. Worst ever service provider. This is not the only incidence, I can quote hundred more. NO thanks, Nitin Chavan

I take a internet connection of You Boardband on dated 22/07/2014, chq. no. 942026 Ing vysya bank, pay Rs. 8399/--. This company's sales-executive said to me that your plan is Galaxy 300 GB & speed is 12 MBPS download & 10 MBPS upload. But I received 1 MBPS download & 100 kbps UPLOAD speed. So, I complained many time by call & SMS on company number[protected] but company not solved my problem permanantly. This company replay me by land line no. +[protected] & 6665555. This company is failed to solved my problem of internet- speed matter.                   Had a terrible experience with you broadband and will never recommend the service to anybody. I renewed my monthly subscription on the 29th of June and the connection stopped working on the 10th of July. Registered a complaint with the call center to which they reply "the problem will be resolved in 24 working hours". 24 working hours means three days in practice. So waited for the three days following which they reply that my complaint is escalated but the issue isn't resolved for the next 20 days. Also when I asked for service credit the reply I get is that the service did not go into downtime so the service credit request can't be entertained. Also since now my account has expired, unless I renew it the service credit will not happen. 20 out of 30 days the service remains down and service credit is denied. When pressed they partially agreed to give service credit for the 20 days but I will have to renew the account for it. The customer service reps are told not to entertain requests for service credit. Even when it is evident in their system that there has been no usage on my account. Now a service rep calls me to ask for the code to close my open complaint to which i asked if they will process the service credit. And the reply that I get is that the back end team will have to review the case and then will decide if the credit will be processed or not. I have never wrote a consumer complaint before but this service has got me aggravated to the hilt. Don't go for you broadband ever.

                    My Internet cable has been cutoff due to rain.Compliant no:[protected]. I Had been raised compliant 20 days back before from now. I am calling daily(at least 2 times a day) to Customer care. They are saying back end team is working on that. Until Now the back end or nobody have been called me.
                    Customer care team says that they have been updated the request and our work is been done. They will not take care o[censored]s, they will just update what we say, that's all their job is been done, Customer team is worst team.

                    I request you all to nobody purchase the You Broad band Internet. Its one of the vvv worst broad band connection.

                      I have taken an internet connection of YOU broadband two months back. The internet connection is not working for more than 10 days now. I have contacted their customercare on multiple occasions and I have sent the emails also. But there is no action taken so far. Whenever I call them or send an email, all they say is "we have registered your complaint and our executive will contact you in next 24 hours". But have not got any single call. Moreover, yesterday they closed my complaint saying that it has been resolved. But that's not the case. I have also warned them that I will raise a complaint with consumer forum but they are completely unaffected. Please help me with this.

                        A/C no: 762005 I had been contacting YOU broadband each day since 20th Jul, 2014. Once they closed the complaint saying that the net is working. However, it didn't work for more than two hours. Later on, I complained on 21st, the next day. Since then, I have been spending an hour each day with customer care. They have not resolved my issue. The customer care executive could not transfer to supervisor saying that he is busy with some other call. However, later on, after five min, when I tried again, other person transferred the call, but that supervisor didnt pick up even after ringing for more than 5 min (I was told his name is Mr Suraj Shukla). I tried to reach YOU broadband nodal officer, but he/she has not picked up the call even ONCE. The appalete authority told me that my issue is resolved but it is not the same case. It has been three days since I heard from her.

                            I have been facing bad service from you broadband for the last 2 months. My internet is not working for days. I have called almost 100 times. I have mailed it in reply by Mr. Rakesh Reddy they promised to resolve it permenantly yet it is still the same and no response from them. When asked for refund they informed me that it is not possible, you have lost 18 days of service which we can credit back. I have all the phone and mail records. My phone bill is more then my internet usage and yet there is no proper response from them.

                            My name is Pavan and have faced bad service from you broadband. Sometimes Internet is not working for days. I have called many times to raise issue and the ticked has been raised.Later i have received messages from customer center as issue resolved and ticket has been closed.When we checked issue still exists and they close the raised ticket without resolving the issue.I have disconnected the service and asked them to refund money for the modem which i have paid.9 months has passed still amount has not been refunded back.

                              Hi, This is about you broadband account number: 1084486. The past three weeks could not have been more horrible for me. First of all, You Broadband promised same day installation and delayed installation by 15 days. There was no effort from them to contact me and inform about the reason for the delay. I had to fall behind the sales team and the customer care and call them a hundred times to get it done. And when the installation was finally done, the technician left without verifying the connectivity. The login credentials provided to me do not work. Let alone the credentials, when I connect the network cable, it is not even being detected. I checked in my laptop and desktop as well( there is absolutely no problem with my NIC, I use the same laptop in my office and it works fine). The customer care does not even bother to care. They gave me a number for a nodal officer and as expected, it is non-responsive. The technician who came for installation was of no help either. Even he does not answer the phone. I have had enough of this. This company has clearly shown me that it is not reliable. They don't care a damn for their customers. I want my deposit back. Regards, Raghavender D. [protected]

                                Hi, I am you broadband net user for past 1 year. Recently last week Wednesday[protected] two guys just came to our house without informing cut the broadband cable wire and left.I complaint regarding this issue to customer care same day (complaint no[protected] and they said resolve the issue in 24 hours. Next day[protected] nobody came. Later[protected] nobody came and i called customer care informed them about the issue again stating same complaint no, i got reply from them as it will resolve soon. Next day[protected] nobody came and again i called customer care and they said complaint taken as high priority, will resolve soon. On[protected] i got call from you broadband person and informing me "sir wire has been cut and will resolve it by tomorrow" . On[protected] till now it not resolved, inspite i called the you broadband person and he not at all receiving my call. For almost 6 days i have suffer alot without internet so much work and personal tension. Still how many days i have to wait for resolve this issue. Only option i have is to take out you broadband connection and I wont suggest any one to take internet service from them. Its terrible and worst service from such reputed so called company you broadband which providing internet in major cities in India.

IT is awful experience for a YOU broadband customer that being such a Long time cusotmer, we have been treated this way by your representatives. Below mentioned are our complaint number which have been FORGED to be closed by YOUR representatives. [protected] : Broken crimp/wire installed on the modem, which has resulted into frequent disconnections. [protected] : Mr.Younis, the representative in makarpura area, not rresponding to the calls, and reporting that the query has been closed. For constantly a week he said that he will send his rep TOMORROW, but his tomorrow has not come till date. HE swictchs off his cell phone too when he sees our number. [protected] : Although these two complaints were notified and discussed with your telephonic representatives, still this complaints has not been attended till date.                                     I'm Deepak from hyderabad and i'm having one you broadband internet connection, I'm facing following problem due to this internet 1) They gave us connect after 20-25 days 2) They gave connection after 100 calls, we call almost 100 time but we faced each time new excuses 3) I got connection on may be 6-July or 7-July and i used internet only 8 hrs because each time facing bad connection, time out / connection failed etc errors 4) If i'm calling to customer case/ local support not picking call and most of time they cut our call 5) If I'm asking for re-fund they not giving us

                                      Internet is not working, complaint many time but no permanent resolution given. i recharge for 3 months and its been always that the internet service doesnt work when i want to use it. i have called customer care many times but they never resolve any problems. i have requested for my money back which i paid for 3months as there is no service from the service provider.                                       Again called the customer care of you broadband and there is no resolution provided on my issue.
                                      Nobody for is resolving the issue neither is my money refunded for no service.
                                      What kind of pathetic service is been given by YOU BRoadband!
                                      Again called the customer care.
                                      There is no follow up neither they are respoding to the questions.
                                      the Internet is down from more than 1 month now.
                                      My money is not yet refunded!
                                      i will take this case to the court if my complaint is not resolved!

                                        My name is Komal, living at Surat, Gujarat. I am having so worst experience and loss of money from one broad band company, that is YOU Broadband India Pvt. Ltd. it is located and contact detail is 2nd & 3rd Floor, Iqara Centre, Adajan - Hazira Road, Surat - 395009. Gujarat, Help Line[protected] Email: customercare.[protected]@youbroadband.co.in According to internet plan they were suppose to provide wireless router after one month of installation of broadband. Now it's more than a month now and they are ignoring me, they know my number so they don't pick up my calls. Even when i call from new number they cut the call when they recognize me. i need help :( There is one person, named Bhavisha who is employer of this company. I told her if you are not going to provide router then i will complaint against your company, she said do whatever you want, contact detail is [protected] Please someone help
