You Broadband — Not giving a connection since from last 3 weeks

hi on[protected] i have given money to nellipudi rajesh 3000 rs & he told that by next day i will get my connection and he deposited money of 2807 and rest of 193 rs ? he didt gave me and when i asked the same he is replying that it is transporation fee, service charge and telling silly answers for me, and from that i been waiting for my connection till date no body has called me nor no body responded for my connection, till now i didnt got any connection please help me out

This is very ridiculous and very bad experience from the company like Youbroadband.
I never except this kind of service from this company.
My Internet is not working and giving some modem error when i am trying to connect, this happens like from almost 30 days.
I would like to inform about my complain no[protected] which was requested nearly 25 days before and yet it is not resolved.
Also i want, reimburse my data plan with according days by which the complain is not resolved.
As my data plan is limited to 6 months so I want to extend it. Again for this also, I had register a complain[protected].
I want, my complains would be resolved on HIGH Priority.
I got replay from your Executive - Customer Care, Anjana Sharma that this would be resolved as soon as possible before 3 days. But still my problem is persist.
If my days are not extended by 1 months they I may seek help consumer forum under legal shelter.
