Dear sir/ma'am, I booked railway tickets through irctc rail connect app and used zaakpay payment as gateway. Irctc refunded my cancellation amount but, it's still not credited in my bank account. Mode of payment is : net banking Bank name: icici bank And all necessary details are as follows: 1. Transaction id : [protected] Transaction date: 25-dec-2017 Refund id : [protected] Refund amount: 425.00 inr Refund date: 28-dec-2017 Train no./name: 22214/duronto express 2. Transaction id : [protected] Transaction date: 25-dec-2017 Refund id : [protected] Refund amount: 215.00 inr Refund date: 28-dec-2017 Train no./name: 12351/danapur express Please refund the total amount of rs. 640.00 in my icici bank account... I paid on irctc using zaakpay. I cancelled that ticket and irctc has refuned that amount on 25th December. But it has not been transferred to my account. The refund amount was 1570rupees.

I am Praveen Paliwal i have book ticket on 19/12/2017 pnr no is [protected] and same date I have cancelled ticket and cancellations id is [protected]. But refund amount Rs. 480 not received yet. Kindly refund the amount 480 in my bank account

हमने रेलवे के IRCTC RAIL CONNECT APP से रिज़र्वेशन टिकेट को कैन्सल किया जिसका amount refund दिखा रहा है, एप्प में लेकिन मेरे account में नही आया है ।
टिकट बुक करते वक्त मैन डेबिट कॉर्ड का ईस्तेमाल किया था और paytm के जरिये पेमेन्ट किया था ।
