bad quality of food

On 24th may (1:54pm), i ordered 2 chicken rolls, 1 chicken popcorn and 1 paneer hot garlic roll from roll mania via zomato. About an hour ago, those who had the above food for lunch felt uncomfortable and pukish. Later, they fell sick and vomitted the content.
I would request to take some action against it and would also request for the refund of my amount (Now that 3 people's medical bill will be more than what was spent....

incomplete payment

2times money is deducted but still payment is incomplete and i didnt gt my stuff. I done my payment at 1:30pm and i also i gt trnstation id from bank. zomato blocked my account

zomato customer care

I ordered veg frankie and some other stuff from zomato. However was delivered non-veg frankie, As we are vegetarians, we asked it to be replaced. The zomato support was cooperative initially, but after i told them to try again and check with restaurent, as the restaurent told us they had no issue replacing. The zomato customer care person hanged up on me, and has stopped replying

This is completely unprofessional behaviour....

misbehaviour attitude towards customer

[protected] from burg beez name restaurant i placed the order @ 1.16 am and the order should be delivered before 2.16 am but i kept trying chatting to the executives o[censored]r management they kept sayong 10 min. 5 min. Hi, on sept 16 2017 between 3am till 4:30 am i have placed an order for food with happy beings's restaurant.. The food was tasteless completely so i contacted the customer service chat agent mr. Threatening msgs and calls from employees of al grissino dubai

Refund not received from Zomato

2 hrs 30 min late food delivery

Regarding order ID [protected]

I have added my brother's address in "add new address" but due to Zomato app glitch that got added into my old address as combined address of 2 different address 25 kms apart.

Immediately within a minute I cancelled the order, no preparation started no delivery boy assigned to me then how could in a minute of cancellation you can charge the whole 468.80 amount as cancellation charges and in reason you say "WE CANCEL WHOLE AMOUNT TO COMPENSATE OUR RESTAURANT AND DELIVERY PARTNER" when no partner was assigned and no preparation started .

You can just go and check the order time and order cancellation time. This is just an excuse from zomato side to fool the customers and the most disgusting thing is I cannot get a chat or call option from support to address the issue. I had to send 10 mails for such a small thing.

Kindly refund the cancellation charges as this isn't fair .I again add - within a minute the order was cancelled so please don't bring your policy here.

    Order was delivered to wrong location, after that I got call from delivery partner and support team. Before sharing location they cancelled order with full cancellation charge. Amount -403.82

    Order was cancelled by mistakenly due to app issue. Immediately dropped email to [protected]@zomato.com to reprocess or reorder that cancelled order. That to order was in just ordered state when I got cancelled, But no response from the team and no refund. Amount - 672.80
    Cancelled with full cancellation charge.

    Please take serious action on zomato. They, re fooling the customers

      I wish to lodge a formal complaint against Zomato regarding a highly unsatisfactory and unhygienic experience I faced on 17th May 2025. I had ordered Chilli Paneer from a restaurant named "Apni Rasoi" Amount 292rs. via Zomato (Order ID: #[protected]) using their platform. Upon opening the food, I found a bunch of human hair in it, indicating gross negligence in food safety and hygiene.

      I immediately raised a complaint via the Zomato app and also emailed their support team, attaching both photo and video proof of the contaminated food. Despite this, Zomato refused to take appropriate action, simply stating that they cannot move forward with the case. Their response was both insensitive and unacceptable.

      This is not a matter of taste or preference—it is a serious health and safety issue, and I am shocked that a platform like Zomato could ignore such an important concern.

      I request the forum to kindly take strict action against the concerned food delivery platform and ensure that such incidents are not repeated. I am also seeking a full refund and compensation for the mental distress caused.

        On 22nd May 2025, I ordered food from Punjabi Angithi by Vegorama Group via Zomato (Order ID: [protected]). I found hair in the food, which is a serious hygiene issue.

        I immediately raised a complaint with Zomato and shared photo proof. However, they refused to process a refund, saying the image didn’t pass their internal checks—despite the clear presence of a foreign object.

        I request the Consumer Forum to kindly intervene and direct Zomato to:
