I placed an order on zomato with order id [protected] but an executive called and said that the product I ordered was unavailable while it was clearly available when I ordered. She said either to cancel order of take some other product instead. I said I won't need any other item and I won't let you cancel without cancellation as zomato and restaurant didn't honour the order. She convinced me that she is only tech support and zomato help will help me regarding compensation so I said ok to cancellation. But on talking to zomato help the didn't compensate. I am lodging here complaint because zomato do such thing may people and get away with this. So I need them to compensate equal to my order value which was ₹144.00 as their token of apology.

      First had my order grouped with other orders and delivery guy took a u-turn even though he was near my location and went elsewhere which resulted in delayed delivery and food turning soggy.

      Then they took an action which was completely different from what was confirmed over call yesterday with Kalyan and gave me a coupon instead of refund to source. This is unacceptable.

      Now they are telling me rest assured and their usual copy-paste phrase that they will not do this again. I want my full refund to source as confirmed over call and message. This is unacceptable.

      Please help me with this issue. I have attached screen shot of chat and email.

          I ordered Chaat from Chaat Street in Bangalore on the Zomato platform. One Pav Bhaji and One Pani Puri on 29th March 2024 in the evening. The payment went through, but the order never got placed.

          I would appreciate a delivery to the address mentioned or alternatively a payment refund.

          Attached is the screenshot of the restaurant and the payment deduction online from my HDFC account.

                Can't access the app

                My id verification is on pending.
                waiting time (6 hrs) but till 20 hours completed but still process is on pending.
                And I also received message that my account is active, but in app it still says verification is pending

                Sir my account of zomato was terminated due to high rejection but i have not cancelled any order sir i am working from 2 to 3 year in zomato now who will take me in job if i cannot get my id activate how can i fulfil my family all is on me about my family i am poor in condition plzz sir help me to fulfil my family by earning in zomato if by mistake any problem is done by me i am really sorry sir and not do any mistake and take precaution by next time so plzz help me to activate my id and earning order and i will give my best to customer and zomato.                   Sir i have create my profile, and i will charges but my account for delivry boy is not active and error show profile varification failed. i agree to submited documents again but the error show is (0issue found, plz check and resubmit your account activated ) but no slot show for documents.. and not mention about refumds.

                                    Hello, i placed an order from Zomato to my parents address and instead of mutton they sent beef biryani. We are Hindus. It is scary even to think about it.                                       Hi Team,

                                      this is regarding the order ID of [protected], I had ordered it at 8:20 but i received the order at around 10 PM, initial order time was showing as 40 minutes but it was quite delayed .

                                      Since it was quite late I had to prepare my own food.
                                      I checked with delivery boy he said he received the update late and not at the time when we ordered.
                                      Please issue a refund of the same....
