From yesterday i am try to reach by phone but there is no option to communicate with you by phone, i am from dubai yesterday i order for biryani jumbo pack from shah ghouse restaurant which located hyderabad telengana india by internet banking but i got error and amount deducted twice with out delivery, i call to my bank they asked me to call zomato,

Please look into this matter and do the needful. Waiting...

I ordered 2 veg biryani with zomato app on 25th nov 2018evening about 9pm each individually. Am very dissapointed with zomato for not giving paytm cashback for my pickup orders. I used pick50 promocode twice to order biryani from santosh dhaba, near begumpet. About 350rs duduced from my paytm account buy no cashback still recieved. I must get atleast 150rs cashback immediately, their helpline said wait for 48hrs but now almost 4days passed.....

I ordered from tomato on 12th november at 8:36 pm and order number was [protected]. I was waiting for the food but due to some technical glitch my number was unreachable for few minutes after 9:10 pm. I was waiting for zomato delivery boy at the address where the order was supposed to be delivered. But no one came to deliver the order. When i enquired with zomato about the order they said as my number was unreachable, therefore, they cancelled...

I bought zomato gold membership on 14th october, post that i checked my zomato app and it showed to buy the membership again deleted the app logged in to check still suggesting me to buy the membership. Called up the customer care support they told me to speak to the chat support, did the same as suggested. Didn't receive any solution. They said that i would be getting my refund in 5 to 7 working days till date i didn't receive my amount...

My order no is [protected], i have ordered shahi paneer rice combo from one of the restaurants of zomato but i haven't received it yet and delivery boy responsible for that marked the order as delivered and told lye that he had delivered the order. The delivery boy responsible was unprofessional, rude and argued with me without even listening to me. I work as a delivery partner in kochi locality. When weekly payout comes full amount is not enterd in my account. I call the support team for the further information about that problem. They were irresponsible and misbehaving in passing the information. I call again and again for knowing the solution but no one answering the call. Bad behave from the support team and the crew members...

Today i have tried to place an order using zomato app at swagath grand restaurant using code save50. Money have got deducted from my account but no order got placed. I have tried calling zomato customer care but no one is responding. I have also confirmed with my bank's customer care, they have said that money have got transferred to zomato account successfully and there is no fault at their end. I had placed an order for chicken biryani at zomato's sunday offer. I applied the code save50 the offer was valid, paid through net banking. The money was deducted & got message from the bank. Zomato's app said that 502 gateway.. After that i cancelled my transaction but didnot get my money back.. Zomato's service is not responding. I will escalate this if due consideration is not given.

I placed an order from pomp-pizza on my plate on the 03.09.2018. The first time the payment was incomplete so i ordered the food again, this time the payment was successful. However, the money amounting to 420.52 was deducted twice from my account and has not been refunded back while only 1 order was delivered to me. So this is the way customers are cheated, this needs to be resolved....

Delivery bill no. 8053 dated 05/06/2018 21.38 hours for an amount of rs. 612/- i did not have change; hence, i paid rs. 2000/- cash to the delivery boy who promised to refund the balance amount of rs.1388/-.
