Have suffered for fraud of zomato, as yesterday i have order food at 3.37 pm, i have waited 3 hours of delay on food and food has been not delay till 6, 22, my refund has been not issued and on app food is showing delivered without delivery, So i would like to file legal complaint on zomato. I have attached the delivery order time and also the app shows the food delivery but I did not receive any food.

    Lunch was booked through your App. from Megana Foods Mahadevapura, Whitefield, Bangalore to house address 56, 4th Cross, Gods Gift Layout, Seegehalli, K.R.Puram, Bangalore selected from your App. But by Apps mistake the order was diverted to Hebbal 19 to 20 Kms away from home. On Contact Call center is not helpful and said if the order cannot be cancelled and the paid money is not refundable which is not acceptable even after 4 hrs. of delay. Please do the needful to refund immediately.

      Sir namaste my name is ajay kumar my fe id is fe2896691 i have worked with zomato for last 6 months to work as zomato delivery partner but i am not able to complete the order but any order gets canceled due to cancellation or incomplete. I don't know about the difference between the two, it is incomplete meaning our solution has not come or the solution for cancellation has come to us, so sir, please check whether Zomato ID is terminated due to cancellation, it is not my fault at all, if I have found it. Even if I have made some mistake, please forgive me. Don't trust me. I promise that I will never ignore this mistake. Please open my ID and activate it. I am very worried, I am in depression today.         Full amount not refunded even after delivering rancid food

        I had ordered food from zomato, my order no is [protected]. I had ordered 4 plates of chole aloo puri which cost Rs 305.60. I had received my order 30 minutes late, also, I found that the food delivered was rancid. When I asked for refund using their chat system on the app, they first credited 40 credits in zomato my wallet.                 Food delivery delay - company refuses to compensate

                I have ordered food on Zomato on January 6 (Order ID [protected]). The App stated delivery time as 7. 12 PM and that they would provide coupon if delivery was not done on time.

                Delivery was delayed by 20 minutes. But I got message that food has been delivered 5 minutes before time! Even after complaining on app and email, I have been given run around and false, contradictory excuses. These include:

                  I had ordered on the Zomato app on saturday - 6th January at around 10:17 p.m. from Mcdonalds
                  Zomato order number - [protected]

                  four items were to be delivered
                  1] 2 x soft serve strawberry
                  2] 2 x Mcveggie burger
                  3] 1 x veg pizza mcpuff
                  4] 1x med fries

                  payment was done online

                  I did not receive the first 2 items in the order os a major chunk of the order was missing in the delivery the boy who delivered handed over the parcel and ran through the stairs without allowing to check whether all items are present.

                  i immediately when to the help in the app and uploaded the photos of the delivered items and tried to connect with a customer executive which the chat did not allow. it said write an email to [protected]@zomato.com.

                  i did that and it says your issue will be resolve in 72 hours, today morning i received an email from the customer service - "After investigating your claim of the missing item, we have been informed by our restaurant partner that all items were sent as ordered. Unfortunately, without confirmation of the concern from the restaurant, we will not be able to initiate a refund for the missing item"

                  which means customers are trying to cheat Zomato and not the vendors and we are cheating them when i have ordered another 15 orders in november december where i have not had this issue.

                  so i gave money and dod not receive the goods at the same time now i am being told there is no refund.

                  Somewhere something is cooking and i feel there is hand in glove which is taking place

                    After every Zomato order delivery, 9/10 times delivery partner misbehaves on arrival. This happens mostly to a particular deliver address which is SRA building, despite of the fact that building lift is working, parking area is available, these Zomato delivery partners look down upon the customers who order from this locality, they say mean words on customers' face. I had opted for avoid calling option available on zomato app, delivery person on arrival says, ''aapko avoid calling option select karna hai to next time order hi deneka nahi'' . I was shocked to hear that statement, I immediately reported to zomato chat, but they were as arrogant as their delivery partner was. They didn't address the issue and closed the chat midway. Next time, when i opted out calling option, then the delivery person grabbed the opportunity to call me and asked me to come out of the building at some paanwala's shop to collect the parcel, i denied but he argued for 5 mins on call as he insisted that he can do more deliveries if i collect the parcel from his desired place (call recordings available). Later, for every order, zomato delivery person calls me & harass me unnecessarily by lying building lift is not working (even though it's working), saying mean things post delivery that your location is so pathetic that i'm never going to accept order for this location, etc. They say such mean things just because i deny to add tips unwillingly.

                                  I had ordered food through Zomato. But the restaurant rejected my order due to peak hours. Zomato sent me an email stating the order could not be fulfilled and refund of Rs.1, 671 is completed, and if I didn't receive it in my bank account, please contact the bank. I did not receive the refund till now and hence contacted my bank. My bank asked me for the refund UPI transaction ID. Unless I give the transaction ID they cannot trace the refund and help me. I contacted Zomato customer care multiple times, and all the time they said they do not have the transaction reference ID. Looks like this is a fraud play by Zomato. As per RBI regulation, every financial transaction should have a transaction reference ID. Anyone has a suggestion how I can proceed with this Catch-22 situation? We should expose this fraud play of Zomato to the relevant authorities.
