order canceled by restaurant due to zomato

I have ordered food in kfc through zomato. After placing the order there is no action taken from zomato side and restaurant canceled the order. There is no proper reason given by zomato for this. More over the order time was 10 o clk, zomato took more than 45 mins to give a reply back. Due to that i can't place next order and after 11o clk all restaurants closed. Due to zomato, i am starving today without dinner. Please take proper action....

misleading app support and marketing strategies

I had placed a order on Zomato, the delivery time while placing the order was 45 minutes and a even had the audacity to charge a 20rs delivery fee. As soon as the order was placed the delivery time was increased to 90 minutes. Who waits for food for 90 minutes, Zomato? Why do you even have plans to deliver from such restaurants?
And over and above that, the chat support guy tells me to wait for 20 mins even on repeated questioning...

service unsatisfied

Placed the order and got the food after 2 and half hours.. When i complained on twitter and fb.. You guys didnt even bother.. I need a compensation.. This is one of the most pathetic service i have ever got.. Seriously!!!

Zomato has literally made a fool out of me when i called the delivery guy.. He dont even have thr courtesy to pickup the call.. When i called tje fourth time the number...

pathetic and unprofessional customer service

We have ordered 3 items from rolls mania viman nagar through using zomato app but the delivery person come without the shake which we have paid for.. And zomato care person already had a word with rolls mania manager name vijay said very clearly that he dose not have shake available but still why the zomato person said that u can send the order without the shake...

I have made an order through zomato on 5th mar 2018 and the payment was made and the refund was not provide. The order was accepted and no notification was sent for the issue which is going to happen. One of the customer service agent named harshita was very rude and was not providing any consideration even if the issue was wit them

Need compensation of wastage of money and time...

Till now i didn't receive my order nor anyone picked my call also the chat option of zomato app was not responding. My order number and i'd is attached within in image plz look into the matter. not received order though payment has been done

I had order from ovenstory pizza for a bogo, seems like the food still is in their kitchen and seems like they are preparing it for 1.5 hours and so on. Now, i have to leave and as it isis of no use to me. I want my money back doesn't matter whether you deliver or not.

I had placed an order from a local pizzeria mojo pizza - doubly loaded prabhadevi mumbai.
I received confirmation that the order was received. However after 35 min the order was rejected stating deliver not possible in sub zone.

My issue is why was the order possible for that pizzeria if its not completely in the delivery range.
Secondly why was the order not cancelled immediately....

zomato customer care

I ordered veg frankie and some other stuff from zomato. However was delivered non-veg frankie, As we are vegetarians, we asked it to be replaced. The zomato support was cooperative initially, but after i told them to try again and check with restaurent, as the restaurent told us they had no issue replacing. The zomato customer care person hanged up on me, and has stopped replying

This is completely unprofessional behaviour....

order didn't get delivered after confirmation

I placed order through zomato i got confirmation of the order.
Restaurant ‘moti mahal’ called me that it’s been 30 mins your food is ready but zomato delivery guy didn’t come.
And nobody is responding to them.

So i called on zomato helpline number some guy picked he told me to hold and wait.
I called them again they put me on hold and didn’t pick my calls.
Zomato is such a big organisation...

bill not received

On 20 feb 2018, order 8 subways and 3 cokes on zomato, received called from subway yerwada saying we are out of cokes and hence can deliver ice tea instead of coke. When food was delieverd, dint get the bill, upon calling them and asking what about the bill, they said because bill is mismatched because of ordering coke on zomato and getting ice tea on delivery.
How to get the billl now?...

delayed delivery

The customer service people at zomato are of the view they don't owe anything for a delayed delivery by their partner restaurant even if the restaurant promises an on time delivery or cashback.
The partner restaurant offered a 45min delivery timeline and we ordered from there because we needed food on time. The order was delivered more than an hour later and then the zomato customer support instead of helping me get the delayed delivery...

The app adverised the dish - macher matha diye dal as vegetarian. Ordered this for a vegetarian friend who consumed it to realise that it was non vegetarian.
Called the restaurant, who said that the dish had always been non vegetarian and it was zomato's fault to advertise it as vegetarian.
The entire episode ended up hurting the religious sentiments of my friend.

Order no 2144889 i know it's really akward but this order never got delivered. This order was placed in the initial days when zomato delivery just started and the chat facility or any other medium of complaint was not available. The restaurant literally denied delivery and my money was not refunded. Could not complain earlier as was not aware if this medium....

The worst worst worst service of yours made my day the worst.. Ordered food through the waste app.. Order confirmed.. Waited for 11/2 hrs and later order got cancelled. Waited upto 4pm, staying hungry. Later i was told that order got cancelled due to lack of delivery boys with you. Then why the hell do you open a shop to cheat people. And the valentines day got ruined due to this good for nothing service of yours. And my money gone. Said...
