    Hi, i am hirali.. I had place an order from borivali west restaurant around 8.30 in the evening on 17th june, 2018. It was supposed to be delivered at 9.31pm, but when i checked at 9.32 pm it was still in the kitchen. When i asked the status of the order, the reply came as "please allow me few minutes to get this checked and get an update." after few minutes they said "this is taking a bit-longer, please bear with me." and "you need not worry, i am trying to resolve the same." waiting for another half an hour i got a call saying the food is spoiled please give us 15 20 minutes more to deliver it to your place. I agreed to that. When asking them again and again about the status they refunded the amount at 10.38pm and asked me to accept the order. Within 5 minutes the order got declined. Even after waiting for 2 and half hour food, i didn't get any. They stopped responding through zomato chat after that. I was not accepting such a poor service from zomato. Please it's a humble request that stop using zomato as their customer support is very delivery and you will end up starving. Swiggy is recommended. Very much satisfied with the swiggy service.

      Zomato gold is something we pay for, so we should be eligible to use it on all of our devices. We had the worst day at ralphy’s at shastri nagar sundervan. The guy (Prabjot) blackmailed is into paying the full amount. He kept laughing at my situation and it was extremely disrespectful. Zomato gold is really bad and nobody should ever buy it. I hate zomato and the people who work for it. The waitress at ralphy’s was rude. Zomato gold and the company is #.

        As i am unable to go out for a restaurant so ordered food from zomato. After that they said your order will be arriving at this time. I just waited for one hour to get tracking of my order. Also after i got my order it is not even a little warm to eat and also it was heavily spiced and unable to eat. Then, i contacted customer service in their chat support and reported the issue which is happened then they came forward and credited me with just 80₹ for my complete 337₹ order. After that again i asked them about the refund they said we regret with the inconvenience caused by we will be able to deliver better in future. But i i'm not satisfied with the 80₹ so i asked them again and then they credited with ₹70. What is this guys after that they replied we are not being able to credit more than that. Please feel free to contact us.

        Hi This is Siddhesh Rane From My Dream My Job, Zomato has not processed our Invoice for past 2 months even after recruiting 30 plus employees for Zomato.

        Apart from that no one from Andheri Office is answering any of the call and shows negligence towards the partners.

        Kindly resolve the issue at earliest.

          I order the food midnight but zomato was not able to deliver my food I was hungry and after 1 hr. They are saying that we are not able to contact with restaurant so we are cancelling your order. I didn't have my food yesterday . And I am going to file a complain about it .. or I want the same food which I have ordered yesterday at the same price.

            This is a process in jindal's-zomato, these people are taking maximum advantages of employees. These 2 pathetic domestic companies are ruining the people like hell. So many people including me got terminated for no reason without paying anything. These don't have money, basic manners, basic facilities, rules and regulations etc and nothing indeed.

            Please take some action, if possible remove and stop these domestic processes... No one needs a non international company to operate... All seem poorest in terms of presence, manners, financial-economic situation etc... Making india more poor and life of employees miserable...

            If possible take these to court and end these rubbish company with huge penalty...

            I was terminated stating i was using cellphone without informing and permission... Without any reason they put me on re-training...

            Take action... Unlike all domestic companies... Formed to ruin...

              I subscribed for 3 months gold membership on zomato. The app was set for auto renewal, which i was not aware of. Zomato just auto renewed and charged me a fee. This is an unethical way. The app can have various settings and all of that customer cannot possibly be aware. When i requested zomato they did not take any action.263503 is my membership id.

                I had placed an order on the zomato platform for 3 items from hotel gowdru mane, yeswantpur, bangalore. (Order id[protected]. One of the items was a simple dish — dal fry. The restaurant is fairly close to my place.

                After delivery, we found that the dal fry was old and stale. We had to throw it away. I contacted the restaurant on +[protected], told them about the bad quality dish and asked for a replacement. They told me that they were ready to send a fresh item but the delivery boy is from zomato and that they do not have their own delivery boys.

                I would request zomato to warn the restaurant about this and also arrange a refund of the amount to my account.

                  I had ordered food at KFC through Zomato. I paid Rs 514 online for the order. After sometime the KFC restaurant at Saket called me up to tell me that my order had been cancelled because my area was out of their area of reach and the food was not delivered. When I asked them for refund, they told me to contact Zomato. Since last four days, I have sent two mails to Zomato. They say that they will revert to me earliest but no one has either contacted me nor my refund has yet been credited. When I tried to contact on the customer care numbers, they came to be unreachable / non existing.

                    I ordered biryanii from moriz through zomato on 13/06/2018 and i was served with a bad uncooked food n i was starving all bight withought food and i tried to reach zomato as well as moriz buh they wouldn't respond at all and zomato doest care anything after food is served is this how u treat customers? If so i would suggest everyone never use zomato at all!! I'm goin to file a sue against the restaurant as well as the zomato.

                          I tried placing an order in zomato but the order did not palced and i received message from bank that my balance got deducted from my bank account... I tried contacting zomato but no response from them... I want my money back and a strict action against zomato.. I messaged them to try to chat.. But no reply... Google to find customer care number and the numbers are switched off... Two hours continuously i tried phone numbers and message also... But these guys are so irresponsible... They don't bother... They don't care about customer problems... Please take a strict action against zomato as soon as possible.

                            I am a new user and I was using zomato for first time to order for first time . Firstly I installed and they fill all details.
                            Then I connected my paytm wallet to zomato and in my paytm wallet money was there.
                            Then i went to dominos pizza and just adding some items to cart, and at the same time by mistakenly order got paid and money got deducted from my paytm wallet and food got ordered .

                            But actually this happened as I was not aware of it, I thought before payment some OTP or confirmation msg will come then only it will be ordered . As normally happens on all site . But here it got paid and ordered due to one single click.

                            Then I was in real shock and I open zomato chat support but that was not working at all.

                            It was showing some error that " This is taking longer than usual, please logout and login again, if then also not working please clear all zomato data and try to login again "

                            This msg was displaying for more than 25 min due to which i could not cancel the order . But I between i mailed to zomato, tried calling zomato customer care number ( which is not available only ) then I asked dominos person to cancel the order, but they also did not cancel the order.

                            I was helpless and trapped between zomato and dominos .

                            After 25 min zomato chat support started to work and i chat with him for almost 2 hour but he did not help me, i did not got any refund .

                            That zomato chat support person first told me accept the order from delivery boy and they he was saying like " May I know which refund?"

                            He did not help me at all after 2 hours of chat and then I abused him so much.

                            But abusing doesn't bring my money back.

                            I m attaching screen shot of that zomato chat support error msg as a proof .
                            And I also mailed to zomato which I did not got any reply.

                            Please don't order from zomato anything .
                            They are not helping anyway.

                              This is not fair and we expect cashback in our order which they have offer.. U mentioned that there is cashback of 50rupees and there is no such thing its matter of 50 rupees and its ok for me then what about the overall customers... This made me to uninstall ur application i even asked about my cashback in the chat they said that they will refund with in 48 hrs but i didn't get any credit from u.. If once u wer lose in something everything will be lose remember that and stop fooling people.. Now a days when r developing and pls don't turn it.

                              I ordered food from Desi Bites through Zomato. The order contained Masala Pav Bhaji and Samosa.

                              The restaurant completely ruined the food by sending Kachori instead of samosa and some unknown mixture of bread with sabzi with certainly not Pav Bhaji.

                                Hey they also blocked my account without saying anything. I had a order with zomtao in which packing is open and the ants around the food when i complaint they give me refund but after that day they block my account and are not replying of mails i have sent and i have try to contact customer support through another zomato account but they are saying to contact at mail. And i also have 1533 rs stuck in my zomato account.

                                  I ordered food from up dhaba restraunt, whitefield, methi chicken, lollipop and roti.
                                  They sent the food which is completely salty and so dur to that i complained to zomato chat support and asked them to help.
                                  I told them to take back their food and arrange replacement of that, then they sent 50 credits and telling we have done what we can do and now nothing can be done.

                                  My complete 200 rupees is wasted and i m helpless.

                                  It's complete cheating.

                                  People should not order through zomato.
                                  Be aware of it.

                                    Hi,

                                    I tried ordering food from zomato and it failed. The quality of food that I received was not very good and I decided to report it then I thought of the trouble I'll had to go through to get this refunded or replaced and decided to throw it.

                                    I ordered for a second time and it went well. So, I thought to order again without realizing the thought that zomato would screw it up and yes you did. The food was prepared using bad oil and was completely burnt and I contacted your support team to get a refund to which I was informed that they can only replace it. I explained that the oil used was not good and hence I only wanted a refund. The agent disconnected the which was not at all a professional approach.

                                    I initiated chat again to which the agent asked me to give the food to someone who needs it as they can only arrange for a replacement. As the oil that was used was not good, I denied a replacement from the same restaurant.

                                    Am I at fault here for burnt food?
                                    For using bad oil?

                                    Is it my fault?
                                    What has Zomato done to resolve this apart from informing me that I can donate the food to someone who needs it or that I should check the rating of the restaurant before making an order.

                                    If a restaurant is not providing good items, first of all why is that restaurant on your list?

                                    I would like to take this forward as a formal complaint. Please let me know how you'd prefer to deal with this. I would be filing a complaint with consumer court as my rights have been violated here. I would ask my legal representative to take this forward.

                                    I use promo code 50 aed my order was total 65 aed 50 aed deduct promo coad remaining 15 aed when i pay from card 15 aed they deduct full payment it is cheating
                                    What the hell service provide by zomato, cheated me did not refund my money also i didn't get food

                                      I have order the food for which i have paid online and order was confirmed from the zomato side. And i was waiting for the food so long.. And after delivery time i contacted the restaurant they replied that they will not deliver the confirmed order for which i have paid. Then i complaint to the zomato customer care they asked me to place another new order from other restaurant. I made the second order and made the online payment. Now they are not delivering the second order for which i have paid again.
                                      I am very hungry and now i will not get food anywhere right now. What i should do?
                                      They are doing fraud just charging for ordering food online and not delivering the food.
                                      I think today i have to sleep in hunger.

                                        I ordered dominos pizza at 7:06 pm on 10/06/2018, i haven't received the order and still the app shows delivered. I payed online and the money is not refund yet. I order from this number [protected].
                                        Can you please make transaction as early as possible. I always happy with zomatos service but this time it is worst. I hope my complaint will solve as early as possible.
