Refund status - JPS6NSQLF Booking ID

Zoom car booked on 21st July with JPS6NSQLF Booking ID was cancelled by the zoom car team and I was notified that the refund has been initiated which will be credited within 15 days. However I still have not received the payment, to which neither customer support answers the call nor they email back.

Please get this done ASAP

Where is my money

Hello,
Dear sir/madam

I booked a zoom car through car app on 23th march (Booking id : jps6n36p8).

Same day within an hour of booking had cancelled because of during the lockdown problem.

I called to zoom cars customer service about cancellation and deposit amount refund. They told me that refunded will be happen within 7 working days.

In app it's show that your refund was...

I had booked a car with zoomcar Booking I'd-JPS6NYHZC on[protected], travel period 2-7-2020 to[protected], but I had cancelled it much before travel date on[protected].
According to policy refund must be given within 7-10 days, but after 70 days I didn't get my refund.I had filed a complaint in National Consumer Helpline docket I'd[protected], after waiting for 1 month NCH agent told me to file a case in consumer court. On 20th August...

Pending Refund with Zoomcar

Hi Team, please note that I have cancelled my trip with Zoomcar on 16th July 2020 with order id JPS6NSJS9, After following up with the customer care team..they told that within 1 month the refund amount will be processed. However it has been 45 days and I haven't received the refund amount till date.

I have sent multiple emails and follow ups..However ended up with no response from the team.

Booking failed but amount deducted

15, 100rs amount got deducted from the bank end but booking failed in zoomcar page.. When would my money be back...

zoom car blacklisted

My email is [protected]@amitshibha.com and I am blacklisted by zoom car for no reason and unable to make any bookings. Tried reaching customercare but no reply and can't get any representative. This is just absurd. Please give a valid reason to blacklist or resolve the issue....

Delay in refund of my amount

I Booked a zoomcar on[protected] and Returned the car safetly after mentioned time limit. Since then i have been trying to get my refund back of Rs.2507/- for that I called them several times but they are not giving any response. kindly resolve my issue as early as you can.

my zoomcar account blacklisted for no reason

I have been using zoomcar from two years now and a few months ago they blacklisted my account without any intimation or reason.

My Email ID is vsr.[protected]@gmail.com.

I have been trying to contact them via email, call, even through their 'contact us' portal with no help or resolution. There is no response from their end. This not a good customer service without a certain response. Please revert back the blacklisting...

Hi,

Zoom car is not providing my refund amount, I have called and complained their customer service team twice.

Now I am not able to reach their customer service team, they have changed the software I guess, I’ve asks to enter the mobile number followed by # key but nothing happens, I have tried to reach them several times but ended up here...

Refund Pending - JPS6N5ZTU

I cancelled my zoomcar booking on 2nd Jjuly. I was told refund will be processed in 7-14 days, i've been calling and sending emails repeatedly regarding refund but all i get to hear is wait for 24-48 hours, even after talking to supervisors, they had said same which is not processed yet. I don't really understand why is it taking a lot of time even after giving more time than requested....

I have cancelled the Zoomcar on 23rd June, 2020 and was supposed to get refund of 7442/- Rupees within 7 days. After multiple follow ups on twitter as not able to contact them directly (they do not call back or reply) they say they will refund but yet not refunded the amount. I see there are lot many other customers who have not received the refund yet. Please look into the issue...

financial fraud

I booked a ride from /chennai to coimbatore on 20 july and returned the care safely on 21st morning (Booking id: jps6nsh7q). Once the ride is over, i was told in at most 15 days refund will be given. Since then i tried to contact them many times over phone and the call never gets connected. I emailed them and no response.
On twiter, i asked them many times and after getting the booking id, they had told me very shortly they will do...
