Hi,
I have made a booking with zoomcar for date[protected], booking id : jps6noe96, i cancelled the booking on[protected] in advance. My refund is pending from 80 days now.

I have reached them multiple times but all i hear is some issues, processing, give us some time. No followups no update nothing they give.
My account is registered with mobile number [protected].

    I have subscribed to nexon at car on march 04, 2020.
    Total paid amt: rs 40, 888 for 3yrs subscription.
    It has been a long time and the unavailability of a car even after regular follow-up, finally, i have confirmed the cancellation of the subscription on july 08, 2020. Within this time i have tried to reach out to customer care by phone but could not connect and to my mails, there is no response to the refund of the amount. Now, i want to file a legal complaint against them for a refund, please suggest a channel.

    I have dropped notification mail from above email id to your sales team with email ids zap.[protected]@zoomcar.com and [protected]@zoomcar.com. The mobile/contact number is mentioned in that email chain. Please check and get back to me.

    I have requested many time callbacks from Zap team, never ever get callback. Sometimes I received email response saying, 'will get call within 48-hours' and which is never happened.

      I've three bookings from zoom car as below on august 18, 19:
      1. Jps6ndj9x — inr 4, 210
      2. Jps6ndh1q - inr 3, 837
      3. Jps6nduzv - inr 3, 823

      The first two bookings were cancelled by zoom car and 3rd one partially pending.

      Total pending amount to collect:
      4, 210
      +3, 837
      +2967
      =
      11, 014

      Zoom car haven't issued any refunds and they are not responding to queries.

          I booked hyundai i20 elite from zoom car for 23/08/20 which i cancelled because i booked it for wrong date. I have called zoom car customer care more than 3 times for refund and they have provided me false information that it will be credited with 1 week. It's been a almost a month now i have not received refund. Please help me. My refund amount is rs.2, 936.

              I had booked a car on 15th august 2020... At the reporting time they denied to deliver the car as the car i had booked was not available... That was a nightmare.
              Now after that the call centre confirmed me that my money would be refunded with 30 working days but till today the same has not happened and there is no way that i can contact them. Please help.

                I have made a booking with zoomcar for car rental on 9th August 2020 with booking ID JPS6N0YPQ but cancelled it due to some reasons. An amount of Rs 4207 is due to be refunded by the company but has not been refunded till date i.e 20th september 2020. The customer support numbers are not at all working and there's no response for he emails sent. Kindly take appropriate action against the company as the company is trying to deliberately dupe customers.

                I have made a booking with Zoomcar for car rental on 21 September 2020 with booking ID JPS6NEU5T. An amount of Rs 1277 is due to be refunded by the company but has not been refunded to date i.e 9th November 2020. The customer support numbers are not at all working and there's no response to the emails sent. Kindly take appropriate action against the company as the company is trying to deliberately dupe customers.
                I Booked a car one day before the booking date they call and say car isn't available and provided me with other options and said i could cancel the booking and in 7 days ill get my refund its been two months and their customer service wont call back and they dont reply to mails
                3000 seven months is completed do not refund amount
                I posted my complaint it says its resolved and amount was refunded I did not receive any amount its still pending

                      I have booked the zoomcar on 16th august 2020, i have got a call on delay in vehicle handover, due to tight schedule, i have to cancel the booking and took an alternate way. It is promised by zoomcar executives fund will get refund after 30days of booking. I haven’t received the deposit money till date. I would like to go for consumer court on this issue as the company is betraying all the people and making false promises. We see customer contact number is not working and not responding to any of the emails.

                        I completed my booking (JPS6NSZJR) on 14/07/2020. No refund till now and i am now unable to talk to customer care too.Refund amount is 2, 335/-

                        I also subscribed a car and paid entire money 26598/- by 06/08/2020. I cancelled before handing over and customer care executive said they will refund entire amount. Till now no one is even responding to the email

                          Cancelled my ride on 15 may. Yet to receive refunds.

                          They do not adhere to any guidelines. Very unprofessional. Do not have a customer care number nor do they respond to emails.

                          Their phone momentarily started working. I was given an update on 01 august that there was an issue with their systems and all refunds from may were effected. I was also told that the issue was solved and will positively receive the refund by 15 august.

                          August 17, nor have i reviewed the refund nor can i reach the the customer care. I have dropped an email again.

                          September 18: still their customer care is unreachable. No replies to email. Contemplating legal action next..

                          I could speak to customer care on Thursday 24 September. I was assured I would receive a email to enter bank account details. No email received. Today they seemed to have removed option in IVR to connect to customer care too.

                                    Spoke to customer care executive twice.

                                      In app it shows as refund pending.

                                      Also zoomcar helpline is not helpful for any completed trips.

                                        I have subscribed for zap program in the month of march 2020 by paying an amount of rs. 41878 /- along with all required documentation. Even after completion of all documentation part and address verification, the selected vehicle was not delivered to me between 15 to 75 days as per the commitment made by the team. Hence, i requested the team to cancel my zap subscription and refund the entire paid amount to me as the vehicle is not delivered within the stipulated time-frame as committed by you. Even after several mail communication through e-mail, i did not received any satisfactory response from them. Also none of the contact number of their support team is functional.
                                        Even after several rigorous follow-ups since last 6 months, i did not received my money back.
                                        In some the mail communications, they are just mentioning that "we have arranged the call back from our concerned team in order to assist your query within 48 hours at the earliest", but yet i have not received any call from their concerned team to resolve the issue.
                                        This is very disappointing as such kind of service was not expected from zoomcar.
                                        Hence, kindly request you to look into the matter and refund my complete amount as earliest.
