I had made three bookings for zoomcar (Details below):

I have been contacting the customer support from past 3-4 months, only to be told that the company is making "honest" effort to refund my pending amount.
The reason for delay given is: "no transaction is successful when zoomcar tried to refund to customer", while "customers are able to successfully pay rental fees to zoomcar".
I find no reason to not believe that zoomcar has very conveniently, intentionally delayed giving me my hard earned money back, providing reasons with astronomical probability and are too stupid and lame to believe,
I am starting to suspect that this whole company is into fraudulent abuse of customer's money since the pandemic started.
Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
