Not refunding my money

They are just throwing me dates and postponing

Refund of 3000 rs

I had made a booking on 9/6/2020, Booking ID- JPS6NY9GE for which I have not received the refund of 1499 rs and a booking on 30/8/2020, Booking ID- JPS6ND6XT for which I have not received the refund of Rs 1395 security deposits. And they keep promising me a refund and don't deposit the amount. Kindly help me get a refund....

I want to register with zoom car but my license is already registered to a mobile number I have no clue about. Can you please disassociate
/unlink it from that number.

Refund of Deposit Amount

Need refund of deposit amount but zoomcar is reluctant to give it back. Zoomcar is blaming Covid situation for their incompetence....

Zoomcar is not refunding deposit amount

I have booked the Zoomcar from 9 Jul to 14 Jul’20 with ID: JPS6N5VI7. I returned back it on 12th july i.e 2 days before the completion date. I have been told that my refundable deposit will be credited in 7-10 days
(Mentioned in websites as well). Today is 2 sept and even after completion of 50 days they are just making us fool. They are not refunding the deposit amount of Rs.1999...

Car got punctured when i asked the mechanic to fix it with a spare tyre he told me that the spare one isn’t fit to drive.

He told me that the car might boggle because stepney isn’t fit to go.

So due to this i have to fix a puncture tyre which is costing us around[protected] puncture) plus service cost.

Just because of this bad stepney i have to fix that punctured tyre and waste of time....

Refund pending from 22nd May

I had booked a zoomcar for 22nd May, and had filled extra fuel, for which I should be getting a refund of INR 1266.
Unfortunately, even after over 3 months and multiple support requests, I have neither received any refund nor any response to my queries.

Dear team, i booked a scorpio (2117) from zoom car on 16th or march to 25th of march but due to covid-19 lockdown i asked them to collect the car on 21st of march and many times after that as it was complete lockdown in whole country and then customer care executive ask me to let it with me and he told me as soon as after the lockdown they will send executive and collect it from my location between this i was continue in connect with zoom...

I booked zoom car on 1st week of july and last week of july.. Unfortunately i had to cancel the bookings but zoom car has not refunded the amount till now.. One booking was cancelled almost 2 months back and one booking was cancelled a month back. Please refund the amount asap..

Refund related not given

Hello i book a car on25th July total amount Rs. 3682, so at that point rules in Hyderabad was different so i had to cancel the ride, i called up customer care and my refund was initiated but i still now didn't my refund.

Kindly please look into this matter seriously

Zoomcar has not provided me my refundable deposit

I had booked a car from 5th July 2020 to 8th July 2020. My booking ID was - JPS6N50CI

They promised to give me the refundable deposit of Rs. 999, but it has been almost 2 months and I haven't received my refund.

I called the customer care multiple times but they didn't respond and now their customer care is also not reachable....

poor customer service, old car, unreasonable penalties

It all started with booking. A couple of hours before the car was to be delivered i was informed that only a 'vintage' car with 50, 000kms plus mileage would be available. This in the cv 19 days when older the car, the greater the risk of infection.
The car was delivered late at night. Next morning i discover the rubber beading on one side of the roof was missing. I inform the person who delivered the car, but receive not acknowledgement....

I had booked a car multiple times in zoomcar with fuel package, so after completing a trip they will provide the fuel reimbursement. But last 6 months they not providing fuel refund for me. It will cost more than 17 thousand rupees. I called daily to zoomcar customer service, they said we will make the refund soon. Till now (More than 6 months) i didn't received any refund from zoomcar....

My refund amount pending

I had rented a VW Polo car with booking id - JPS6NSO11 on 13july2020.

After completion of the ride an amount of Rs.1252/- pending with zoomcar ...

I didn't receive money yet, it is almost more than 45days.

Please do the need full....

rented refund amount not received from zoom car

I have completed my trip on 29 may 2020 and its been 3 months now that i haven’t received my security refund amount back. The policy say that amount will be reflected upto 15 days. And i also had called the customer care but they said they will initalize the refund amount in 2 to 3 weeks but still haven't given me the amount back. Now when i am calling the customer care they say that as i have made no booking so will not be able to talk....

My booking : JPS6NJU9K was cancelled due to lock down on 25th March.
I was assured, that there are no outstanding charges and I'll receive Refund of full amount, i.e. Rs 7, 459
Whenever i am inquiring about my refund - they just reply the same message again and again
"We are sorry that the refund is yet to be processed. Please be assured, the refund will be processed on Priority."
I am waiting from last 6 months...

Refund pending of 13517

Hi team,

Please refund my pending amount of ₹13517 for the booking JPS6NJ3LO. This request is pending from April 2020 Even after constant follow ups through email, as you guys don't pick calls anymore.

Really disappointed. Hope this will be an eye opener and will help initiating the refund.

No refunds

Total 3 refunds are still pending - jps6nd2xf, jps6ndqmr and jps6ns1ik which the total money comes to 15, 000 inr. The sla is breached for all the above bookings refund. We will file a fraud/420 case if this refunds are not processed by september 1st as this caused financial problem/loses.

Worst customer experience i have witnessed by zoomcar....

Zoom car booked on 21st July with JPS6NSQLF Booking ID was cancelled by the zoom car team and I was notified that the refund has been initiated which will be credited within 15 days. However I still have not received the payment, to which neither customer support answers the call nor they email back.

Please get this done ASAP
