I have subscribed to nexon at car on march 04, 2020.
Total paid amt: rs 40, 888 for 3yrs subscription.
It has been a long time and the unavailability of a car even after regular follow-up, finally, i have confirmed the cancellation of the subscription on july 08, 2020. Within this time i have tried to reach out to customer care by phone but could not connect and to my mails, there is no response to the refund of the amount. Now, i want to file a legal complaint against them for a refund, please suggest a channel.

I have dropped notification mail from above email id to your sales team with email ids zap.[protected]@zoomcar.com and [protected]@zoomcar.com. The mobile/contact number is mentioned in that email chain. Please check and get back to me.
I have requested many time callbacks from Zap team, never ever get callback. Sometimes I received email response saying, 'will get call within 48-hours' and which is never happened.
