I had cancelled my booking on 2nd may 2020, booking i'd: jps6nkhj9. Since then the refund amount of rs. 16, 302 has been pending and every time i called them i got the same reason that "due to covid19 situation they are facing some internal systems issue", which is just a deceptive reason they are giving. Now their customer care number is also not working and i have submitted multiple complaints via the app but to no use. It is already been 4 months now, but i did not receive my refund yet. They are just keeping me on hold for the past 4 months saying it will take a week to resolve and someone will call back, but no viable or satisfactory resolution at all. Highly disappointed with the company whose service i have been utilizing for the past 5 years. Losing my trust in the company for any future bookings. Please help to cascade the same.

    I had made car booking on 26th june 2020 and trip was end... But since then i didn't get refund of security deposit amount of rs.1500 till to date..
    I has been completed nearly 3 months..
    I regretted to say that zoom car service centre are pathetic and irresponsible behaviour..

      On sep 7th 2020 i booked a car for site visits from zoom car application my id was :-jps6na131 my booking was from 2pm sep 7th 2020 to 2am sep 8th 2020 woth 120 free kms as my work is completed before i ended my trip at 10:41 pm.
      Here comes the main issue as my trip was completed the car executive work is the check wheather the car condition is good as given before starting the ride or not (Dents, extra kilometers, interio cleaning, spare tire) he checked everything i had driven the car 114kms extra as per zoom car charges i have to pay 114*11 = 1254.
      So the car executive demanded to me pay immediately bye hand cash i will give you the receipt, i told him i didn’t get my wallet and my phone battery is low you update me on application i will pay through the zoom car application, as we were having the heated argument he blackmailed me if you won’t pay me by the time you go home it will update 5000 extra you have to pay that i immediately called to customer support and intimidated regading this issue and mailed them to they told me we will raise a complaint against this issue you will get a call back within 24hours..!!
      By the time i reached home at 11:21pm he updated as 4254 as outstanding amount, the amount which i have to pay is 1254 but he updated me 3000 extra again i called the customer support they told the amount will be reversed..!! Yesterday evening i got a call from executive and i asked him how can you change me 3000 extra he the executive replied they were alcohol bottles found in the car that’s why we charged.
      I immediately raised a question if my trip was ended at 10:41 the outstanding was 1254, if my trip is ended means the executive checks each and everything and ends my trip as we were having the heated argument he blackmailed me i will update more if you won’t pay immediately, he updated at 11:21pm where my trip was ended at 10:21 pmas i was expecting a positive response from the customer support after all this wait and explained the situation at the end he just replied we are sorry sir you have to pay the outstanding amount 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️...!!
      So i am going to raise the voice on this fraud and he used some abusing word in that heated argument unprofessional executive...!! I lost my self respect very poor customer service

            Hi team,
            Unexpectedly my relative got covid-19 positive and our trip got cancelled. I was charged 50% as cancellation charges which is really very high. Kindly please consider the situation and charge less amount. I am trying to reach customer care but no proper response. I am really worried that no reply for email also.

              Hi,

              -i am regular customer for zoomcar and i was (Am) fan of zoomcar, but when i have plan for outing with family for 3 days thurs, fri, sat (23rd, 24th, 25th).

              -i have booked scorpio on 23rd and its good exp. Then for friday i have booked xuv500. Pickup time is 6:30 around. And i got the message at midnight that xuv500 is not available. When i wakeup at that time i get to know that xuv500 is not available then i call to customer care and he said we can give you 2 options scorpio and tata hexa. So i have selected tata hexa.

              -now i have picked up the hexa in place of xuv500 which was arranged at last moment. So may be possible that hexa is not maintain properly and on end time whichever car is available that was given.

              -so when i return from the trip on the nasik highway at 6pm on 80 km speed and i am taking right turn and tyre is tear. I lost my control from the steering,, any how i manage and take the car at side and then see that the upper layer of tyre is 0. 5 km back on the road.

              . We thank to god that no vehicle is behind us other wise people pray for rest in peace. We would dead. It is totally bad experience with zoomcar.

              Tyre have done remote. It is not original type otherwise layer was not remove from the tyre. And we know that is the remote one tyre as my father was doing tyre business. And now jack is not enough to up the car. We bag the jack from the car which are pass from the highway. At this time at 7 o clock we are on the highway with family and ladies as well which is totally risk.

              -any how we change the tyre and start again. We reach at home. Now when i drop the car then man who is taking key saying you have to pay charge for tyre and that is 8000. What the hell?. No value for our life. If we dead then who is responsible. He said no no you have to pay the charge. I said it is your big mistake you haven't check the tyre before deliver the car. It is remote tyre not original tyre which is very cheap. Now i will not pay anything. I want my refund 600 of fuel and now you will give me the amount form our life. I will go to consumer forum. Complain against zoomcar for this. And give review on google that dont use the zoomcar they are not maintaining the cars. Its better to go with revv, drivezzy and other company.

              -i went to other place on saturday with drivezzy car. And car is well maintained. You can ask to any tyre company that if tyre is original then it will not remove the upper layer if tyre tear? You can get the answer.. Thanks this is the last trip with zoomcar i never go with zoomcar. We see the god when tyre is tear on running car. You can see the attached image. You can go with zoomcar on your risk of life. This is the real time experience with me and my family.

              My Booking Id is JPS6B1GUB.Attached screen shot as well.They sending me recovery notice every month.Now i dont know what will be happen with me and in this pandemic i can not even pay 100 rs.As i am job less now a days and member of 9 people family who depends on me.

                Due to covid lockdown, i cancelled my booking thru zoomcar app in my mobile. The app is showing refund of 9357 is successfully processed but i have not received money till now.
                After several emails, i did not get any response from zoom car. I am mentally and financially stressed due to this. It's a big amount for a middle-class person like me, also my company has reduced salaries so i am suffering financially.

                  My trip ID JPS6NOF0M and I had total 6 bookings with zoom car, I had cancelled all my bookings on 24th March 2020, I have called them 100 times, sent many emails, Zoomcar is not responding to emails and on every phone call they promise to refund my money in next 14 days, I think the company is about to close, and hats why they are refunding they amounts and just fooling people, my money about ₹ 35, 000/- is stuck with Zoomcar for the last 6 months

                    I cancelled my booking on 7th july 2020. The refund amount shows up under refund processing page of zoomcar but they are not taking any step further.

                    I called and wrote mails to zoomcar many times. But every time i received same reply, "you would get refund within few weeks, sorry for delay due to covid-19 situation."

                    Its been 2 months now. Refund my money!!

                      I booked mistakenly and cancelled the booking they deduct 200 rupees cancellation fees (This i can saw in their app) i cancelled this booking on 31st july'20. As per their policy refund will be initiated with in 30 working days. Today is 7th september and i have still not received any refund.

                        Hi,

                        It has been 3 months since refund of my last booking has not been received.
                        Trip was completed on 30th may and a amount of 2410 wasn't received.
                        When i'm trying to contact zoom team they have no customer care number in proper working state, so i dropped several mail regarding my concern, but not a single acknowledgment received.

                        This is the worst of zoomcar, never faced something before like this, but this time they made me clear why not to go for zoomcar?

                        Please take an action to process my refund.

                            I have completed my trip on july 12, 2020, with id no. Jps6nscj0, but till as on date i. E., 05/09/2020.

                            I spoke to customers 3 times since then, i got a reply as due to lockdown, refund payments were delayed. I agree for that, but it should not be months, now it is almost 2 months after my trip. Even recently i mailed through zoom app, but no reply either via mail or phone contact, it is a very bad service provided by zoom. When i visited my nearby zoom office, nad kotharoad, visakhapatnam, i got in touch with mr. Vinod, a fat guy who is very worst in responding to the customer. He does not know how to interact with customers and giving rude and unprofessional responses to me, which i am very upset about.

                            I am filing a complaint against zoomcar in the consumer forum today itselt.

                                Hi,
                                I had booked a zoom car with fuel last july 7th 2020 with booking id-jps6npfra.
                                I had fuelled it for rs. 1200 and have uploaded the receipt. But still there is no refund. Called customer care trice, response was it will be credited within a week. But no use. Now even i am not able to connect to customer care. So help on this.

                                  I have completed my trip on july 17, 2020. I took mahindra scorpio from ahmedabad which was inclusive of fuel however when i took the handover from zoomcar fuel tank was empty and i had refueled for rs. 1, 500 and while returning i was told in a week's time i will get the refund which was ok for me as i had used zoom car many times. I did not receive refund for one month and somehow i could connect to customer care executive who again told one week time. It's been one and half month now. Now the problem is i am not able to reach over phone to customer care executive and in app email is not responded. I had written 4 5 in app mails but still awaiting response and refund. The customer care number are not reachable or always on busy tone.

                                  No it's not resolved. I didn't get my refund and I didn't get any call. Why the status is changed to resolved. It will be resolved once I get my refund.

                                  It's still showing as pending in app and also I didn't get any message from my bank for refund. If Zoomcar does not have money to pay it's customer then they should wind up the business and file for bankruptcy. This the pathetic service I had in years.

                                    I have booked rental car for 18th may 2020 later on cancelled my booking on 16th may 2020 at 6.11 pm, my booking id jps6n1mb6 refund amount 3622/- includes security deposit, since 16th may my refund was not processed and i can't able connect their contact
