I have completed my trip on july 12, 2020, with id no. Jps6nscj0, but till as on date i. E., 05/09/2020.
I spoke to customers 3 times since then, i got a reply as due to lockdown, refund payments were delayed. I agree for that, but it should not be months, now it is almost 2 months after my trip. Even recently i mailed through zoom app, but no reply either via mail or phone contact, it is a very bad service provided by zoom. When i visited my nearby zoom office, nad kotharoad, visakhapatnam, i got in touch with mr. Vinod, a fat guy who is very worst in responding to the customer. He does not know how to interact with customers and giving rude and unprofessional responses to me, which i am very upset about.
I am filing a complaint against zoomcar in the consumer forum today itselt.
Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
