I have been blocked by zoom car without any reason. Kindly please resolve my issue. I am not able use my account anymore.

My driving licence is still pending for verification. Dont simply put everyone account into blacklist. Yes, i do reffered to my friend. And i credited with 500 but now i am not able to use it.

I booked a zoom car Ford Eco Sport Bookingg Id: JPS663691 on 12th December and completed the trip on 13th December.

I am supposed to get a refund of Rs. 5724 but I haven't received anything yet.

    I have made a zoom car booking,
    Tata teago on 17/12/2019, for 240 km with fuel.
    For the duration 8 am - 8 pm, 12hrs in total
    I managed to approach car by 8:30 am where i faced my first trouble of not starting the car i tried starting it for several times then bring it to company's notice and requesting for change of car. Company associate clearly rejected and mentioned there was no other car available for replacement, and guided me for a jem start i tried for few min where car showen a sign of starting and making unpleasant sounds finely it started stating low fuel, associate asked me to fill fuel and place bill for refund. After refilling i made my journey for 60-70 km where i faced the major problem car has stopped in middle of the road and not starting even after a long time of efforts, i managed to push car a side and made a complaint of car break down at 12:30. At initial associate asked me to try starting for several times again, later asking me to wait till there technical department get in contact with me, the car shown a heating up sign and the engine oil was nil and car was not under maintenance, i brought low engine oil indication to companys notice were they asked me to try refilling engine oil then placing bill for refund i clearly refused as i could not find any local technician or service station near by i requested for a replacement of car or any companys technician to help us solve the problem, they put me on hold saying concurs department get in touch with me, after waiting for a long hours, at 3:00 company clearly stated there isn't any car for replacement or could not arrange any technician to assist us i was on road in a daserted area where i barely find a texi service even, even after making countinus calls to company's customer care they barely care or arranged me a proper solution, at the end i was asked to park car a side and arrange my own transportation on agriment of refunding my amount, very next day there was 10, 000 charged as damage fee on my account i made a query regarding charges were associate mentioned its temporary and will not be finalized till the whole inspection process complete, i agreed for waiting 5 days for inspection. Again on 22/12/2019 they charged me 1, 50, 000 as inconvenience fee again i made a query regarding the amount of panality and reason for panality, associate again instructed me to wait for 48 hrs. Today they finalized and sent me a notification of bill pending a total amount of 1, 49, 001 as inconvenience fee, when i tried for detailed information about the panlity there was no proper reason or explanation of damage occurred to the car cause of me, the simply stated car was driven in im proper condition which caused engine freez, my commitment of car was to drive for 240 km, i barely driven it for 1/4 of my commitment, even i had a good history of bookings, i have all the call recordings and complaints that i have raised in time to company,

      This is regarding my booking with zoomcar (Booking id: jps6b2tgr) in hyderabad on 24th june 2019. I had picked the car up in the morning and filled in the checklist, where i had mentioned all the damages on the car. The app did not let me take pictures of the portions where the damages were already pre-mentioned on the checklist. So basically, i had taken pictures of the front of the car and updated it on the checklist.
      After i had returned the car, zoomcar updated the damage cost of rs.8000/-. I had hardly driven the car and am positive that no damages other than that previously existing had come upon the car. I wrote them a long mail asking them to send me the checklist that i had filled up while picking the car up. To my surprise the team at zoomcar was reluctant to send me the checklist but were insisting on me paying the back the cost for the damage. It's been a long time and i have recieved 8 payment reminders where in they threaten to sue me, i have always replied to them citing that they have yet to provide the checklist.
      I am not very aware of this but it has been clearly mentioned in their terms and conditions that if the damage was caused by me, i've got to pay for that but in this case they are trying to pin the blame on me and have me pay for something that has happened from their end.

      We understand your concern here. Please note if any damage on the vehicle before pickup you will have to share the image in the app or the image can be shared through the contact us page. We see that the rear door was damaged during your reservation. Therefore, we have levied the charge. The charge is valid, we regret we will not be able to waive off the charge. Hoping for your understanding in this regard.

      It makes no sense to include a checklist in the app, especially when you are talking about damages to the car in it. How can you place the onus of the customer to prove that the damage was before picking the car up, how would a picture justify it either. The only common document between the customer and you, would be the checklist. Which I had duly filled and mentioned the damage before picking it up. It is not justified to place responsibility of the damage on me, especially when I had specifically mentioned in the checklist that the damage was before picking it up.
      Also, why are you guys so reluctant to share the checklist with me. You can follow through on the long trail of mail that we have exchanged and find that I have been asking for the checklist that I had filled up. Your app doesn't let me, access the checklist. Kindly provide the checklist, especially when you are levying a charge on me.

        Booked maruti ciaz car with booking i'd jps66rcks

        They put 2500/- invalid overspeed charge how come i can drive above 125km/ speed in that location where your zoom car member is mentioning location. The roads are narrow and with traffic cant increase more than 70km/ speed you can go live at that location and check if there is 1% chance or possibility to drive above 125km/ speed it's not higway or 4 track road to cross 125km/speed you people should think and solve it's small way road you can go and check at that location. It's error in your car you people are harassing innocent customers by adding invalid charges that's not done by me if you people don't solve my issue i will continue with other rent car service. Other than zoom car there are many self rent car they treat me better in service revv, drivezy.

        Seems like customer is speaking truth because of we cannot drive car into the narrow road at 125/km speed .So this issue was resolved or not, that we dont take car from them.

          Zoom car is yet to initiate refund with respect to booking id jps66ibok, which was cancelled by zoom car on account of damaged vehicle provided by them.

          Despite several remainders and assurance from their end, i am yet to receive complete booking amount refund to my source account for the cancellation. Attempts to reach their customer service is also failed as the ivr options do not provide feasibility to talk to their officer for refund related issues.

          I am hereby requesting you to address this gross negligence from zoom car and see to it i receive refund along with satisfactory compensation.

            Booking id-jps661wj4 registered mobile no:[protected]. They charge me 3564 for 3 hrs i think its a great way to loot people. How you people can charge this much of amount for a suv which is not maintained not clean not going above 80kmph. This time the experience was very horrible as we returned the car 3 hrs late when i was trying to extend the booking before one day it shows 519 for 1 hour and when i tried next day it was increased by 200 rs. So they where charging 719 per hour. Earlier i had used zoomcar many times and whenever i tried to extend it they charge only 45-90 per hour. But this time they looted me the system doesn't work properly i think. Either lower the extend fees or else i would never use zoomcar. Its better to use drivezy

            Late charge-1050 thts ok but for 3 hrs late fee of -2514 its too much i would have completed a new booking in this charge there is no policies regarding how much you will charge 300/hr thts ok but for car extension per hr you are charging by your own.tell me how u charged me this much amount for just 3 hrs

            As per the policy, you will be charged at Rs.300/hour(Late charge) in addition to the hourly fee(Late fee) for use of the vehicle. Hence, you are billed accordingly.

            That's what im asking hourly fee you apply as what you want you can charge any amount and late fee because its not mentioned in the policy sometimes you charge correctly and sometimes you charge it as much you can take from customer.In my previous booking i have extended hexa where i was charged only 1200 for 5 hrs

              I have already explained everything to the customer support, nd still an inconvenience fees has been charged in my zoomcar account. Further, i have faced inconvenience in delivering the vehicle and instead of refunding me my expenses which have been already agreeing with your customer support executives you are charging me fees.

              I have told mr. Anil (Photo attached) everything about documentation and on 11th december 2019 to one of zoomcar executive about documents and challans, but istead of resolving that they misbehave.

              Further about damage chrges, car is already damaged when picked up by me which i have already noted down in the checklist which need to be filled before taking the delivery of the car. Still damage chrges have been chrged to me flr the same.

              Reverse all the charges and refund me my cab bill which i have already mailed to [protected]@zoomcar.com several time.

                I had booked zoomcar on 12th december 2019 and the total amount for the booking was 4064/-, which was to be paid upfront. After payment, i received mail from zoomcar stating that the license is declined stating that it is not for lmv. As zoomcar did not accept it, it led into cancellation and they deducted 50% amount without any fault of mine.
                They should have done the verification prior to my booking and shouldn't have accelerate the booking if the license is not valid. And if they cannot accept the license, they are not entitled to charge me any money.
                As this is complete fraudulent case, request you to look into it and help me getting the complete refund.

                  I had booked a car MH14GD4372, swift in mumbai on 3rd Dec 2019. I had paid 2999 Rs as deposit, and paid 1000 Rs for the Deisel.
                  So the total amount to be repaid is 3999 Rs, it's been two weeks and I haven't gotten my refund back and I am not able to contact the zoom car.

                    Hi, tata tiago car given to me was filled with around half tank of fuel when the car was tower due to diesel leakage. During the time of pickup hardly there was 5%. I had to cancel my trip midway which was 120kms away from ahmedabad. I had to wait until tow came in risking my family where there was no connectivity by bus etc. Even though i had not opted for fuel package, since the car was damaged mid way i need fuel money back.

                      I had booked zoomcar on 12/05/2019 and my booking id is jps6bg0z8. The spare tyre was already not there when i received the car still zoomcar is applying false damage charges against me. I am supposed to get refund of ₹4680 and the company is asking me for 4000₹ of damage charges outstanding. What a cheat and fraud company. Checked this website and there are thousands of fraud cases against zoomcar.

                        I book a car from zoomcar for shirdi and shani sikhrapur car detail tuv300 car num mh14gd9518 on 11th dec and they guys provide worst service ever it's lyf a nightmare for me me and my full family went to shridi after shridi we went to shani mandir before 7km that car god jammed one of spare part was damaged garage person said that it will take one day parts are not available then i called to zoomcar customer care number first they said they will provide cab and pickup for damaged car after 1 hr they said we can't provide cab plzz talk to car pickup person to help in starting they said he will drop till ahmednagar later he refused to come he said he will pick tommorow and zoomcar person said us to leave the car there nd go but we will go where from there tha highway is 18 km far and no vehicle avait over there no cab no auto no bus nothing after walking approxe 10km we get on luggage loader vehicle he drop as at highway from there we went to bus stop and this things happen at late nyt plzz give me ans if we didn't get that vehicle than who will be the responsible for that # happens with us. If some bad things happened then we have female members also after paying full amount for one day trip we paid lots of extra amount and trouble a lot plzz put urself at my place then only u guys can understand what happen. If this thing happen with me then it will be ok but my parents face this first tym they came pune nd what # thee face. Words can't explain my prlm which i had faced yesterday worst n worst service u guys provided i want an apology and compensation for that nd my full amount refund. And seriously guys i am never gonna suggest anyone for ur service waste service its u r responsibility to check car before giving to ur customer nd plzz sometime act lyk a human being. Plzz

                          Please delete my account my mobile number, license from mail id [protected]@gmail.com as I have another account on zoom car and I am not able to change its mobile number and mail id as its already being registered, so kindly help me out of this issue. Several times I have contacted Zoom car customer care but I haven't got any satisfactory result so please solve my issue asap.
                          Please solve this issue as soon as possible as I have to make bookings from my account after changing the details so that it would be convenient for me to use this app. I have to take this step of complaining after contacting many times to solve my issue on zoom car, this should be flexible for the customers so that we it does not create problem for us.
                          kindly mail me on my given mail id for further information as I cant share my mobile number here but the mail id is provided here which which is related to my account which I want to delete.
                          Waiting for your response and issue has to be solved to the earliest.

                            I booked Zoomcar on 12/05/2019 and my booking ID is JPS6BG0Z8. The company has applied false damage charges against me I have returned the car as it is they are asking me to pay outstanding amount of 4000₹ first they were asking me 6000₹ and now when I wrote on this site they immediately reduced 2000₹ they are still applying false charges of 4000₹. What a worst company it is 7 months and I am supposed to receive 4680₹ in my account. I am uploading photos see from which angle the car looks damaged.

                              I booked Maruti Swift At car for 78kms with booking i'd JPS663CKZ

                              They put me 1495/- invalid charges it's so unfair to treat like these for zoom car customers you can check the start and end checklist photos i completed the trip for 77kms there is error in your car Gprs there is no way I Drove Car for excess kms and how come you people add ReFuel Charges I took Car At 0% Fuel level you can see in check list pictures how come you people added 296/- Refuelling Fee on what basis. Your company is fraud im so angry with your Rent car company.

                              You zoom car people are cheaters fraudsters just putting unnecessary charges to innocent customers and harrasing them to pay this company needs to change if it's like this it will be shut down by customers complaint and also by going further to court.

                              Still Excess Kms charges are not reversed plz correct it ASAP to continue with you services soon.I have attached Kms Checklist screenshot photos for proof. I have ended in 77kms for 78kms Free booking.

                                I had booked a zoomcar rental car from ranchi, as soon as i reached the ranchi pickup point of the zoomcar, the car was in a very poor condition and externally dented and damaged from all the sides. After inspecting the car, i refused to take it and told them that i wouldn't take the car. The customer service didn't budge nor anyone else who i spoke to. The company has taken the full amount from me and isn't ready to give any sort of return/refund/credits for the same.

                                  I have booked a car with fuel for nov 15 2019, booking id is jps66l528. To my surprise car was not filled with fuel. My booking got completed on nov 16, 2019. According to zoomcar refund policy i should get the refund in 5-15 days. I called after 5 days and customer executive said to wait for 15 days. I called after 25 days on dec 10 and now the customer executive is saying the refund failed on dec 1. I got no update whatsoever in this time frame from zoomcar. As per the policy i should have got the money by dec 1 or least zoomcar should have informed me about the failed transaction. Customer executive is saying only when customer comes back saying they have not received then only we come to know it has failed, like really? Asking me to wait for couple more days.                                     My brother has booked a verna from Bhubaneswar zoomcars and unfortunately they got disbalanced and got lil accident due to which car Rim one side and front bumper got damaged a little. For this zoomcar took 10K at the point of time and sait it will be insured but after 40 days they are putting penalty of 1.5 lakh .

                                    What the problem, do they did create fault and put every burden on our self?
                                    Y costumer care is not interacting with us properly and why the Bhubaneswar executive are also unaware about tha car and it charges?

                                    Is there any fake thinks happening inside Zoomcar company?

                                      I have subsceibed for the creta vehicle and the vehicle blocked from oct 30 i raised many request every one are telling to wait for 24-48hrs for update at first they blocked till 10th november later they extended the block till 10th december and i raised a ticket on 11th november to provide my vehicle back at earlist or provide me a replacement vehicle on 12th i got the mail stating they will escalte the issue with their concern team and revirt back or they will deliver the vehicle by 10th dec. Later i made so many call to the zap support team and they keep on telling to wait till 24-48hrs even i waited more than that i didnot received any updated from them on 5th december i got a mail that there are no 7seater vehicle available for replacent where my creta is 5seater vehicle where does this 7seater came from? I requested them to terminate my vehicle and provide me the refund even though their is no response from them actual time period to respond for the open ticket is 24hrs but if i raised amy ticket and waited for 4-5days also no reponse i am getting from them if i contact the zap support and speak with them they were telling to wait until the block time and speak on dec 5th the block had been extended to jan 6th.. Now if i am contacting the zap support they were telling we need to get an update from the city team how many days they required to give an update? My ticket id:348612

                                      When they will give a call? On 9th of dec i got a call from the zoomcar team stating they will give the replacement vehicle by 13th dec and they will confirm the me by 10th but till now i did not received any call from them again.
