From last 8--10 months, aircel is charging anything randomly for local call and that too after subscribing rate-cutter pack. Few call being charged at 30-40 paisa and few being at 10-15 Rs. Initially I used to avoid it but it is consistently being charged heavily. Iam from kerala using aircel past 3 months sometimes iam used to recharge by online sometimes it will successful .i lost my money 3 times like this typenof recharge.. also today i lost 65rs again.. customer care do not gives any proper reply. Balance has been detected without any reason .
i was using my home wifi, and Aircel kerala detected balance from my account. how can they detect balance when my mobile data is off ?? total

Now i have recharge for 204 aircel combo offer for [protected] instead of [protected]. And imemediately i have called aircel customer care and they didn't even properly respond to my query and said u will not get that amount back to your no. Pls help to get my amount back to my no [protected].

I am Anupam Das from Kolkata..yesterday after making a call my balance was rs.55...but after 3 hours when i checked my balance it shows rs.2...i contacted with customer care but they didn't give me any proper reason for why my money deduct...in aircel this happen not only with me but many o[censored]s frequently...plz take proper step against this.so that we don't loose our hard earn money....

I am really fed with this balance deduction from aircel every now and then. It has become a habit of Aircel to deduct the balance without no reason.
I was on roaming few days back and used my 2G Mobile Internet, Aircel deducted my account balance of Rs.63 for using internet. When i raised a complaint to Aircel customer care they refused to refund by giving useless reasons.This is really unfair.

I have activated pi 9 on my number [protected]. I tried a lot to deactivate this service but nothing happened. Kindly help me getting it deactivated. Is there any other ussd code or msg i can use for deactivation of pi 9? *121*902# is not working. My balance deduction every day. Recharged my no [protected] with rs 545 on 20-5-16 in which the facility available was 9gb data for 60days in first month they have given me 3gb which expire on 17-6-16. My Aircel no.is [protected]. I recharged 3G pack of Rs.997 (8 GB unlimited) on 14/6/16. I hardly use the internet and i have 0 MB now. On my Aircel number some Aircel PI128 seva is subscribed and for that they charged Rs 130. I tried to contact with compliant and customer care officers but the officer asked to hold and cut my call without giving me satisfied(any) reply.
