Hello sir im amarjeet from delhi I ordered a sim from aircel website, around 3 weeks ago .I got a call from aircel department on 12 may and they send me some numbers to choose then I purchased [protected] number which is a new postpaid connection I received the sim on the same day as well as i give that guy all the documents at the same time . verification of home address is done by the aircel executive on 14 may but today its 20 may 2016...

Hello! I am haridev. I am an aircel subscriber in karnataka. I had subscribed for rs.37 internet pack once. The problem is its auto renewal. I tried to stop the auto renewal by going through the company given procedure. I texted "stop" to 59301 as directed but i received the text saying there is no active service. I have lost rs.37. Please fix this soon. I request concerned authorities to punish aircel for this malpractice....

R/s, I calling in ur customer care last 10 days, they are not resolving my complaint.i was net pack in my and main balance.due to serve problem my main balance had deducted.when I called them they keep o saying that it will be refunded within 48hrs..but they are now cheating on me and it will not be refund to you.they so rude to me ..I am registering my complaint in some hope of refund of money and request to company not cheat customers.....

Hello aircel, please refund my 99 rs that you deducted for games club activation. It was an auto-activated service which has no relation with me.
It was not at all a requested service and it was unnecessary.Inr 99 has been deducted for the service which i find very unfair.

Dear team,

I have complained previously n now also. The thing is aircel is not providing data balance message as it used to do previously. Due to this we are loosing our mail balance. Some times huge amount in minutes. This is very pathetic. It hurts customer service. When companies like airtel are providing why are u not able to do so. I request you to do this asap as i don't want to loose any further money due to this issue...

Highly pathetic customer service

Highly disappointed with the customer care attitude.
Since almost from four years i been customer of aircel yesterday i did recharge of 30rs from online banking yet not got my amount to complaint that i'm calling customer care number on 198 it's shocking representative discounting my call also putting call on hold.
Highly ridiculous. Switching to other services for sure....

Recharged with 33, but no benefit received

Hi, i have deducted rs. 33 from my balance after pressing *121# and following the instructions as usual on 17 may 2016. But no benefit has been provided to me. I repeatedly called from my aircel no. On 198. But every time they reject my call. I lodged complain from alternate number but there is no solution. Customer care team of aircel behave very badly....

Deducted balance, when the balance is average

Hi, i'm sourav debnath, my aircel number is - [protected]. This number is use by my mother. Yesterday dedicated balance rs - 10/-, this wasn't first time for my number. Before yesterday they dedicated balance rs - 25/-, three times, but i get 1 time back and last two times can't back the money. The complain number also blocked but company after 1st time back the money....

Unsubscribe this namma namitha service and return my deducted balance as soon as possible

I have been suscribed with a nonsense service named nama namitha. Now 30 rs has been deducted. Now tell me how to deactivate it. Bcz i hvn't suscribed it intensionaly. Aircel has charged me 30 for this useless service. Which holds no use to me. I want my deducted balance back as soon as possible. And plz note a point i dont want this service ever in future too. So keep it too in ur list. And plz i want my money back quickly....

Balance deduction

Top up Recharge

I haven't got talk time amount what shown their website. why they are not update their website. I think that is fault of aircel company because they shown wrong information to the public. On recharge of Rs. 60 company shown you will get Rs. 55 as TT, but when I recharged Rs. 60 I got only Rs. 52 as TT. When I called 198 for complaint they said that online recharge complaint they can't granted....
