Despite having net pack and data.. deduction from main balance

On 23 may after recharging my number [protected] with 123 rs. For 500 mb data pack aircel is deducting continuously from my main balance for data usage. Though i received the confirmation message stating that 3g services are activated on your number i am being charged. I filed a complaint after so many calls at customer care with complaint number 1-[protected] and i was told that it will be resolved within 24 hours along with waiver o[censored]nfair...

Unauthorized amount deducted

Please be inform that recently i have ported to Aircel and got offer for 3 months where call tariff and data of 350MB pack included but till now i have not used data. and today i got new mobile and used date around 5.92MB and its has been charged 100 rupees from my main balance for the data usage.

Fake deduction

Fake deduction on name of mplayboy ...I transferred my number from well know Vodafone to poor network Aircel for your good services not for cheating ..I think you are good platform to stay I have to rethink both for me and all 4 my family Aircel connection [protected], [protected], [protected]..

I got the sim i am having horrible experience.

Activated vas

They activated VAS without any information and deducted my 22 rupees. I called customer care, they deactivated the service and said I would get the refund within 2 hrs bit i didn't got it. I called later but they blocked my number. When i call customer care with different aircel no. they block them. This is the worst service from any sim company. Agar aukaad nahi to kyu chalata h company....

I have recharged with Rs 97 pack which offers Aircel to Aircel unlimited free calls within community. After recharging I got recharge successfull message on my mobile, but I have still not received benefits of the recharge. My balance is still deducting and when I called customer care they are saying that I should wait some more time as my recharge has been done but it is still not activated . What does it even mean I got avtivation message...

False internet pack

I ([protected]) have recharged with 155 MB internet pack with 10 days validity in Rs.155. But my balance insted of data consuming from the said data, it is consuming from data with 30 days validity.
I have call several times to 198 no. But many time call gets disconnect after a lOng waiting. Sometimes they listen, but not giving any compliant no. and my problem is continue from 5 days....

Writing this mail after fully disappointing by Aircel service, Its 4days completed since incident happened and i made approx 3-4 complaint and 4-5 times had a talk with customer care executives.

Some of the customer care persons was worse, like
1. First call on problem time only 17th May 2016 approx 11:00PM, when i called and told i have data then why amount been deducted, person replied yes you have data and balance...
