we bought furniture and some electronics from hometown noida for rs.54000 last year in may and ever since we have been complaining them for repairs on the sofa cum bed. initially they did come for couple of times but still they have not turned up after repeated calls.

Subject : Complaint against sub standard quality product sold to the customer by following unfair trade practices by Big Bazaar.

I purchased an ‘Olympus Digital Camera (FE-25 model) with 10 MP from Big Bazar which had 2years product warranty. I was sold an original camera with full price tag which turned out to be either duplicate or substandard product. I was never informed...

We had purchased a bed from Big Bazaar, Sealdah on 26th Jan, 2011. It was delivered within a week, but while assembling, it came to notice that the rot iron bed was defective. So the assembling could not be done properly, and it laid in the corner of the room(unusable).
