Bad goods quality and service

Delivery of Defective Product

We had purchased a bed from Big Bazaar, Sealdah on 26th Jan, 2011. It was delivered within a week, but while assembling, it came to notice that the rot iron bed was defective. So the assembling could not be done properly, and it laid in the corner of the room(unusable).

Since that day, we had been trying to contact the couple of numbers, provided for any assistance needed. But we are yet to receive any remedy from their side....
