some one has attended on 2nd Jan but issue not resolved and i had informed same on 3rd Jan 2017

But you has append a new ticket 18983806 for this and Serves centre is asking charges for same and still issue not resolved.

I was complainted at customer care about some problem in washing machine and they allotted me the Ticket no 18786285. But the complaint don't resolve till date.I purchased this machine with the confidence that company gives me the better service but from 23/11/2016 till the date no one come to my house to resolve the problem. it's my humble submission that take this issue urgently...

In month of August I had bought IFB 23 L Microwave. Since mid of November it had stopped heating immediately after which I registered a complaint in IFB call centre. However it has been around a month and nothing has been fixed till now. I have purchased microwave oven on 6th january 2017 with the ensurity of a demo on 7th afternnoon. Since I didnt get any call from service assistant till 1 PM on 7th, I contacted your customer care and they ensured me the demonstration by evening. Being waited till evening, i made another call to customer care at 4 30 PM with same enquiry. Again they ensured me the demo within an hour. I keep waiting by suspending by regular work but in vain....

I have made complain several times on IFB call center and they gave me local service provider number to contact.
Every time i call them they just say the technician will come today and make a false statement.
They cancelled my complaint saying i was not home but till date they dont have the repairing part with them then who they close on basis of this (IFB ticket number [protected]).
Now i have the new number but nothing...

I have complained to the Customer service via sms as well as by mail on[protected] regarding unserviceability of the Washing machine. but till date no response from the company except the customer care rep has called me and asked for the details on[protected] and they informed me that it will be resolved within 24 hours.

I bought IFB Senator DX 6KG. Getting issues[E7 error] from past 1 year.
Last when it come fist time around Nov-2015, after couple of requests IFB service engineer changed the Mother board. Then it works fine for 2 to 3 months.

They asked me to take AMC then i took for AMC for one year.

Sir/mam i bought an ifb senator aqua sx-8kg 3days ago but even after calling and talking to ur customer care representative no person came to install and to provide demonstartion.before buying washing machine from of your company many people told us about your bad after sales service but the shopkeeper made us assure about the service and we bought but we are afraid ....

3 month back i have raised the complaint but till now it hasnt been resolved. Customer care of IFB doesnt even respond. If by mistake they will pick your call, then they will lie to you that it will be resolved within 2 days, but for months they will or contact you or they will not pick your call. Its worst service I have ever seen and they dont feel ashamed of their service as well. I will strongly recommend that no one should buy IFB product...

I am writing this mail after getting frustrated by pathetic response from Customer Care Executives.

I have logged a complaint 18971910 for my IFB washing machine (Alena Aqua) on 31 Dec 2016. I described the complete problem and then i was given assurance that some technician will contact within 48 hours.

But non called me and also when we did multiple follow up they are not responding...
