I have an IFB microwave and I had registered a complain with them on 21st Nov and technician came and said the motor is burnt and he would get a new motor in maximum 2-3 days. Today's date is 7th Dec and till now they are not coming to fix it. I have called the helpline number many times and every time they are very apologetic and assure me that definitely the next day it will be fixed. This is the worst service that I have seen. Hi, We have been raising complaints about IFB washing machine not working, which is on AMC from past 4 months and after at least 4 complaints and numerous calls to customer care, at least 5 service persons visited but the issue with washing machine is not fixed .We are calling almost twice a week and there is no response about it.
