Dear Sir, I bought the LG G4 for Rs 46, 000 on 23 July 2015. I bought it for the dual sim and separate battery offer. The separate bty was delivered after 20 days through several emails and phone calls. After only 34 days, on 27 August the phone which cost 46000 has blacked out and switched off. I bought a LG LED smart TV in October 2014. The steel frame has caught rust in less than one year. The LG website gives contact number of a 24/7 cuatomer support centre. Response from this support centre was that they do not deal with this issue and we should try our luck with the service centre. No telephone nos given for the service centre.
