Samsung m31 128gb mobile new one purchased online recently received on 09/08/2020.. Imei : 355458/11/565395/9. S/n : rz8n7182rvy. Mobile touch failed on today dated on 14/08/2020. Screen lock opened by back finger print and side volume key is working and incoming calls are coming but cont receive and cont switch off also due to touch completely fail......

I have purchased samsung a80 mobile on 24.10.2019 in coimbatore, tamilnadu (Refer attached invoice copy)
Now mobile display got failure on 11.08.2020 and shown & handed over to service center on 12.08.2020. They told display will be replace through manufacture warranty. (Refer attached service request copy) service request bill no : [protected] dated : 12.08.2020
But they didn't provide commitment date correction of above said...

I had purchased a mobile phone "samsung a30" from electronic gallery dt. On 20/08/2019. There was a problem occurred of power button and i bring this phone to samsung service center. The said that internal screen is proken and they asked for 4000/- rs. For this. But phones screen was working and i said that the issue is of power button only not screen but they denied. My phone is in under warranty yet and they are not sorting out my problem....

If you plan to buy online please buy from flipkart and amazon they are giving better services to customer or else visit nearby any shop and buy mobile. That is the good idea.

My phone samsung galaxy s8 is dead due to water but my phone is water resistance so how it possible to enter water inside the phone. My phone is out of warranty. Service centr told me approx cost repair to this phone near 40000 above..
I am not able to pay beacuse its not my fault my phone is water resistance this feacture is lifetime not for only in warranty period after warranty water resistance does not work???...

I need the chiller tray for my refrigerator model no. Rt39fajtasp. I have tried various service centres of my area but no help. I have tried on-line also without any result....

I have ordred samsung galaxy s20 plus on 4 th august the order and the order no is [protected] order was supposed to deliver on 10th of august and someone from samsung cancaled my order and now it refuses to deliver the order which already paid by credit card and my emi is generated.
