I've been receiving promotional and or offer SMS every single day from ShopCJ even after reporting this issue to the customer care. The person I talked to (unfortunately I don't remember his name) agreed that he will disable this for my number, which obviously he didn't. The product mentioned above is collected by us on 5 may 2016. It was a set of 3 dress materials. One of it was damage so we registered a complaint for reverse picking it. Now, the condition is that your men has collected that above mentioned product on 9 may 2016. Now today's date is 20 may 2016. The process is of 7 days. But til now, we had not received that product.
