I had purchased a bravia lcd 32" tv (model no: KLV-32BX300IN5) on 16/02/2010. Just before the warranty period, this complaint (detachment of outer layer of tv) started and white horizontal lines started appearing. When contacted with service centre, it was informed that the repair charge will be about Rs 16000 which is almost half the MRP.
