The Sony phone is giving issues just after a day it was purchased.

Hello, I bought a Sony Experia C3 Dual on 7th Dec and on 9th Dec it has started giving issues. The touch screen is not working and the phone is stuck. I am highly disappointed. We go for brand name because of quality and service. If this is the quality I am going to get, I don't think people will have their faith in so called brands. I am looking for a replacement of the phone irrespective of the issue being a hardware or software....
