Laptop can't be repaired, part not available

Without trail or service, how service center called up us(customer)? My Sony expire hand over to service center on last 10 days ago, I got sms for delivery 20th nov. Today, when I got my phone its did not working. But they are sign me the paper with out checking my phone. Why so?
