reimbursement for delay in connection

Hi,
I have raised a complaint for change of location. After 20 days i was given connection with a charge of 480/-. I paid 1000 for 35 days connection in which because of the delay in connection from videocon i lost about 20 days (Approx). Now when i send for reimbursement to videocon, my complaints are going in vain by the customer care. I’m very dissapointed with videocons customer care. Please help...

signal not available to d2h

This is umesh patil and i am using videocon d2h from last 2 years and suddenly from yesterday i am getting an error message on my screen saying signal not available. When i called your customer service, first he asked me to wait for 2 hrs to resolve this problem, but its not fixed. Then when i called today your agent told me that i need to pay rs 200 to your service enginner for his visit. This is absolutely not acceptable from you guys....

videocon d2h signal problem and pathetic customer support

From Friday there is no connection coming in the videcon box.And till today after giving multiple phone calls the service engineer did not visit to resolve the issue.Every Time customer support is creating new tickets and they are asking to wait for another 24 hours. This is the pathetic service I have ever seen....

Pathetic support of videocon d2h. We launched a complain of connection not working..It is above 96 hrs and still it is not working. Called the engineer called the helpline multiple times pathetic support no solution pathetic behaviour . There are making us go round and round and again asked us that we need to wait for another 96 hrs and have to pay again for engineer visit. Urgent help ......

replacement of d2h smart card

Repeated request for change of smart card yielded no result. Complained many times to videocon through almost all media like mail, social media, phone etc.
Complained on 23,
22, 21, 20 and 19 may 19 vide complaint no.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].
Very pathetic and casual approach customer service...

d2h videocon create my own pack they do not upgrade

I have from last 3-4 months trying to create my own pack through the following website https://www.d2h.com/map-web.php, but they never upgrade it ever.
The pack that i created is of 153.*, and when i go for recharge it asks the same old amount. They never upgrade it as the old amount is rs. 400+ per month.

Also the website "create my own pack", has some issues if we continuously try to create our own account,...

relocation delay/no response at all

I booked my complaint on 16/05/2019 regarding the videocon d2h. After the cyclonic storm fani their is no connection and after all restoration work i booked a complaint against no signal issue to videocon d2h. But till today their is no scope of any relief from the service provider. My customer id is[protected].
