phone not returned by service center from 20 days

sir i would like to you take immediate action about my phone's status which is in the service center from past 20 days. though lava xolo has a five day (working) repair policy they haven't returned my phone from almost three weeks.
every time i contact customer care they respond as the issue will be resolved within 48 hours .sir i would like u to take strict actions against the company so that no other consumer could be annoyed...
