Ticket not issued also refund not processed

Money deducted from my ICICI Bank account but ticket not issued. I booked the ticket on 29th April . Also received the message from Yatra that refund is processed.but no refund till today.Also ICICI BANK NOT TAKING ANY COMPLAINTS. Kindly help

My flight booking wherein the amount has been deducted but ticket is not booked

From Patna to New Delhi, Timing: 8:25 am,
The amount has been deducted from my bank account and the payment was made from my UPI ID - [protected]@ybl, but the ticket was not booked and neither any information or Reference ID was also generated.
I am sharing the details of the transaction id - T2205071329060214254512, which was paid to Yatra and am also attaching the screenshot of the same....

In spite of repeated emails getting different replies-1.Hotel will give invoice, which hotel has refused to provide as booked through YATRA
2.Booking is provided through Egencia so cant give invoice, Whereas Egencia provides invoice.
3.As per GST we are not authorize to issue any invoice whereas in the past i have taken invoice from YATRA.As per GST law any service/purchase invoice is mandatory.

April 15th 2022 - We were informed via email by yatra that (reference number[protected] our flight from Kuala Lumpur to Bali has been cancelled by the airline and they do not have any other option available as per our travel requirements. I have made the payment through ICICI online banking today (25th Apr'22) around 00.05 AM of amount 4169 INR for Hyderabad to Mysore flight (for 1May'22). Below is the transaction id for the same "BIL/ONL/[protected]/yatra onli/wwwyatra". But ticket not received.
And Yatra.com has closed my online complain "YA:31209631" stating that the Yatra.com not received the payment. This is a problem with Yatra.com system the ICICI bank has successfully...

Refund from International Flight Ticket Cancellation

I had booked a ticket from Delhi to Chicago via Tokyo on 19th March, 2022. The airlines called me on March 20th and asked me to cancel the ticket, as the transit in Tokyo involved changing airports within Tokyo, and passengers were not being allowed to leave the airport due to COVID protocol.

Refund on cancelled flight

Indigo cancelled the flights scheduled on May10 22' & yatra deducts convenience fess which is fine BUT also deducts insurance charges of 1, 977/- and that's crazy. Refund not done for the cancelled train tickets

Hi,

I had cancelled two train tickets a month back on 16th March. I have not yet received any refund which is about 9000 INR. These yatra guys are just copy pasting same response to wait without actually resolving the refund issue. I feel they just have no intention of releasing my money to me.

Could you please help resolve this issue.

Cash debited ticket not booked

I tried to book a bus ticket on Yatra and when I made the payment the cash was debited from my ICICI account but ticket was not booked and received a message stating payment not received. Tried to contact Yatra regarding the same but no use. Only keep getting bot messages which makes no sense, ?? Is this how you treat your customers?? I have transaction summary and text received after account was debited. I see so many similar complaints....

I have booked a ticket to my hometown and the money has been debited from my account but the ticket hasn't been confirmed yet.
I don't like such a big company is this and they don't even have the customer care numbers to contact anyone.
And is this the way that this big company is surviving by doing all this scams.

Not receiving the full amount of refund

I booked two flight tickets on 5th April with this booking reference number:[protected] from Delhi to Patna of "indigo" airlines through yatra and cancelled it within 30mintues of booking on the same day. I contacted indigo airlines for the same and they confirmed full refund but yatra is not returning the full amount....
