I have done sundirect recharge through online payment with my sbi debit card on 28/03/2020 twice in a row for rs. 219/- each. I have recharged on behalf of my aunt smt. SunDirect setup box was sold to me stating sunnxt premium features were added along with it. But after buying the setup box, tried accessing premium videos in sunnxt app and it always prompted for pay. In sundirect DTH, that have separate rules to SETUPBOX and Remote, if remote internal problem thay change the remote free of cost.
But internal problem in SETUPBOX thay cannot change free if cost, collecting fee as thay norms.
I contacted sundirect customer care, The representative who talk to me said that the rules of our company we follow... tv svbc channel in sundirect network from 3 month though i paid rs. 360/- package. When i spoke this matter with their customer care they told it is a technical problem. However my problem has not yet resolved so far. Kindly help me in this regard.

46am by sundirect app choosing upi via google pay. The google pay transaction was successful but the amount was not reflected in transaction history of my sundirect account and recharge was also not done. As usual the customer care of sundirect begun to say about 3 hours window period, after couple of three hours they have changed the duration to 24 hours... When I called tatasky connection near me in chrome it shown tatasky direct sales person [protected] available in website... We have recharged sun direct 1 yr recharge pack after one month they automatically disabled two channels named ntv and e... Sundirect diduct my money from bank we explained them through phone and mailing too. After all communication they are not reaching my point. Then why the online service is for??? They deduct our money there is no refund as per terms and conditions
