Again I called twice to ACT customer service today. Due to their disconnected communication with technical team they are not able to solve my problem.
Thanks for your reply but no thanks still i didn't get response or the detail which i expect.
I am just expecting, when i get the static ip?
I didnt get answer even after five days and i have called up and followed for 8 times.
Seriously ACT needs improvement in customer service and responsibility.
I feel horrible that i am using your service for 3 years.
Please create a process for the customer to resolve this kind of problem. I didnt want to imagine that any of the customer will suffer like this.
This might seems simple issue for your company. but it really affected my career as freelancer in background that you are unaware.
Please ACT act ...

Updated by kpprak I have internet disconnection for 7 days. are you guys taking revenge against customer??
this is not fair. I raised complained that i paid 2500 and waited for 10 days . so i raised complaint.
Why there is internet disconnection for me for past 7 days and still it is not working. Please anyone from ACT reply.
