Updates to ticket: august 21st

I reached act fibernet in facebook post this complaint and i been informed by a customer rep to find suitable friend or customer who is willing to take my internet and use them. What a worst and shameless idea. Are the customers required to go and beg in market to find customers? Shameless service from act. I am going to wait next 24 hours before reaching out to consumer court for asking penalty....

unnecessary message from act fibernet

I am living in pune where there is no existence of act fibernet. Also when i left bangalore where i had act fibernet, i had informed them through mail of disconnection and change of city. Post that also i received multiple mails and receiving messages till now. For me it is intentional act to trouble me. Also necessary action against them should be taken. But i never had a shortfall of FUP until last month of the my six months plan and that too only on 25th of the month. So now in month of August i have shifted to 25 MPBS speed (A-MAX 650) connection. fake data usage reporting by act fibernet

My act broadband account #:[protected].

Act broadband has been reporting fake data usage since may 2017. As a result our monthly quota gets over fast and we have to pay extra for their fup or flexibytes.

Our data usage has been under 100gb for years, and then suddenly we have been noticing very high data usage reported by act broadband since may 2017 - and this does not match with our actual usage.

I actually want to put this message for all users who are planning to take or already having long plans with act fiber-net. Please be aware of act fiber-net fraudulent practices and policies which will impact your internet usage, connection and peace. I am a act customer for past 7 years and had always used their long plans i.e 6 month plans in Hyderabad. Currently my bill cycle is from April to September 2017.
