Internet outage was first noticed on friday 22 sep 2017, didn't logged in from monday 18 sep 2017. Hence, i'm not sure when it actually went down during the week.
Multiple calls made to their cc went futile right from friday evening and finally opened a ticket# [protected] by evening of friday 22 sep 2017. To my surprise, they closed the ticket on sunday 24 sep 2017 saying the internet connectivity was restored. I verified the same and found to to be false and re-opened the above mentioned ticket.
Today, monday 25 sep 2017 after waiting for 15 mins over a call to their cc, finally one cc exec picked up the call and told that their fiber has been cut. Out of all the connections in our apartment, it's only my internet is down and for every other flat, internet is up & running. I bought the same to their notice and they assured action at the earliest which until now, i don't see it happening.

Updated by RoshanRamesh I don't need such a stupid messages from a bot. It's 6th day today without internet. What the heck of a thing you people are upto...? For god's sake have some shame before posting such messages you #######!!! If you cannot bring up a internet connection.., then what the heck of an ISP you are..?
Please fix this Issue.
Support team who ever visits to sort out, don't analyze the actual issue.
Hence no solution is provided.
Please, inform the team to address and fix it immediately and permanently!
