I have paid my june 2017 act internet bill on time through online.
But as per act billing team, the bank statement have reversed the amount 1034 to my bank account. Then i have provided my june to till date bank statement in which the charged back was not present. I have sent more than 5-6 mails to the helpdesk but did not get a positive response from act team.

Idiotic and stupid customer service

I have been using act broadband since sometime. People had warned me. Against using it saying that it will be ok till you face a problem. Once you have a problem, its hell, the customer service is useless. And rightly said, i should have believed them.
I had raised a simple request to shift my connection to a different address. The customer support person calls me, hangs up saying hello twice and immediately deactivated my internet...

After many complaints about frequent disconnection of internet, the people are not taking serious and not rectifying the issues. They are closing the tickets without addressing the issues. Within a month I have almost raised 5 complaints and still these people are not reacting well.
Even today I spoke with customer care supervisor, she promised that she would take immediate action but no one responded till now...

Worst service and even worse customer care

They disconnect the internet 2 days a week and say 18 hours to resolve, internet is down for 6-7 days a month and the customer care fools put you on hold when we want to speak to the manager for more than 45mins.

I suggest never using beam internet! I am stuck after paying for a year and with their third grade [censored] customer service only thing left to do is abuse them. Their on ground people are worse resolve the issue 4 days...

I requested for shifting my connection on 17 June 2017 and chose to shift my connection on 24th, on 25th someone contacted me and said he will be coming at 12:00 to shift the connection However nobody came. I have been calling the customer care everyday and they say the connection will be shifted that day however no one has come and shifted it.
