It has been 5 days since i raised a shifting request to new location, but there is no response from act team, not sure if any one is available for customer support. I have tried all the alternatives to contact them and even escalated the issue to Nodal officer but there is still not even a single response, I did'nt expect these kind of behaviour from ACT team.

I have raised a ticket to disconnect connection. But now i got a mail saying if plan is monthly i will not get my amount refunded. What is this? Are you guys stealing money from me??? This is plain cheating and fraud.

I live in Bangalore and I have not received internet for the last 4 days, and whenever I call customer care, they keep telling me it will be resolved by 5:00 to 6:00 PM, and when it's still not resolved, they say the first half tomorrow. I even have recordings of calls I have made to ACT executives. If I knew ACT had such horrible customer service than I would've gon with airtel. Internet is not working since last 2 days because the wire outside my house is cut and am not able to contact the customer care.

I called the act beam to shift my connection on 1st may 2017 after 3 days one guy came and taken my id proof and told me that we will connect in 4 days.
