We installed act net last month. Daily connection got disconnected and more than 15 times, we raised complaints, contacted their customer service but no use. Evertime, they send a person to correct the problem, in half day again net use to get disconnected. Finally, we got fed up spending much money for phone calls to reach them, so we asked to disconnect our service and refund our advance rent paid. They now disconnected the service and asking us to pay again. For the money, we paid itself they never gave internet service. Everytime they push the day by asking for 48 hrs to resolve the problem and in night hours after 9pm, their customer service man will call to atend the problem just for name sake and closes the complaint everyday. Money, time, and our peace lost because of act. Funny thing is, they are messaging to pay again 940 rupees. Already they have our advance rent, for that itself they never gave connection. I have proof of bill paid, all messages, mails and telephone call bills. Because they can't provide proper internet service, we asked to disconnect the service. So they have to repay our installation charges, advance rent and unnecessary phone bill because of them. If we call customer care, how long it takes to pick you all know, daily i raised complaint, how much phone bill i must have spent. Please help to get our money back.

in month around 6 times net was frequently disconnected and every time i was call to customer center and they told that in local junction we have the problem, after that they rise the incident and it will clear by end of the day ..
once again it was gone after few days.
