I applied for new connection for act in bangalore on 31 july. And i still have not got the connection activated. This is pathetic service by act. The 2 hour installation is all myth. The documents were collected on friday (4 aug). There was change in telephone number. But that should not take 3 days of time.

I'm an act user from pallikarnai area.

Act is bloody scamming me. I have subscribed to an annual package of "chnact blaze 12m+free wif" which gives me 75mbps with a 250gb fup limit.
This 250 gb has gotten over within 6 days since the month began, 6 days!
Its currently showing that i've used 272 gb, 22 gb over the fup limit as of 6/8/17, which is completely fake.

pathetic relocation services

Later i payed the due amount and cleared there bill. Now again for july month, they are generated the invoice. Very very bad service. I am currently using act fibernet service in tambaram chennai. I am facing frequent disconnections and fed up with worst and pathtic service from act. I have multiple times coustmer support and no proper results. They are taking minumum 4-5 days every time for making it up. Which loosing lot time without internet.
Act is not the company up to coustmer expectations. I don't recommend to any one to go with act.

But on that day it has not happened i called customer care they said they will take complaint and it will be rectified in 24 hrs. 150+ data exhausted in 10 days

The fup usage is getting exhausted in 10 days. We normally browse youtube (Approx 2 hours per day) and netflix (Approx 2 hours per day) along with normal social media with no heavy downloads. However, 150gb of data is exhausted in 10 days and after opting reset of fup (100gb), i see the same pattern 59gb exhausted in 3 days.

I tested who is connected to my wifi but its all legit.

This looks very fishy and need...

Every 2 days there is issue like"Ethernet doesn't have a vaid IP configuration " They dont pick up my calls at a call center.

Why? Everytime. Once you solved this issue should not be getting again and again.

You fixed 4 to 5 boxes and even more in our building from which you supply connections to 50 to 100 other houses...

Not even worth of 15 days. I mostly do work from home and internet is mandatory for me.

But act fibernet made me very upset. And today again i got issues and my internet not working. Service team is saying it will take 2 days to address the issue....
