ACT Fibernet,
Please note that Netflix bill will not be paid by us... Since last month the next day of installation the plan was upgraded to standard without taking our concurrence for which Complaint No. SR[protected] was raised on 13.09.2023. No one bothered to check the customer issue and the complaint still not resolved and kept OPEN.

Every day msgs pop up that the issue will be resolved following day and nothing happens. Now again I have received another bill of Rs. 590 which will NOT be paid.

Please look into resolving my issue ASAP otherwise I may think to go back to my previous Hathway connection.

    My self a Customer of Act FiberNet who took service recently. i raised complaint on 26 th september 2023 for which no one responded till date 03 october 2023.

    such a worst service from act fibernet, even customer care persons are also doing fraud by providing false information of resolving the issue in 2 hours, since 08 days.

      I took act fibernet connection Account number[protected] and used for 7 months in the year 2021 (without knowing that company motto is to scam), they installed a junction box in my house and promised to give power discount every month and everything was fine and good till then but the main issue started when i disconnected act connection in December 2021. Repeatedly i called them and informed to remove that junction box from my home but...

      I signed up for a 150Mbps prepaid plan and I got a speed of less than 35Mbps. When I complained they asked for 2k for the replacement of the router. They raised dozens of tickets and closed them without solving them, and they are masters of false promises. they are typical Andhra company of the 1980s they are out to swindle their customers & investors. No one cares to reply to the emails. I canceled the subscription. They haven't refunded my money even after 3 months. Worst service. Avoid this ISP is not worth the headache.

          Installation not done after full payment

          On 10th Sep’23, I have paid quarterly billing for the amount of Rs. 2297/- and still today installation not done. For all initial activities sales person Ajith guided me but after that no response from or neither from the brand. They are working on installation TAT of 2 to 4 hours but it’s been 4 days no further update from them. I would request immediate action from ACT....

          On 10th September 2023, I have paid for ACT broadband service with the full amount of Rs.2279/- for quarterly plan and I was guided by the sales person Ajith (phone number[protected] until I was paying the amount through online. Post that there no response from the sales person or neither from the brand. I am keeping trying to reach the sales person but no use. In this WFH culture I am suffering without proper internet service and ACT claim TAT for 2 to 4 hours but it’s been 4 days no update.

            Initially we have raised a complaint with ACT for internet not working issue on Aug 25th and also later on raised multiple tickets on GX Box approval request (due to junction box issue at my neighbor's premises ) and Junction box installation at my own premises, amount waiver request for incorrect account deactivation by ACT team etc etc. Every request is keep getting closed automatically without even providing actual resolution to customer. Even today, we are still facing issues and all of these complaints are still outstanding. Seems no one is cares about the customer's problems at ACT. Request you to please take necessary action immediately and resolve the issues at the earliest.

              I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the delayed installation of my broadband service, which was scheduled for [03/09/2023] . My reference number for this installation is, and my account number is[protected]

              I raised more than 10 tickets but the issue didn't resolved, I used hathway too but compared to Act Fibernet, hathway is better than Act

              I initially signed up for your broadband service with the expectation of a seamless and timely installation process. However, the delay in providing me with the service has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my daily activities, especially as I rely on a stable internet connection for both work and personal use.

              [03/09/2023] I placed my order for broadband service with your company, and Zakeer Shaik was assured that the installation would take place within day,

              [04/09/2023] The installation date came and went, but no technician arrived to set up the service. I waited patiently, hoping for a resolution.

              [04/09/2023] I called your customer service department and installation agent to inquire about the delay and was informed that there were unforeseen circumstances causing the delay. However, no specific information or timeline for resolution was provided.

              [05/09/2023]I followed up again with your customer service team, and I was assured that the issue would be escalated, and I would receive an update within[protected]. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any communication regarding the status of my installation.

              I must emphasize that the lack of communication and transparency from your company has been extremely frustrating. I have been inconvenienced not only by the delay but also by the lack of information regarding when I can expect my broadband service to be installed.

              I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but as a paying customer, I believe I deserve clear and timely updates on the status of my installation. I urge you to take immediate action to resolve this issue and provide me with a new installation date or a reasonable explanation for the ongoing delay.

                Act connection was shifted from my friend's name to mine. We paid 2300+ to get this done. It only had to be reactivated in Bangalore when we reached. For 3 days we called them and nobody came. They asked for extra installation money and got a new connection for another 650+ ra. On the fourth day we asked them you cancel and initiate refund. They said okay. We didn't get a refund. I called again. They said oh refund has not been initiated, some work order pending. We will initiate now. Still no money. Every day I call customer care and every day they tell me something different.
                I ask them to give me an email ID where I can complain and they give me the helpdesk one where I get automated and useless replies.

                Morning and evening I call ACT. Around 5-6 times a day just to hear different things from different customer executives.

                I suppose this is a company run by 10year old children who don't know how to work with a computer, who don't know how to check what the status of refund is or even SEND A MESSAGE/EMAIL THAT SAYS REFUND HAS BEEN INITIATED.
                The most basic message.
                I still don't know if my refund has even been initiated since I've got no communication about it.

                We have Airtel now but ACT still owes us 3000rs.

                ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

                  Dear sir

                  I have contacted the act fibernet for a new connection and provided my address details to the sales executive. Then the executive shared me a link to pay the plan amount and then he will initiate the installation for me. So i have paid the said plan amount and shared the payment screenshot to him for confirmation. This happened on 04.09.2023.
                  Then he replied that he will assign the job and complete the installation on 05.09.2023. On 05.09.2023 he sent a technician for the installation. After the technician visited my place he said that there is no source to provide me the internet connection and informed me that he will speak with his team and come back. Later I contacted the sales person and explained the same to him and requested him to provide the internet connection as early as possible.
                  Then he replied that he will install the box and complete the installation and provide me the connection by 06.09.2023

                  On 06.09.2023 a technician came and informed me that they have to install a box so that they need an electrical connection, i agreed to provide the electrical connection from my home and requested him to proceed for the work. But still they say it would take 2 days to do the job.

                  I have contacted the sales person and warned him either to provide the connection or to refund the amount as i am losing my online classes from the last two days.

                  Before they provide the connection they should know whether they are able to provide the connection in the address details provided during the time of new account activation. Rather than doing that they are looking for the possibilities after the payment is done. I have lost two days of classes and i request you to take action against them and provide me the refund at the earliest

                    How horrible this customer support is, I'm shifting to different city and i no longer need this connection, i already raised request but they said me to raise again a request after few days, does It make any sense, they are making me to pay another month bill.

                      Raised ticket to change the Box and fix the Internet Issue, but technicians rather fixed the issue but closed the ticket without my knowledge. Without knowing that my ticket was closed, I'm still waiting for the technicians to fix the issue. I'm doing my daily Bread and Butter with Remote Job; how can I survive in this situation. It's a worst experience I ever had in my career.

                        I have raised a ticket on 23rd Aug 2023 of connection being cut but they have made false promise resolve by end of the day but it's been 5days and they have not resolved and extended the time period to take action till 30th Aug

                          I have been using ACT fibernet for a while now and I stopped using it in June due to their bad service even after contacting them regarding this issue. And left the due amount untouched. And they keep on calling me 2 times or 3 times a day and harass me. And today I received "WITHOUT PREJUDICE" stating that they will take legal action against me if I am not paying my bill.
                          Note: I have a security deposit of Rs: 1, 500/- with them.
                          And they are not considering that deposit amount and not even mentioning it.

                            I had installed their broadband with a six month pack and with in ten days I started experiencing the worst slow streaming ever and on numerous complaints and despite assurances from their technical team using multiple excuses I got no relief.
                            I then asked to cancel and refund my amount which was within a span of three weeks. However their customer service agents first tried to convince me by using various excuses and then on my persisting they stated there is no refund on the said plan.
                            I then wrote to their senior management including CEO but as they say leadership leads for all services I got no response or acknowledgment and now they have blocked me on their social media to avoid honest but negative publicity .
                            Kindly get me my refund as it seems they are trying to make me continue to use till it exhausts and they do not have to refund my more than 5 month’s amount

                            Look at the quality whereas I have a OLED tv and still keep getting hanging of Internet
                            They can come and check but am not going for we will change the box etc as did not like the approach and attitude of the whole customer service team when issue was raised initially
                            So I am still getting the slow internet and was trying to attach video .
                            However I want to cancel and get my refund but ACT again had an engineer call asking if I had complained about network post my complaint to consumer cell here
                            Now I had already informed I am not happy with their product and also their lousy customer service approach especially that lady who kept telling me there would be no refund and her supervisor backing her. It clearly looks like a scam of trying to force one to continue with their services and already more than ten days have gone when I asked for a cancel and refund

                              I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding a recent bill payment that I made using the Act Fibernet app and the Cred app.

                              On August 8, 2023, I made a bill payment through the Act Fibernet app for my account. Subsequently, on Aug 10th, I also made a bill payment for the same account using the Cred app.

                              It appears that the payment processing was duplicated, resulting in two separate payments for the same billing cycle.

                              I kindly request your assistance in rectifying this situation and refunding the duplicate payment made on August 10, 2023, through the Cred app.

                              Issue not resolved, the customer care doesnt respond

                                I have been chasing for the router delivery past 10 days plus and i have not yet received any update or status on my ticket.
                                What worries me and embarrassing is no one from the ACT fibre team called or bothered to inform me the reason for delay or atleast sharing the status.The Customer service has no full information and all they mention is the issue will be resolved by 24 hours which has now become a joke.
                                i subscribed for 12 months package and paid around 12k plus to ACT and i am not expecting such a lag to the customer who is been associated with them past 10 years plus.

                                  Hi,

                                  The internet goes off when there is power cut in my area (Vinayaka Nagar, Annasandrapalya extension, 6th Main Road, 8th Cross, Vimanapura, Bengaluru). I have power backup for my router but the internet goes off when there is power cut in the area. Shouldn't Act have power backup for their supply? How can someone work with this problem in WFH.
