Installation not done after full payment

On 10th Sep’23, I have paid quarterly billing for the amount of Rs. 2297/- and still today installation not done. For all initial activities sales person Ajith guided me but after that no response from or neither from the brand. They are working on installation TAT of 2 to 4 hours but it’s been 4 days no further update from them. I would request immediate action from ACT....

Internet goes off when there is power cut in the area and I have power backup

Hi,

The internet goes off when there is power cut in my area (Vinayaka Nagar, Annasandrapalya extension, 6th Main Road, 8th Cross, Vimanapura, Bengaluru). I have power backup for my router but the internet goes off when there is power cut in the area. Shouldn't Act have power backup for their supply? How can someone work with this problem in WFH.

If we don't recharge prepaid account then they are sending threatening messages

I am using prepaid internet services of act fibernet account number[protected] from past more than 6 months. This month due to some personal reasons i did not recharge my prepaid account. Request for Discount or Waiver for Power Charges

As usual my internet consumption is very low. But in ACT records this month(May2023) my 500GB got finished in just 15 days
and on 15th May 2023 I recharged with 354 rupees to get 100GB flexybytes and it also got finished in just 2 days of time.
This is just unbelievable.
I confirm its a cheating/fraud happening at ACT. Their Customer service person told me that in 100GB

Late fee charges on Pre-paid service

Hi,
I did recharge plan for 3 months and it has been expired but they’ve not disconnected the service instead they have kept the service on and asking me to renew the plan and pay or else they would charge late fee.
I don’t understand this Pre-paid service-
It has to be a service which has to be given only after we’re paid right.

ACT Suspended my account before the payment due date

The ACT service request # SR[protected] raised for my account suspended before the payment due date. On 1/16/2023 observed that my ACT account was suspended and when i contacted customer support team, they mentioned to pay the outstanding bill amount to activate. ACT Fibernet Discount for power consumption of junction box

I have been ACT customer for 2 years now. I got to know that discount for fixing the junction box is Rs.100/month through one of the consumer complaints.

When I asked the same to ACT customer service agent in chat, they said it is Rs.50/month only + tax as my location in Warangal, Telangana. But in Hyderabad, discount is Rs.100/month. Customer service agent said that it is determined by their billing team.

After creating a support ticket to fix my internet every other day, it goes off again in couple of hours and then we have to wait 24 hours for it get resolved and service goes down again. ACT Exec in Ahmedabad are unsupportive and are failing to provide a proper solution, all they respond with is stereotypical replies.

All i want is them to fix their service in this area and provide better and quick response from their ACT...

High latency/ping to nearest server causing other servers to lag

ACT Fibernet Does not have a BNG Gateway in Madurai so all data is routed through Chennai, . But the latency to Chennai is too high because of their routing, (over 30ms) causing the next hops to have higher latency than normal. I have complained about this issue for 1 month on Twitter but no action has been taken from the company for resolving it.
