There was an offer recharge amount: rs 109 offer: rs109=1.2gb 2g data for 28 days
But i have received
Recharge done on 21-sep-16 01:17 pm, mrp:rs109.00, pf:93.78, stax:rs14.22, talktime:rs1.00, balance:rs6.26, transid:[protected], benefit:625mb 2g for 15 days, credited to your account

    Hi,

    I have applied for a broadband connection (899 plan +99 for unlimited local/std calls) and have submitted the documents (Application number : tblr 7190160) to your airtel sales person nitesh[protected] on 17th september.

    I have paid rupees 1000 /- for installation charges to your sales person of which 500 rupees will be provided as cash back in the first bill.

    There is no response from your sales person nitesh and the status.

    I have registered a complaint with [protected]@in. Airtel.com, [protected]@in. Airtel.com.
    There is no proper response.

    It is really frustrating.

    Please do the needful.

    Hi Airtel,

    Thank you for your assistance.

    for my new connection they have updated my address with wrong pin code.

    The correct pin code is 560037.

    I contacted customer care and they requested to mail to [protected]@airtel.com to update the address.

    [protected]@airtel is requesting to contact [protected]@in.airtel.com as it is related to broadband.

    I have dropped to [protected]@in.airtel.com and there is no response.

    your sales team has updated with wrong address and now i need to follow up to and forth.

    Please help me in resolving this.

      Please help me reverse the recharge done on wrong number. Recharged was done on the number [protected] which was incorrect. The transaction id was[protected] and the amount paid for this transaction was rs 185. The correct number on which recharged was to be done was [protected]
      When i contacted the owner of the said wrong number, he was not able to do so. Therefore, i earnestly request your help to avoid spending my money in vain.

        I have made cash payments at a airtel store in thakur village, kandivali east, mumbai - 400101.

        However the same is not credited into my account and my phone got disconnected.

        I have made complaint through their service centre by call 121, but no action.

        Had complaint to their nodal office will all required information. 4 different airtel officers contacted me so for. Every time they start questioning me from beginning. But no action yet.

        It looks like, airtel is encouraging their employees to commit fraud.

          My Airtel broadband number is[protected].
          I didn't had internet connection for more than 20 days in August 2016. But Iater in the month, I received message saying that I have used 80% of my data limit. I have send several emails to Airtel Broadband Team and there is not a single reply from the team. I don't know what is going on and who used those data. I wanted to know who had used my data.

            Dear Sir/Mam,
            I, Byas Narayan Agrawal, am a subscriber of AIRTEL Mobile Postpaid connection with number [protected] (MP & CG Circle). I am requesting for paper bills from last 2 months. I got calls from appellate authorities but everytime they just said that I will get paper bill in next 5 days. But I never get any paper bill even after almost daily follow up. Now they have stopped services due to non-payment of bill.
            I want to know whether paper bill is my right or not? If the fault is on part of AIRTEL, then how they can disconnect the services? The reason for request of paper bill is that I travel almost all the days of month, so office staff can pay the bill on time if I get paper bill on time. But even after so much request to Airtel, I didn't get any solution for this. Now they have stopped services on that number.
            Please guide us how to proceed further.

              From last 3 to 4 days my Airtel repaid balance deductions found unnecessary very very high, totally frustrated me.                 Dear sir, I Ashirwad Halgekar subscribed to Airtel mobile number [protected]. I on 14 sept had recharged of Rs. 127 which offers 1GB Night pack for 28 days. After that I have recharged on 21 sept Airtel night pack of Rs. 29 which offers 500 mb, and I received a message stating I have been credited 500 mb to my number. But when I started browsing the internet after few minutes I received the message that my night pack is over that is of Rs.127 and my outstanding balance of Rs. 46 was also deducted due to excess usage of data pack and the other data pack of Rs. 29 also didn't get activated. My balance was complete Rs. 0 I have to take loan Rs. 10 to talk with customer service executive. Here Mr Rakesh (executive) he says that whichever is your first data pack that will get deducted first and the other, and says "apko jankari recharge Karen se phele puchna chaiye" well this is completely cheating when I was activating the pack through calling 129 on IVR I didn't get any of those information and ever after deducting Rs.29 I didn't received any such information about 2 data pack usage rules. When you have such terms and conditions, then why don't they are disclosed to consumers before they recharge. I request you to kindly address this grievance and refund my deducted amount of Rs.46 + Rs. 29 of night pack = Rs. 75 + 443 mb data of previous recharge pack of Rs. 127.

                  My sim no is [protected] is a prepaid sim with lifetime validity which am using for years as recently since months am on roaming(Gulf) so was unable to use it i guess last 3months back i used. Today when i inserted it it displays Emergency calls only and on calling the same number it says out of reach. Hereby request you to reactivate the sim and provide me with the procedure for doing the same as i called to the cutomer care they said not possible. Please look into the matter considering the long standing customer of Airtel.
                  i have registered my mobile number to all my bank, LIC and all transaction based on this mobile number.
                  kindly give a solution or suggestion to activate my mobile number and kindly do the needful...

                      I activated 199/- Rs monthly data plan for 1 GB on 2st December 2016 and suddenly after 6 months they have disconnected it and claiming that it is valid only for 6months.They have disconnected without informing me and have been charging me per KB basis while I have been using as per my plan of 199/- monthly charges for 1 GB. Shockingly even today the airtel website my account says 199/- monthly plan active. But they are cheating. SMS to airtel for data usage also says X MB used out of 1024 MB used. I have screen shot of my account airtel website and sms sent by them. I also have the message from airtel on 21st December when I activated the plan where they have no where mentioned that it is valid only for 6 months. How can they stop charging me as per my plan and fleece me like this. Now they are not agreeing for waiver and asking me to pay the amount they are claiming( they have also given me waiver for 2 months from July as they know it is their fault) and now no more they want to refund.

                          I have applied for airtel broadband connection on 10 september 2016 by contacting this number ([protected]), which i got from the pamphlet attached by airtel people in chandrashekhar nagar, nehru nagar main road, 2nd cross street, thoraipakkam, chennai, 600097. the airtel person has send one person with contact no: ([protected]) to my flat to collect the required documents, on that day itself. he collected photocopies of all the documents, took 1000 rs in cash for the plan, and our original rental document saying that he would take a photocopy of it and return us by 8 pm at night, and provide us with the connection by next day evening. it's 19 september today, but no one came to provide us with the connection and return back our original rental document. i have been calling these airtel numbers ([protected], [protected]) since past 1 week. whoever receives the call, they only say that "madam tomorrow we'll come"and most of the time these numbers are not reachable.

                          Very sorry to say, but i didn't expect such worst customer service from airtel.
                          I would like to say that i don't need broadband connection from you anymore, since it's too much frustrating for us to call you people everyday with absolute no sense of responsibility towards your customers and ask you to come to provide us with the connection.

                          I request you to refund my money and return our original rental document in house no.94 in the above given address as soon as possible, before my flat owner files a police complaint against this airtel office no 101 bharathi towers, santhome high road, santhome, chennai - 600004 (map), as mentioned in the receipt given for the paid cash.

                                  I am using Airtel services for more than 1 year. I want to complain against the billing department of Airtel. I am observing that on every cycle they are levying extra billing charge and once I claim, they are sharing the wrong details about consumption. But this time I will not pay the extra bill for sure. It has happened with me many times but i preferred to pay every time. But for this cycle, I will not pay any extra charge.

                                    This is regarding mobile number [protected] being used in an iphone 5. I have never been able to send messages from the 1st day I got the sim. The 'My Number' in setting shows UNKNOWN; the *#5005*7672# Call shows 'Setting Interrogation Failed'; I cannot set a new SMS Message Center #. By the way, I can receive messages

                                    I tried putting the SIM in an android to see if I can update the telephone number on the SIM from UNKNOWN - no success.

                                    Called the 121 at least 4 times - they either are clueless ("EXECUTIVES" are a useless bunch) or promise to fix withing 2 days (someone was going to get back to me 15 days back - they never did). All that happens is a charge for the 121 call (I pay for AIrtel's POOR service and their 'executives').

                                    Should be an easy fix for a technical person with knowledge at Airtel.

                                      Nobody from airtel is looking into Ticket No.: 72918508. Without doing anything they close the request. This happen 2 times. Its been 7 days since I raised this request. 2 times engineer visited my home. But every time he came and said we are looking. Then closed the request without doing anything.
