    I registered a complaint with airtel digital tv on 19-sep-2016. A technician came after 2 days and said there is some problem with setup box and replaced it with a new one. Then he said, he don't have the authority to replace it and he needs approval from cochin. He then left with the new setup box and never came back. After that incident, everyday someone from the customer service calls and ask whether the problem is resolved and i tell them the whole story again and again.

    Finally, one guy from the customer service told me that, a senior manager will get in touch with me and will resolve my issue soon (This happened 3 days back). Today again another lady called from the customer service as usual and asked whether my issue is resolved. But no calls from the senior manager or anything done to resolve my issue. This is the worst customer service i've ever seen. Airtel doesn't have any ethics. I'm planning to file a complaint.

    The problem is still not resolved. No one is taking responsibility and no one is in charge. Worst DTH service provider. Airtel DTH is only good as long as it works. Once something fails, it will remain like that. Customer support is clueless and totally unprofessional.

      Last month airtel dth rep called me and said i've got an offer on hd top-up, which i should pay only for the first time and they said i don't need to pay from second month onwards but now that top-up amount is included in second month. I wrote to airtel dth customer care but the response is silly. Why are you cheating poor customers for your business? You are earning in millions and cheating customers for 30 rupees.

        I have requested mnp from airtel up west to airtel ncr on 15th september 2016. Just after the request, i started receiving messages that there is some problem with the local reference number i have given. I checked the local reference number so many times but there was no call from airtel so i contacted airtel customer care so many times and each time their executives said that it is a system error and all of my verification are going positive for mnp. As per the airttel store executive (Gurudwara road gurgaon) the mnp process takes maximum 7 days.

        Now, i kept calling the airtel customer care after 7 days and registered a complaint as well with reference number 71449712 on 16 sep 2016; i don't know what's they did with this complaint but closed it simply without any confirmation from my side.

        Now, i called them yesterday as well (On 26 sep 2016). Still there was no progress on mnp. Executive didn't know anything and surprisingly there was no senior available to attend the call. Finally, with frustration i again filed a complaint with reference number 71640173 on 26 sep 2016.

        When i again tried today (On 27 sep 2016) to know that status then still there was no progress. They only had to say one thing that my complaint status is open and they can only say anything when it will be closed.

        Even the senior executive lakhwinder kaur didn't has any answer why my number has not been ported so far or what's the problem with it.

        My porting number will be deactivated by 29 sep 2016 and that's the worst service by airtel i have ever experienced. Very rude and uninformant customer care executives. Even when i am a 3 years old post paid customer.

          My number is deactivated due to billing amount of 5000.
          Yesterday i got call from airtel to my alternative contact number and she told to me if i pay 2000 (She gave 3000 discount) the number will be activate and no need to pay remaining amount. I immediately pay 2000. Today i call back her about sim activation, now she is telling i had to pay remaining amount otherwise
          He will not activate my number.
          Then why she told like that yesterday.

            3 days ago airtel executive comes and tells me my house is covered for 16 mbps internet speed and that he will check and tell me exactly what will be the internet speed. He gets the photo, signatures on form and 1000 rs installation charges. Today i get an sms that broadband is not feasible. When i ask for refund the same airtel centre says i need to apply for refund in the airtel.in website. But i do not find any such link in the website. Now how do i get the refund. Pathetic service from airtel.

              The Company Bharti Airtel Limited is a true bust*****rd. I hardly get network inside my home. I have been complaining the same [censored] for the last 2 years. Every time they say they will solve the issue. Then suddenly I get sms that it has been resolved. What the crap? Where is the solution? You guys drop our calls and grab all our free minutes in my CUG plan and when we complain customer care, your guys behave like they are king and we are sh**ts. I fall under CUG.
              I request all people in india, Never ever go to airtel. They are blood suckersd who will play with your money. I dont know about other networks but if you ask my opinion, don't go with Airtel Ever. They will crush, suck your hard earned money. They are the biggest scam and thug of the millennium.
              I wish to GOD that Airtel lose all their shares and the management face massive losses and lose everything. They deserve it.
              I will keep saying this until I am satisfied. I have no regret.

                For the past one week, vijay tv is not working in my home.

                To get assistance, i was trying to reach customer care. After multiple times, i finally reached the customer care executive.
                I explained my issue and the i was told that the setup needs to be adjusted by a technician and they would charge me 150 rs for the same.
                I asked why do i need to be charged when there is no issue from my end and other channels are working too. They did not care for what i was speaking. Once i say something all they respond is "sir do you want me to send you a technician or not?". I had to accept to this as i had no other option.

                When i then tried searching forums if some other people also face the issue, i could see many people facing the same. Seems its due to some signal frequency change or something which i have no control on.
                I have to shell out 150 rs for this too!

                They said if this issue happens again after 15 days i will have to pay them again and again.

                A modern way of cheating/scamming being executed.

                    I have 4g data offer but still my main balance is deducted.i got recharge with 200 and when I used internet by exist data offer, even my main balance cut to 60rupees. I want my balance as refund and give me clear information of it.

                    You advertise much more about your open network. You need to realize the cause of complaints before giving unnecessary explanations. We get very bad 4g network even worse than 2g.
                    My e-mail ID is [protected]@gmail.com which was supplied in my form filled up by me at the time of connection. As per your your record it is [protected]@gmail.com (which is not correct) and for that I am not getting
                    e-bill & necessary informations. so please make correction.

                      I was using Airtel broadband services, but due to pathetic connectivity I asked for cancellation of services. Request for cancellation was sent on Jul 25 and got confirmation for connection termination on Aug 3, 2016. I got a bill on Aug 12 and already cleared the bill. Now I Again got a bill on Sept 12, 2016 and when I cross checked, I learned my connection is retained as per my permission. When I asked do you have any proof (mail or call record), they asked me to visit store and pay bill.

                        By miss. Manisha, her interaction id is : [protected].

                        She committed that, if you pay rs 500/- than, airtel (She) will way off the remaining amount.

                        I paid the same amount, on her trust.
                        But airtel (She) cheated me.

                        So i request to airtel to audit her conversation with me regarding this no : [protected], and if the statement is true which i am telling you, than way off my all remaining amount and give relief to me as soon as possible.

                        And let me know what actions airtel took.

                          Regular problem phone disturb custemer care is very poor satisfactin senior ective is alwas busy 20 to 25 minutes call waiting
                          I had been trying to get an answer from Airtel whether they can provide me with the specific dongle which is supported by my D-link router. The dongle they provided is not supported.

                          Apparently, nobody in Airtel knows the answer. They are just passing me from one corner to the other.

                            Ok so finally the fact is that airtel discontinued their iptv services.
                            And in return as they said they are giving us free of cost "upgradation" to airtel dth services which includes many decent features.
                            All sounds good but, being an airtel coustomer for last 12 years and also being a subscriber to airtel's iptv since 2009 I feel that shifting to digital tv services from iptv services is not an "upgradation" rather it should be termed as "degradation" because, 7 days of tstv( i.e time-shift television) which is one of the best features, I have ever came across in any television viewing technology, was the usp of airtel iptv and is not present in airtel digital tv and believe me there is no other offer or feature that can make up to this "tstv" feature.
                            From my side the bottom line is that I was a proud coustomer but today, I dont have any thing to be proud-of in my so called broadband combo pack.

                              Hi,

                              Im using airtel dth for 2 years. My airtel dth number is [protected].

                              From june 2016 there was several instance that some channels or other giving no signal error.

                              This issue is repeating often now. Now channels 502 and 501 are throwing this error in the evening. Morning it is working fine.

                              Each time they are requesting to pay rupees 150 for service engineer visit.
                              Service engineers are not worried to fix the issue and they are only worried about the rupees 150 charge.

                              It is really frustrating the way airtel customer service and service support is working.

                              If this issue is repeating again i'm planning to say good bye to this airtel dth connection.

                              Please fix this issue at the earliest.

                                Took airtel connection just a week before.The connection is not working completely from saturday.
                                They informed technician will visit house on sunday, wasted whole day waiting for the technician.When called they told monday technician will come. Monday also he didnt turn up. Till now no person has contacted back for the resolution.

                                1.If airtel people are taking money for connection, they should provide.
                                2. If the technician cant come, they should inform the same.
                                3. They should not provide connectionif they cannot provide service.
                                Till now issue is not resolved i havent got a call.back.

I have paid rs 1300 for the same but it was never converted i had received call from airtel they told me to 59059. But when i called it says call 121. The airtel is taking costumer on a ride i have hoped such a irresponsible approach from such a reputed company.

                                    I mohd hafizur rahman own a corporate postpaid connection as [protected]/1/2 those three nos they de-activate the service in connection of non payment of bill.in this case i would like to say that as per the policy they have to send the bill before due date to collect the bill unfortunately they did not send me the bill since last 4months so i was unable to payout their dues due to non receipt of bill. On the other hand they said connection is use for company in the name of akash travel agency now due to service disconnected i lost so many amount because everybody is known that in aviation market fare are dynamic. I have also inform so many times through mails, calls etc but they did not response and connection is still disconnected.
                                    So, i request you to look into the matter and take a legal against the said company airtel and recover the losses amount of akash travel agency.
                                    For this act of your kindness i shall ever remain and thankful to you
