[Resolved]  Axis Bank — refund amount not received yet

I order from amazon using axis bank debit card and upi and i cancle the order and amazon refund my amount to axis bank on 01/10/2019 but till now axis bank not credited my amount on my account, please help me. I call on axis bank customer care but they says amazon not refund any amount to them, what can i do .

I am expecting refund from amazon which they claim to have done at your end. The reference number given by Amazon is 74056639262926117837858. It's been more than a week now. Please arrange to help me get refund at the earliest.
