Hi Team,
I have purchased a bajaj Pulsar 220f from Bajaj Sai service Aundh 3 months back.
In am experiencing some abnormal voice from the bike and I have addressed my issues with Bajaj Sai Service Fugewadi, i have visited this place 5 times in 3 months, the team is unable to resove this issue.
Mr Mohite from Sai Service Fugewadi is the contact person the whole time and he is not at all helpful, moreover, i have a video recording of the heated conversation, where Mr Mohite is explaining the bike issue to his manager Mr Sandeep Wagh who sits at Shivajinagar Bajaj Service centre, during their conversation, I was constantly requesting him to speak in Hindi as Marathi is not my native language and unable to understand.
He didn't bothered and kept on speaking in Marathi, on the contrary he told me that you live in Maharashtra, you should know how to speak Marathi and understand, if you can't, then it is your problem.
I have the video recording as an evidence.
Mr Sandeep Wagh, spoke to me and assured that, issue will be resolved, however, there is no progress, my bike is still making that abnormal sound.
I request you to please escalate this further or else I will lodge a complain against Bajaja Sai Service in consumer forum.
