I purchased a bajaj pulsar 180 on 5th november 2018. The bike from the day one is pulling on left side. I raised a complaint on bajaj portal with reference number isr-449052 and visited the service center to get it rectified (Also got my bike serviced). But, unfortunately the issue is still not resolved as, the bike is still pulling on left side, also, they resolved the ticket. I again opened the ticket with the reference number isr-450648. Now, they have again called me on coming saturday (01 dec 2018) to their service center. I would request you to please make sure that the issue gets resolved this time or else, i will be escalating the issue to consumer court now.

    Hi Team,

    I have purchased a bajaj Pulsar 220f from Bajaj Sai service Aundh 3 months back.

    In am experiencing some abnormal voice from the bike and I have addressed my issues with Bajaj Sai Service Fugewadi, i have visited this place 5 times in 3 months, the team is unable to resove this issue.

    Mr Mohite from Sai Service Fugewadi is the contact person the whole time and he is not at all helpful, moreover, i have a video recording of the heated conversation, where Mr Mohite is explaining the bike issue to his manager Mr Sandeep Wagh who sits at Shivajinagar Bajaj Service centre, during their conversation, I was constantly requesting him to speak in Hindi as Marathi is not my native language and unable to understand.

    He didn't bothered and kept on speaking in Marathi, on the contrary he told me that you live in Maharashtra, you should know how to speak Marathi and understand, if you can't, then it is your problem.

    I have the video recording as an evidence.

    Mr Sandeep Wagh, spoke to me and assured that, issue will be resolved, however, there is no progress, my bike is still making that abnormal sound.

    I request you to please escalate this further or else I will lodge a complain against Bajaja Sai Service in consumer forum.

      This is to bring into your knowledge that i have my office and there are 2 - 3 factories backside of my shop which create so much of noise and garbage everywhere,
      Yesterday night an incident happen, when trucks were loading with material it hit my 2 cars due to which i have to bear heavy loss.
      Request you to please look into this issue at the earliest and take required action .

        Hi this is kishore, i purchased bajaj pulsar 150 b4s on oct 8th 2018, in popular bajaj showroom banerrghatta road. My 1st emi date was 6th nov 2018, in my account running amount was 3339. Every month emi is 3123 but they did not credited in my account brfore they said me it will automatically credited to our account but didnot happend this, after 13th november one message i got ur bike emi date was end over due fine 530. For this i need clearnce its not my mistake

          I had purchased a bajajct100 basic model from langer houz showroom, hyderabad around 10 days back in finance and the down-payment which i paid is 14000 and emi of 1899*24 months but when yesterday i had checked the price in google it was showing 32000 but i was paying 59000 for the same. If i include interest charge for finance, insurance and road-tax then it will be maximum 15000 total then why the dealer had taken around 12000 extra from me.

                  Taken bajaj platina from bhavani auto care chandkheda ahmedabad gujarat and had paid full amont on one go and after 3 days recognise that there was issue with back tyre mac wheel. After repeat complaint for three months they told me that they will do it in first service, then on second service then on third service and later telling me that there is issue with tyre. I approached jk tyre and they shows me that it is mac wheel issue but bhavani auto care chandkheda ahmedabad gujarat are not ready to accept that and they are still ignoring my complaint from last 3 months. I want compensation or mac wheel change. Incase any mishap happens then bhavani auto care chandkheda ahmedabad or bajaj company is liable to pay the compensation. If this issue is not resolved within 3 days then i will file complaint against bajaj auto and bhavani auto care.

                  Bhavani auto care ahmedabad gujarat is a worst dealer in ahmedabad and bajaj auto should stop giving dealership to such annoying person which are ruining bajaj image.

                    Sir i have purchased pulsar 150 on 10/10/18 nearly after 15 days the bike started to stop every now & then on the road even while running & on traffic signal also it was not able to hold on 1st gear & the bike shuts down i have also complained to the company about the issue but the issue is not resolved sir my bike is in the service station of your authorised service dealer kindly go through the issue otherwise i will approach the consumer court for the same. Sir i have paid for a proper bike not for the defective bike

                        I'm ayyanar have booked a bajai pulser 150twin disk bike dt 12/11/2018 from nsm bajaj pondicherry invoice no. 532. The full payment has been sent through finance. Today 27/11/2018 still no proper response through phone and haven't received the bike!! Very bad management atleast they have to call and say sorry! Nothing from their side seems like i have to pay the first due without a bike!!!

                          On 17th november 2018, i send my brother to rithvikaa bajaj (Shop no.16 lakshmi towers, opp. Triveni complex) for avenger 220 cruise bike 2nd free servicing. There my brother told them many times to check clutch and break issue. They charge rs 450/- and told that issue has been solved. But while coming to my place i understood that my bike break issue will not been solved. We suffered a lot through our 3 hrs of journey from anantapur to pulivendula. Moreover they didn't provide computerised bill. Over all i am saying that they provide worst servicing... My brother contact number [protected]. Kindly send your persons to my place and service of my bike again. Because I don't want to their place again. 1 week already gone but till now my issue will not be resolved.

                              The fee collecters, the manger of davanagere, the customer support persons...!!!
                              All member of bajaj cheated me... Dey said i vil get a waver if i clear my amount in one short but did not get a waver...!!
                              I ve the self hand written proof of davanagere manager shivani. B, he him self wrote nd gave me in my diary that i vil be get a waver if i pay in one short...!!

                              Then call center girl named deepa with her number..!! (I ve a voice recording of the bajaj customer care call center girl deepa from bangalore) she also said me i vil get a waver if i pay in one short but till now i didn't get any waver...!!
                              All members of bajaj r cheters nd liers...!!!
                              Even through i'm attaching the hand written proof of the managers self pen with his on hand written that to in the bajaj 2 wheeler showroom he called me in front of camera in showroom nd said nd wrote me a proof that i vil get a waver 💯%..!!
                              What about the promises they all made..!!

                                I bought ns 200 in aug month and meet an accident. The rh scope and leggurd dameged. More than 3 months am waiting for replacement but not yet got that spare parts.. No solution from bajaj auto.. Fix this issue asap. Not responding from bajaj side. I called lot to customer care. Read and give solutions.. Hope bajaj will rectify this issue soon... Waiting for your reply...

                                I purchased a new bajaj avenger 180cc in july 2018. It was running good until in august mid within 15 days i started facing battery issues. I complained to the service centre and got it correct. Again in one week i started facing problems like chain making havoc sound, battery not running, not taking pick up and low mileage. Again i informed the service centre and they got tings corrected. This time again in september end i started facing battery problems and engine making huge sounds. I complained but they did not do anything. September and october again i started facing problems in the circuit, battery, engine making sounds, most of all 6 litres petrol is consumed within 3 days where im not a new rider.in 4 months i had to do 2 servicing and 7 times with new issues i went to the service centre and always they did something just for the time. How is that possible that in 4 months the new bike is creating so much problem and bajaj auto, dealership in kolkata and its service centre is doing nothing. How much will i face this problem. I need my bike to be replaced. I will never recommend this bike to be purchased as its a defected bike that bajaj is producing and they are so cool about it and they do not even think that these complaints are actually putting down their brand value. They are thinking that our bikes are getting purchased so next we do not have to do anything else. I dont know anything please contact the dealer and get this thing replaced. I will stop paying and emi and if the company wants to seize the bike they can very well do so. I will just see how this company reacts to this customers review. My name is stanley and im from kolkata. My dealer is osl bajaj in minto park kolkata. Please make this a priority issue.

                                    I purchased bajaj platina in feb 18. Its indicator indication light in meter pannel was flikkering initially. But become u/s
                                    Totally before second service. During ll nd service of my bike i asked to get rectify my indication bulb. They did not done said stock not their. So far not rectified. Service is done by ndm autowheel chandigarh. They promised when bulb is available they will contact. But so far no response. Please do the needful.

                                      Hello guys my name is gurunath i sadly own a dominar 400 abs. I am writing this to inform you guys about my very, very, very×100 bad experience with bajaj. Trust me guys i was very much exited to buy this bike at first i took a test ride and everything it just felt awesome. I finally made the mistake, i purchased it ignoring the fact that its from bajaj. Its been 3.5 months i own it and trust me this was the worst purchase that i have ever made, in my tenurity of 3.5 months i have paid 6 visits to the service centre with 3 issues that is really frustating as the service centre is like 15 kms from my house. Ill start with all the issues i got. First issue was my bike started overheating to a whole different level it started cooking my legs i went to the bajaj showroom they said its normal its a 400cc engine it will heat. But i was not ready to digest it i went to a local mechanic he informed me that the coolent was whole empty. I went to the service centre again they said they need to investigate i kept my bike over there for 3 days and i was told that there is no issue in the bike its normal they refilled the coolent and suggested me to buy a green ice coolet from shop and keep it with me so that if this happens again i can refel it by myself. My friend has a dominar as well he has never faced this issue. Leave it the second issue was i was riding on a highway and suddenly my bike turned off and the engine malfunction light started glowing. I was shocked as i was on a speed on 60kmph. I tried starting the bike but unfortunately it was not happening due to some reason after few trys i managed to start it. I took it to the service centre they connected a machine to it and some how managed to turn the engine malfunction light off and asked me to take the bike back. Which didn't solve any issue. The very next day when i was riding my bike at a speed of 80 kmph again the same incident occurred but this time when i saw the meter i notices that with the engine malfunction indicator along with the side stand indicator was glowing even though the side stand was closed. I again started heading towards the bajaj service centre this time i informed them about the issued they simply erased the side stand memory by connection the same machine again and informed that it will work fine now it was some sort or malfunction in the indicator well guys guess what i faced the same issue again. But this time i started shouting in the service centre so this is the time when finally they came to the conclusion that my side stand indicator was problematic they kept the bike for 3 days in bajaj service centre to replace that part and they finally did. That issue is solved. Third incident happened with me when i was returning back from bandardara. On my way to kasara ghat when i was riding at a speed around 80-100 kmph i started noticing a very annoying sound from my rear tire i stoped the bike there and checked out on my rear tire but i couldn't track the issue. I was in middle of no where. Waiting there for any help was not idle. I some how managed to ride the bike but the sound kept on increasing. I started feeling like something is stuck inside my back tire then finally all of a sudden the rear wheel locked on a speed of around 60 and i was about to fall but somehow the wheel got released again. I was scared like anything. I started towing the bike to the nearby mechanic as i was horrified to ride it. Somehow i managed to take the bike to the mechanic and guys what happened next shocked the hell out of me. I will also attach the images so that you can also see the evidence. One allen key got unscrewed by itself half the way. Which then rubbed into the brake cage and created that sound. It then unscrewed more and more and finally locked the tire and broke apart which released the tire again. He also noticed that all the allen keys which connect the disk to the tire where loose and about to come out he fixed them some how. This was a life threatening incedent guys. Trust me ill never forget this day in my life as it was a express highway where vehicles usually run at a speed of more the 100kmph imagine if the tire would not have been released. As usual i again went to the service center same thing again i was asked to wait for 3-4 days which eventually turned out to be 5 days and yesterday i got a call stating that my bike is ready. I am no more interested to take the bike from the showroom my first step after taking it will be to sell it some how and buy a new one. As i will end up paying visit to the service centre every week. This is my experience with dominar calling other brands "hatthi" doest make you a hero. Trust me i saw that add after buying this bike and i totally disliked it. As being a motorcycle brand you should have respect for other brands as well. Both are different segment motorcycles but i assure atleast they dont make defected products.
