I purchased a new bajaj avenger 180cc in july 2018. It was running good until in august mid within 15 days i started facing battery issues. I complained to the service centre and got it correct. Again in one week i started facing problems like chain making havoc sound, battery not running, not taking pick up and low mileage. Again i informed the service centre and they got tings corrected. This time again in september end i started facing battery problems and engine making huge sounds. I complained but they did not do anything. September and october again i started facing problems in the circuit, battery, engine making sounds, most of all 6 litres petrol is consumed within 3 days where im not a new rider.in 4 months i had to do 2 servicing and 7 times with new issues i went to the service centre and always they did something just for the time. How is that possible that in 4 months the new bike is creating so much problem and bajaj auto, dealership in kolkata and its service centre is doing nothing. How much will i face this problem. I need my bike to be replaced. I will never recommend this bike to be purchased as its a defected bike that bajaj is producing and they are so cool about it and they do not even think that these complaints are actually putting down their brand value. They are thinking that our bikes are getting purchased so next we do not have to do anything else. I dont know anything please contact the dealer and get this thing replaced. I will stop paying and emi and if the company wants to seize the bike they can very well do so. I will just see how this company reacts to this customers review.
